If you are going to Granby, especially in the ski season, there is no better or convenient location than this. The condo is spacious and the deck is expansive, as well as being centered in the complex which provides a full view. The condo is well-equipped in the kitchen and has plenty of games; the host seems very caring about her guests and her property. She said they have a planned renovation/remodel during this year so any pics I would have posted will be outdated. I would give a hearty recommendation for this condo and host. We hope to stay with them in the years to come.

We decided to upgrade to a 3 bedroom this year as we had extra family staying with us. The place was great to spread out and non skiers really enjoyed the deck with views to people watch. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of our needs. Kids enjoyed the board and card games available and sleds on the deck.
A minor issue was the hot water. Possibly due to the weekend crowds but we had to take lukewarm showers over the weekend which was unpleasant after a day on the mountain.
Overall a wonderful unit and we cannot wait to come back next year!

This is a perfect option for our family for skiing at Granby Ranch. Love the porch overlooking the ski hill, the convenience of ski in/out can’t be beat. We’ve stayed at a few units in Base Camp One, including the first floor - and the first floor slope side is very handy, people can just walk right into the unit… but actually we discovered the third floor unit offers a lot more privacy and quiet, and we really loved this unit!

This was the best location for a family stay. Beautiful views of the runs and lifts right from the huge balcony. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. We would stay again for sure. Loved it!

This is the best condo we’ve experienced at Base Camp One! Tons of space, well-stocked & quick communication from owners. Arguably most important: comfortable beds. Would like to rent again next February but it’s still blocked off.. hint, hint! Literally the only thing missing from this condo was a dust pan.

We were thrilled with our experience at this condo. The location couldn't be better and the accommodations were excellent. There were four adults and 3 children under 8, and the condo still felt spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessities, there were fun games and puzzles for the kids, and the view of the mountain from the huge balcony was incredible. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Perfect skiing terrain for kids and seniors and an additional mountain for experienced young adults. Really good food at the Bluebird Bistro at the base of the mountain. Loved the proximity of Base Camp One to the lift, the main floor locker room, the uncrowded slopes with no lift lines, the heated underground parking facility and the well stocked condo. The owner was easy to reach and responded immediately.

Beautiful space, well stocked with anything you could possibly need. You can not beat the view or the accessibility to lakes, mountains and all kinds of activities. The live music off the back deck was a added plus!

The location was absolutely perfect. Elevator for us old folks made it that much better. The lodging was beautiful and modern. All the conveniences we want on a ski trip...locker for ski gear, underground parking for vehicle, and good food and drinks next door. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is very spacious and has everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed watching skiers from the back deck and loved having the locker and easy access to the slopes. The covered parking deck was super convenient for snowy and cold nights. Will definitely go back!

Property is in a great location and is well equipped. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and is close enough to a store if you need something special. Another great visit
This was our 5th time staying at this condo and we just love it so much. Already booked again for next year :-) Location cannot be beat and Deborah is so responsive. This visit for the first time ever we had a hiccup at check in and she was quick to respond and make it right. Highly recommend for family and friends for a great vacation.

This condo is so nice and the location is great!
It was nice to enjoy the view from this condo. Access to ski rentals and lifts is just walking distance away. First time for my youngest set of grandchildren to ski and we had a great time! How nice to be able to go back to the condo for lunch and then hit the slopes again.

Perfect for a Summer Weekend Wedding
What a lovely condo! We went for a summer wedding weekend at the resort so we were literally steps away from the lift that took us up to the ceremony. It would be phenomenal for a ski trip! The condo was spotless, well appointed, beds were comfy, balcony is wonderful, I could go on and on. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Property
This condo is perfect for a larger group! There is so much space, three full bathrooms, and three spacious bedrooms. The living room and kitchen were big for a condo and had everything we needed. The balcony is massive and overlooks all the action. The balcony has a big table with plenty of chairs that allowed us to enjoy all our meals in the beautiful mountain weather. I would definitely stay here again!!

Base camp one in Granby, was a great place to stay! I took my husband and three kids 6-8 years old. We had a great time exploring and hanging out as a family. Hope we can come back another time to ski.

This condo was perfect for our first family ski trip with friends. The location was so nice & convenient and I can’t imagine skiing with kids without this convenience. Skiing at Granby was so fun and perfect for our girls learning to ski! We will be back!

Amazing!!! The Best Place!
This is as close to the lift as you can get - truly ski-in/ski-out. Located in the center of the Base One Condominiums. Nice large kitchen with dining table that seats 8 and flows into living room with two couches & two side chairs. 3 large bathrooms. 2 master bedrooms + one twin-over-double bunk bedroom. YOU WILL LOVE THIS PLACE & THE LOCATION. Our family of 6 adults & two young grandchildren had plenty of space.

Doesn’t get any better than Base Camp
Base Camp is perfect location for activities at Granby Ranch. Convenient to have ski locker, gas fire pit and outdoor grill of Base Camp not to mention grill and heater on personal balcony. Room is comfy with plenty of sleeping and kitchen with most anything you need. Steps away from ski slope and can watch others from balcony or even living room while taking a break. Would definitely recommend. Unfortunately due to Covid the pool/hot tub were closed.

This was the perfect location! The condo is fantastic. We could not have asked for a better owner in Deborah. She was so accommodating and answered quickly. If you are coming to Granby Ranch you will not find a better spot!

Perfect for a weekend getaway!
This condo was perfect! Location was great! Spacious, clean, comfortable and accommodating for 4 adults and two teenagers. Great views off the balcony for wildlife watching and star gazing. Loved having the patio dining table and grill for family dinners outside. We had a fantastic weekend with family-hiking, fishing, and relaxing!

Great place!
Nice property! From the well stocked cabinets to the deck and decor. We were pleasantly surprised with the supply of condiments and spices as well as dishes available. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Granby was a perfect home base for our excursions. Note: we did not find air conditioning in this unit as advertised, but plenty of fans were available. Now we want to come back in the winter!
