This is the second time we have stayed at this location and it was a great experience again! Quick response from property management if something was needed, very clean, lots of amenities, and great community pool area! Would stay again and recommend!

Beautiful Home & short walk to the beach
The home was very clean, TV’s in every room (including the outside deck) and the kitchen has nice storage in the window seal behind the table.
Bret (owner/property manager) was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. The walk to the beach, with children, was 4 miles tops!

Graduation girls trip
16 ladies loved out stay at Inlet beach. Brett was extremely helpful and responded very quickly. House was an easy walk to the beach. Loved the outdoor shower and the amenity of the pool was very nice. The house is a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Rosemary and we visited quite often. Also an easy walk to the Donut hole and coffee and restaurants at the shops of 30A.

Beautiful house and great location
This was our first time to Inlet/rosemary beach. The house was extremely clean and perfect for our party of 10. We will back and we plan to stay at this house again. The property manager Brett was extremely helpful. We LOVE this house.

Area was great and it was awesome that we had 3 floors with a 4th floor lookout with ocean views.

This house was a perfect size for our large party of 16. The location was amazing....two blocks from the beach. We walked to the beach several times a day. It is at the end of 30A which made it nice not to be in the middle of all huddle and bustle, but a nice short bike ride away. The pool is literally 15 ft from the back door. Brett, the property owner/manager was available at all times and very responsive to our questions/ needs. We enjoyed the balcony and rooftop in the evenings when it cooled down. Kitchen is fully equipped and TV’s in every room. Highly recommend this house or any house in this community.

A perfect getaway at a perfect place.
This house was beautifully appointed and tremendously comfortable. The third floor rumpus room was perfect for our college students who wanted to stay up late. The first floor bedroom off the kitchen was perfect for Grandma to get up early and start the coffee. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Brett was delightful and incredibly responsive when we had an issue with a bathtub. We definitely plan to come back.

the house was very clean but it was hard to keep the floors clean. Brett was beyond friendly and extremely kind.

Pleasurable Stay
We had a wonderful break at this property. Brett was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was tastefully decorated, clean, and well appointed. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone interested in staying in the area.

Great place for the family and friends!
Really enjoyed our stay at this home. It's a beautiful place with easy access to the beach. Close to Rosemary / Seacrest / Donut Hole / Shades for riding bikes around, entertainment, and food options. The owner was friendly and very accessible. Would stay here (or one of his other homes on the street) again.

Excellent family/group beach vacation
Brand new house; lot of space; fully equipped; excellent location: walking distance to beautiful beach & cycling distance to Rosemary beach. A bit close to the main road but thanks to good isolation you don’t notice it inside.
Owner/manager attended very friendly and efficiently.
Highly recommended place for family or group beach vacation!

Beach Paradise
Beautiful and convenient. Only a few steps from the most beautiful beach and a short walk to great restaurants and shopping. Rosemary beach is less than a 5 minute walk. We liked everything about our stay. Brett (Owner) was very nice and personable. He went over the top to make sure our stay was the best ever. And I have to say this place did not disappoint! Highly recommend!!!
