The space is unique, inviting, comfortable and super clean. The turntable with vinyl collection was just a perfect little touch. Communication with Andrew was a breeze and he genuinely cared that we have the best possible holiday. I wouldn't stay anywhere else next time we're in Clare Valley! Thank you again, Andrew!

A great place to just slow down and relax. Comfortable and quiet and convenient to lots of wineries and walks. This is our second visit, so I guess that says it all!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Bed in a Shed - the accommodation was gorgeous and unique, and even included lovely little touches for our 3 year wedding anniversary. The location was perfect as well, close to so many wonderful wineries and restaurants. We would love to come back!

We wish we could just move in and spend the entire winter here. Architecturally it's absolutely gorgeous with so many raw materials that make the place feel like a perfect little home. We had a gorgeous fire and vegetarian brekky items waiting for us upon arrival. The bed was super comfortable and every detail was appreciated.

Bed in a Shed is so much more than it’s name lends. Although hubby and I were excited about exploring the region, illness put a stop to that suddenly and we found ourselves confined to our accommodation and quite frankly we couldn’t have been anywhere better! We received the warmest welcome from Cleo as soon as we arrived (I love dogs) and entering the premises for the first time we were struck by the cleanliness and the small personal touches around the room. The surroundings were beautiful, the amenities were top notch, and we were given all the privacy we desired. The breakfast provisions were very generous too. The townships are all close together and if you don’t know what to do whilst there, Andrew has left plenty of information around to inspire you. I can’t fault anything in regards to our stay, so do yourself a favour and enjoy it for yourself. Thanks Andrew & Carolyn!

We had everything we needed for our two night stay over New Year’s and Bed in a Shed is in the perfect location to explore the Clare Valley. Great little getaway experience at Bed in a Shed. Communication was perfect and easy, the place was cosy and perfectly clean, providing everything we needed on a cold, wintery, but beautiful weekend.

We loved staying at Bed in a Shed! It was quiet, comfortable, beautiful and really relaxing! Andrew was incredible and not only was the check in process so effortless he even organised a wine tour for us and gave us heaps of amazing recommendations for wine and food in the area - he went above and beyond!! We had a beautiful outlook with vineyards, roaming hills and their gorgeous sheep, goats and chicken. Really comfortable bed, gorgeous accomodation and wonderful breakfast. Bed In a Shed is a great place to stay in the Clare Valley. The room is unique and beautifully done, with a lovely view over the vineyards. Andrew was extremely helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about things to do and places to eat. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I stayed in the Bed in a Shed for one night but I wish we spent longer there! We absolutely loved it, from the easy directions Andrew gave us, to the immaculate presentation of not only the amenities but the building itself. I can't believe he built it! We were so so impressed. The bed was super comfy, the view out to the vineyard from the bed is stunning, the coffee maker and pods was a perfect addition. We made a delicious bbq breakfast from the eggs, bacon, toast, mushrooms and tomatoes left for us in the fridge. And I even had the little doggo come and join me for coffee in the morning, in the sun, overlooking the vines. There was a whole book of recommendations for dinner etc, and then when we left Andrew rushed out himself to say goodbye and have a chat. He even took the trouble of calling me after we'd left to let me know the winery we were going to visit - Annie's Lane - had closed, and he recommended another - Sussex Squires - which we adored! I just can't speak more highly of Bed in a Shed! I would love to come back for a longer stay!

Unique, quirky, relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed the shed, loved the surroundings and were impressed by the quality touches. Great breakfast provided, comfy bed and good coffee. A great get away with plenty to explore and keep us entertained.

We love to find accommodation different from the norm & bed in a shed did not disappoint. The whole experience was excellent & is not to be missed. Really comfy bed and a super cosy & creative space. We had a sunset glass of wine overlooking the vineyard, were able to cook dins in the eve & fresh breakfast is provided to cook on the BBQ in the morn! The hosts go over and above to make sure you have a unique experience. The accommodation is easily accessible & in a central spot for exploring the area. We would not question coming back to stay!

Wonderfully done property like no other stayed in. Has a real sense of character and humour about the place from the reclaimed wood walls to the lovely artwork.

This place blew me away. So beautiful, comfortable and worth every penny. Amazing linen, comfortable bed and clean facilities. Stunning views and peaceful tranquil setting. Will be staying again for sure.

Loved our stay here, the attention to detail was amazing. The breakfast spread was incredible, so delicious and there were so many choices! We found the place very easily with the instructions given, the room was very clean and Andrew even popped the heater on before we were due to arrive! It was the perfect opportunity for my Wife and I to spend a quiet weekend away, She has been recovering from major Surgery and this was just basically what the Doctor ordered a quiet getaway. Close to Clare and surrounded by plenty of wineries to visit. Thanks for all your recommendations! Make sure you ask Andrew about the stories behind the materials he used to build the shed. This B&B is so good that one would want to keep a secret. Don't be fooled by its name. It is in a shed but once you enter, you are in another world. Wonderfully decorated and built by Andrew the host who happens to be an artist. Waking up to a view over the vinyard was unforgettable. Breakfast provision was excellent, we couldn't finish everything. Andrew also made dinner reservation for us at a local restaurant which we thoroughly enjoyed. The only reason I am willing to share this gem of a find is that Andrew is building another room in the shed, so hopefully we won't run the risk of it being booked out during our next visit to Clare.

My mum and I had a fabulous night at Bed in a Shed. An excellent place to stay; easy to find, lovely view of vines, friendly pet goats, dog and chickens, charming interior, great breakfast and easy spot to explore Clare Valley from.

We had a great time at Bed in a Shed. We found our stay very comfortable. Andrew was very contactable and provided lots of information to make our stay the best it could be. Andrew also went above and beyond and arranged bikes for our stay as we wanted to do the Riesling trail on our visit. All in all a great visit - we will definitely recommend to our friends and family visiting the Clare!

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay here, Bed in a Shed completely exceeded out expectations. The Accommodation is private, welcoming and cozy with a beautiful view. Andrew was a fabulous host and was kind enough to show us around the gardens and the gallery. Yo can definitely tell how much Love and effort Andrew and Carolyn have put into their B&B. A perfect stay if you like quirky settings and have a soft spot for recycled materials. (Oh, and great bacon for breaky and friendly animals are a bonus too :) )

I was attracted to the uniqueness of the Bed in a Shed listing and my husband and I were not disappointed. We have stayed in many places over many years and this was by far the most unique . Andrew has created something special with those extra touches ( even a torch) that make the difference. His personalised service was an extra bonus from texting before arrival to meeting his children and animals . A well stocked fridge with a generous breakfast though a bit cold to be cooking on a barbeque .Would highly recommend it and look forward to what he does with his next room.
