Loved the beach and that we were able to walk to it from our condo. The condo owners were real helpful and answered all of our questions.

It was easy and a nice place

This was my daughter's first time at the Ocean and it was great! The room was so close to the beach and right on the bay and also had a pool! The condo was much bigger then I expected and was very clean. Everyone was very nice and curtious. The location was pretty close to everything. We will definitely be back!

Sunset Beach is a perfect spot if you like a quiet convenient beach vacation. The unit was a perfect size for two people and was well-stocked. The property has a nice pool and the beach is conveniently located right across as scarcely traveled two lane road!!

The location was great, it was right across the street from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and a grill was available at the dock area on the ICW. Zero gravity chairs were great for relaxing at the beach or pool.

One can not go wrong renting this condo. It was clean, homey, and was equipped with everything for a wonderful stay at the beach. The king size bed was so comfortable, the renovated bathroom was beautiful, and Arpad thought of everything to make ones stay enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped and my husband and I enjoyed cooking a few nights while there. The location was perfect- close to stores, restaurants, and the Beach!! The pool was delightful and the back dock was a great spot to watch the birds and manatees enjoy themselves!Wonderful job Arpad. We would definitely rent this condo again!!!If I had to say anything negative, we did have an issue with the Unfriendly And rude property manager one day, but this episode Did Not ruin our week! One can not go wrong when renting from Arpad!!! 5 star experience for sure!

The property was clean and only steps away from our private beach access. It was located close to several places to eat/buy groceries but far enough away to not feel “crowded”. We even saw a manatee while sitting at the dock in the evening swimming around! If you love seafood, specifically crab cakes “Dockside Dave’s” is a MUST!!! Perfect getaway with all the essentials. Thanks for letting us stay :)

There aren’t enough words to describe this place! The condo was perfect and the beach was paradise. The pics are spot on! A perfect place for couples. The beach was so close, if you can’t walk far like me. The pool was eight feet deep! Loved the neighborhood and the neighbors were nice. Place was quiet, the bed was big and comfortable. I fought with the sheets all week as I like it smooth! lol the condo had everything you could imagine. Loved the big beach umbrella!! The big screen tv in the living room was fantastic! The couch was comfy and the recliner was claimed by my hubby. The beach was so amazing, water was fantastic. We had the best time!!! I would definitely recommend this place as it was perfect in my eyes. Good place to rest your soul......❤️✝️❤️ We will be back!!! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your place! 😍😍😍

I've looked for 2 weeks finding the best and affordable place in and near Clearwater Beach. Our focus was Clearwater and am so glad we ended up here in Treasure Island instead. This place is a gem and the beach is perfect if you are looking for a real vacation to relax. Arpad and Amy had been in contact easily answered all my questions. The place is superb and I have never stayed in a vrbo or airbnb that was so prepared for guest, needing everything you could think of. The TV has roku and could easily access kid TV for my 2 year old. The pull out couch was perfect for my daughter to sleep at night and was so comfy. The kitchen was soon equipped, from all the pots and pans, cooking sheets, utensils down to the crockpot that was better than mine for my favorite easy dinner meals. I agree with another reviewer that the bed was amazing and I want one. The shower is also very good. It had a 2 part system and different water settings to get the desired pressures. There was plenty of sand toys, surf board,, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towel, swim googles and even kid toys that kept us entertained for the whole week. Oh and did I mention this was only a short walk to the beach, no traffic, quite, and the place is mixed of locals who were nice and other rental visitors. We even enjoyed lunch at the picnic tables by the dock and saw a manatee. The pool was warm and comfortable, kept clean everyday by the maintenance man. We finished off the week with walking at night on the beach and found crabs. It was a great week and had fun. If you are still debating on places, don't think about it anymore and just book, you won't regret it.

We chose this property without knowing the area at all. We had nothing to go by really but the listing - and our stay could not have been better. The location is excellent. It is just across the street from the beach and just up the road from Caddys and Ka-Tika bar/ restaurants, which had live music everyday. Even though there is such close proximity to all you want during the day, the unit and complex were quiet in the evenings. The neighbors were friendly and everything was neat and clean. The unit itself is so well stocked, all you need to supply is your food. Everything is provided. The kitchen and bathroom are updated and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable - and this is from two people who have somewhat bad backs. I don't know what type of mattress it is - but I want one. The only bad part about the stay is having to leave.

This resort is across the street from the beach. It is a quiet place and the pool is clean and of a good size. There are wonderful restaurants close by.

Please read all previous reviews for this property because they are accurate and wonderful! The owner was extremely responsive and gave us plenty of recommended places to eat. The condo is spotless! We brought our own drinks and snacks and everything else that we needed, Arpad and Amy already had. This location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying family time. There are places to eat within walking distance and the beach is directly across a quiet street. We have 2 boys, ages 6 and 8 and we all fit perfectly into this condo. The pool is also clean and quiet and perfect as you come in from the beach, to relax for just a few more minutes. We saw a DOZEN manatees right off the dock out back and enjoyed watching them every morning! We will be planning a return trip. This was a memorable and fantastic time! Thank you!!

This was a great little place in a great location. The complex itself was clean and quiet, and everyone was very friendly. The condo itself was enough for the 3 of us, and was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the location of this place! The beach is right across a little road, the gate for our access was easy to find, the pool is nice and clean, and behind the complex is a porch/dock where you can sit and watch the pelicans, go fishing, or bbq. We absolutely loved the location, it's a nice area! There is a casual restaurant up the street on the beach that you can walk to. If we didn't have family to visit, we never would've left the area. The owners seem very nice and were easy to work with. They respond within minutes to texts. Thanks for sharing your place!

We enjoyed our stay at Arpad and Amy’s place. This was our sons very first time to the beach and we enjoyed showing it to him in this quiet beautiful area. The condo had everything we possibly needed while on vacation. Arpad and Amy were in contact with us throughout the whole trip checking on us and making sure we were happy. Lots of things to do within walking distance as well. We will definitely be planning a returning trip back.

Had an absolutely amazing time here. Arpad and Amy’s place was incredible - it was clean, decorated nicely, homey, and it had everything you could ever need while on vacation. I couldn’t imagine a better place to spend a week in Florida. Treasure Island is beautiful and there are countless restaurants to go to. The condo community is quiet but welcoming, and the private beach is just a few steps away. I will be staying again!

Condo was the perfect location for us, we like to walk so it was great! Condo was well furnished. We found everything we needed, which wasn’t a lot, but I believe they had anything you would ever need. There was no DVD player, but we weren’t there to watch TV anyway. Arpad was so easy to work with and easy to get ahold of! We will be back for sure!

Absolutely wonderful! Upon arrival I was very pleased to be met with the smell of clean as soon as we opened door; and I found the entire condo to be spotless. (I accidentally dropped something behind toilet and it was clean there too!!) Super-cute, beach-themed decor throughout. The kitchen was fantastically stocked for all our needs. We were happy to have the beach chairs and umbrella and our kids were VERY happy to find the beach toys. Even had a great selection of inside toys/games (unexpected bonus for sure). Didn’t get a chance to use them but there are 2 private bikes for the renters use- they looked fun and well maintained. There’s a cabinet in the bathroom that we called the “did you forget it” cabinet- a little bit of EVERYTHING !!! Was very pleased to have a good quality hair dryer. (Straightener also available- but didn’t use it). Hot water enough for 4 showers back-to-back. My husband is usually never able to get good nights sleep when we vacation- he said this was definitely most comfortable bed and pillows (and I have to agree). PLENTY of extra bedding (which I didn’t find till last night- but we were very comfortable just the same. The towel quantity was impressive -even had beach towels for everyone in our party!! Oh yea- the beach was Amazingly soft- felt like baby powder!! And it really was CLOSE!! The private entrance made us feel VIP and we loved that the beach was not overcrowded at all. When you return from beach there is shower station at pool to minimize sand brought into condo (wish I would have spotted that out first day...thankful for that broom and dustpan haha) The pool was “just right” as well. Very nicely maintained grounds and pool. The gentleman that takes care of maintenance was available if needed, which we didn’t - but was happy to know he was just a few doors down. While in the pool we met some great folks that own some of the other condos, very nice (even to the kids). They take a lot of pride in there residence, and they should!! It’s lovely!! Arpad and Amy reached out to us as the days counted down and throughout our stay making sure we were okay and were able to make suggestions to fit our specific requests. Can not say enough of how happy we were with our stay here. Husband and I, along with our 10 and 7 year olds, stayed 5 nights. We were still finding little extras as we were packing to come home. Really, Really, Really, Really- happy with this rental!!! Well done Arpad and Amy!!! Thank you!!!

We had an amazing 2 week stay at Arpad and Amy’s condo again this year and we are SO looking forward to our third stay next year in 2019. The location and amenities of this condo are ideal...steps away from Sunset Beach and all of your shopping needs! Be sure to check out the newly opened Sunset Beach Shop on Gulf Blvd (same building as the Taco Bus restaurant), we purchased all kinds of locally made treasures to bring home with us. Again, the condo had everything we needed and if we did have a question about anything Arpad was just a text away and very quick to reply!
