Everything went great, great little deck with plenty of seating so you can view the lake. Parking is a little tight if you are bringing a boat, fyi. Otherwise, parks 3-4 cars/trucks no problem

The house was a beautiful representation of its golden years. A mix between my grandmas house and a lake cottage. (A huge lake cottage) We arrived after 11pm so the actual arrival took us a bit to acclimate. Over all the beds could use some updating, and I’m sure the wires were ‘dead’ but there was some exposed wires in one of the sleeping areas. This was just what my family needed for the thanksgiving weekend, and we would stay again.

Exactly as advertised! Lots of space, great location, somewhat outdated decor but loved all the seating and windows! We would definitely book again!!!

Great lakefront property, plenty of space for a family to relax and spread out. Communication with the accommodating owners was quick and easy, couldn’t have been nicer.

My family stay here every time we come to the area. The house is large enough for everyone to have a bedroom. We walked along the pier, swam at the beach and enjoyed the large porch in the evenings. The house is nice and clean. The neighborhood is quite and safe. My family love staying here.

This is a cute little homestead lake house. It had enough room for 5 guys during our fishing trip but you could fit 10 plus in my opinion with couches and airmattresses. Also the house is about 100 yards away from a public beach. Overall great stay for family or friends. Only thing that was an inconvenience was the parking situation was not ideal... only about 3 cars could park in the drive away, luckily one of the neighbors was nice enough to let us park a car in her drive away because the road is a two-way zone if you park on it. Lastly, the kitchen was a little small. Overall, great stay and will would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay at this property. Very comfortable for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Well stocked with the essentials. We loved having our meals in the back and watching the lake. Sue was great to work with and very responsive.

This property worked great for us, we had 3 adults and 1 teen. We had plenty of room the different sitting areas gave options for looking over the lake or gathering by the TV for a movie If we are staying in this area again we will rebook, the manager was great with getting us access info and being available if needed.

The home was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. There was good wifi. There is a coziness that comes from being a well established getaway home. (The collection of nick names and memorabilia). The washer and dryer were helpful as we were there for a week for a family funeral. The best thing was the view of sunrise over frozen Lake Erie. I took comfort in that each day.

We came from Maine to visit friends and it’s was the perfect spot to enjoy the lake ! The owners were accommodating and so generous . The property was roomy and had everything we needed!

This is an older rental, could use some TLC, but for the short weekend we stayed, it was great. Nice sidewalk to take you to the beach. There are kayaks and cornhole boards in the storage area. Enjoyed the front deck and the high top chairs to see over the breakwall. Great restaurant within easy walking distance...Chateau Louise. Fabulous perch dinners!!

This house is wonderfully located right on the lake with lots of bedrooms and space to spread out. We were there for a "vaccinated girls getaway" and it was perfect for us! Sue is a wonderfully gracious host who not only allowed us to check in "whenever" but also allowed us to check out late which was so great because it had rained all day the day before so the extra time to be at the lake was really nice. The only negative, which I sadly feel that I have to mention (sorry Sue), is the fact that there was a terrible leaking problem which caused one of the beds to become unusable as water was dripping onto it and also we had to put pots, buckets and bowls all over the sunroom to catch the water that came in, totally soaking the couches and carpet. I have heard that many of the houses on that street also have a leaking problem (yes, people are very friendly there :) and I am happy to say that it didn't spoil our stay as one of the Michigander girls decided to go home early anyway and it wasn't an issue to avoid the sunroom as there is plenty of other space in the house. If you are going there during good weather, of course this would not be a problem. Despite this minor issue, this is a great place to stay and we hope to go back sometime.

The home is right on the water and has 4 bedrooms upstairs. Our whole party thought the beds were comfortable and enjoyed that each bedroom had air conditioners. We would stay again. Set expectations accordingly for a 4 bedroom home on the water for the price per night. Home is older and hasn't been updated in a while. The owner Sue was great and was responsive quickly when we reached out with questions.
