Almost everything. Location, pool, garden and magnificent. Right by the beach.
I had a small amount of cash taken from my room when it was cleaned. My fault I guess for leaving it out but a good reminder to use the safe.

We loved everything about it.
Location was perfect, waking up next to the beach is always good! Not too far from old town, easily accessible by Grab. It’s the best of both worlds.
The staff were excellent and extra accommodating, breakfast buffets and food menu were really good. So, can’t ask for anything better! Xx

Lovely hotel by the beach in Hoi An. We were lucky to get a corner room with a really nice sea view. The room was a bit on a smaller side, but that’s on us for having too much stuff!
The bathroom was really nice and the shower was great. The hotel has a direct access to a quiet beach away from the main busy beaches and it’s taken care off my the locals so you can get a sun lounger with them for the day and it also serves food and drinks! We’ve really enjoyed staying here for few nights and would recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy Hoi An away from all the bustle. Plus if you still want to visit Hoi An in the evening you can order a taxi on Grab really cheap and still go explore the old town

We loved the location. It’s a not a massive hotel so you get to know the staff and everyone always greets you and goes out of their way to help you.
I found the room cleaning a little below par. We only got a door mat for the bathroom on the first night and although our bed was always fresh and made up a little attention to detail was missing. The floor was swept but I don’t it was ever washed as I could see stains. This in no way should put anyone off though as I am a clean freak!

The room smelt a little of damp, but the cleaning ladies left heated oils to help mitigate the smell, which worked.

The staff were so helpful, the manager Harmony and also receptionist Joy were very sweet and were super efficient with any request we had. The property is right on the beach and the bar next to it has live music playing.
It is a bit far out of Hoi An which meant we had to get taxis in a lot.

The private garden is great and well maintained. Breakfast was nice and had sufficient variety.
The staff were helpful.
Our room had its water shut off so it required us to contact reception and wait for it to be turned back on (which didn't take too long).
Not all buttons on the phone worked, so we couldn't call reception and had to walk down.
The bathroom with a huge window from floor to bottom is very odd and basically means that the fabric shutter roller needed to be closed the whole time, blocking off all sunlight.

Very comfortable room, lovely views from room and balcony. Restaurant and breakfast very good. The staff was very accommodating. We were greeted every time we were in a public area by staff.

If you are lucky with the weather you have the pool, the beach and the beach bars/restaurants to enjoy.
If you aren’t that lucky then there isn’t much to do! The old town is approx 15 mins away with the taxi but if the weather is bad you don’t really have much to do there either (you can maybe get something tailored for yourself, go to a nice restaurant or a bar, do the latern making workshop and see the Bamboo circus which is indoors).
Beds and pillows were comfy! Also the water pressure was really good (from my experience not so common in hotels in Vietnam)
*Staff were nice but they barely spoke any English! Even getting an iron or a pen from the reception seemed like an impossible mission! If you need help just use your google translator! And if you want to book a tour you either speak with the hotel manager or just use the get your guide website!
*breakfast was very poor. Also, fruit didn’t taste fresh! Not sure if they prepared them days before or just kept putting out fruit from yesterday but didn’t taste fresh!
*rooms were outdated so photos are misleading! The rooms really need some TLC (scratches, stains, etc) and a proper depo clean! They might look clean but they are quite dusty.
I personally found the hotel overpriced for what it was!

Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer und insgesamt eine schöne Anlage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war immer super. Es gab gratis Fahrräder und einen Roller Verleih zu total akzeptablen Preisen; Das anliegende Spa war super! Wir kommen gerne wieder;
Umliegend gab es wenig Möglichkeiten authentisches Essen zu genießen. Die meisten Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung sind auf Touristen ausgerichtet und die Gerichte dementsprechend. Kann die Unterkunft aber nichts dafür :-)

Att hotellet inte hade uppgivit på booking.com att det pågick renoveringsarbete. Poolen hade gärna kunnat vara uppvärmd. Sparsam frukost men det visste vi om på förhand.

Buildings works going on within the property which we weren't alerted to on booking.
Rooms were quite damp, although it was heavily raining.
If it had been nice weather the issues above probably wouldn't have been so apparent.

Zo’n fijn hotel met een geweldige tuin en met uitzicht op de zee vanuit je kamer. De kamers waren ruim en de inrichting prachtig. Het personeel van Sea’lavie was ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij! Er zijn ook gratis fietsen beschikbaar. We hebben ons verblijf verlengd! Echte aanrader!

Le confort des chambres et le jardin très bien aménagé qui donne sur la plage. Très belle piscine et personnel aux petits soins. L’hôtel se situe à 10 minutes de la vieille ville d’hoi an. Thao, la manager de l’hôtel se démène pour trouver des solutions à tous vos problèmes ou demandes. Tres bon petit déjeuner. Cocktails préparés avec spins à siroter face à la mer.

Great location away from the hussle and bussle to relax, but still had enough happening around (great restaurants/bars nearby) for the atmosphere. Lovely hotel with clean beautiful rooms and a great view. Really awesome coffee next door and massages. Such a relaxing spot, would definitely stay again!

View, pool, free bikes, staff all excellent..we actually extended our stay it was so nice to stop and relax in this little hamlet.
There was beach maintenance with diggers going on for the period we were there. But that is just unlucky timing for us!

La habitación y el baño estaban muy amplios y las instalaciones con la piscina y el jardín muy bonito. El personal muy majo. Hay que probar su coconut coffee.
Estaban de obra en la playa levantando toda la arena con grúas de mañana a tarde haciendo mucho ruido y olía a gasolina. No es culpa del hotel, pero molestó bastante.

Beautiful boutique hotel just couple steps away from the beach. Very helpful staffs. Nice breakfast. Amazing pool with a big nice garden and lots of lounge chairs. Must try the Saigon Cafe sua da ( Vietnamese iced coffee) from the coffee bar. The spa La Luna from the hotel is good for body massage

This boutique is beachfront and clean. The garden is green and well maintenance. breakfast and pool was good.
The all staff are very friendly and helpful, recommend useful information and activities.

It’s right on the beach. Staff were incredible. So helpful and informative from the very start.
The noise. Noise carries in this hotel and some guests were very inconsiderate- letting doors slam, shouting, playing in the pool after it’s closed.

I really like this hotel but I hope they need to know this too. I saw a big rat running along the corridor next to the pool. They could get into the rooms... please improve....

Location is excellent with many food and drinking places in same street and good beach in front of resort.
Room was small but it was ok and had issue with TV and fan but I think this was due to power issues

This was our second time at Sea'lavie. The first time was during COVID in 2020 when it was very quiet and we were worried they wouldn't last like some of the restaurants in the surrounding area. Luckily they did. This is such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The location is great and the staff are very helpful. Perfect for families.
Very little that I didn't like. There was a small bit of a smell in the bathroom.

The swimming pool is clean, the garden is well-taken care. You could go to the public beach right behind the resort.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with some certain kinds of food for you to choose. I definitely will recommend my friends and relatives to stay here.
The only one thing is that the floor wasn't clean when we checked in, it was still sandy.
