Good Vibes Always is a perfect place for our whole family to get together and the grandchildren love the pools. We have stayed at Good Vibes Always for 3 years in a row and will continue to use Good Vibes Always as our family vacation destination.

Andrea has made this place a comfortable convenient fun place. My family has been here 4 times and we will be back.

The outdoor facilities were top-notch. The kids had endless hours of fun in the pool. And paddle borders, kayakers and voters loved the waterfront. House is also very dog friendly. There was plenty of space for our intergenerational group of 10. We loved the nearby accessibility to Longhorn caverns and inks Lake State Park for hikes Communication with the owners was excellent and the house had everything we needed. The only caution I would provide concerns the oven. As the owner information says it is very “powerful“. We found that we had to babysit the food to make sure things didn’t get burned. We were there at Thanksgiving and so did a lot of cooking. Never could get the performance to be reliable. Otherwise, it was an incredibly fun stay

This is a great house! Had a ton of fun fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool! House has most anything you need. Bigger pots and pans could be needed if you are cooking for a big group.

The house was well organized, beautifully decorated, and clean. The owner responded quickly if we had any questions which was AWESOME! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I would love to return one day.

Absolutely loved it

We stayed 6 nights and had an awesome time. House is very nice and clean. Very spacious. Andrea was great helping us with anything we needed. The maids had forgotten to restock the cabinets with extra toilet paper, Andrea had them dropping some off within 10 min of me letting her know. Most houses that we have rented before get hot in the afternoon and the air conditioner can’t keep up, not this house…it stayed cool all day long. Even the game room was air conditioned and stayed cool. We had a blast playing ping pong, swimming in the pool and on the slide, and playing games around the big dining room table. Another awesome thing about the house is there is an ice maker. We took coolers out on our boat every day and never had to buy ice. There are 3 refrigerators, 2 are in the kitchen/Bar area so we never ran out of space. Boat dock is very large and plenty of room for both our boats. Even caught a couple of fish off the dock. House is conveniently located on the lake near the Boats and Burgers place. Definitely would want to rent again.

Had fun great location The cleaning people were still there at 415 when check in was 4 There are notes all over the house with rules and do and not do etc 3 weeks after vacation I get a note that I’m being charged $120 bucks Told we stained a dish towel? Told we broke cabinets in a closet. These were broken already. My son in law removed them already broken because he put our grandsons sleeper in the open closet to give more space in room. A yellow planter in the master room was broken when we arrived. My daughter even told me to take a pic so I would not get charged I do not know how this person cwoukd know who did what since the house was not even ready when we arrived. Very irritating especially when you pay so Much and the. People decide to charge without even knowing which guest it was for Ho broke it but it was not my family

Such a beautiful place. The 2 pools were a huge hit with the family and plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely stay here again!!

This is a beautiful home, pools were AWESOME! The kids had a great time. We loved the river especially in the late evenings. Highly recommend this property.

We had a large group of adults for a annual reunion and this property worked out wonderfully. The place was great, no big surprises and the owner gave us all the info we needed both through VRBO messages and printouts in the house. Location was very convenient to grocery store and boat rental. Would recommend!

Great property, especially if you plan to stay put. The pool area was great, we used the basketball hoop, there was YouTube tv for football, and we had everything we needed to cook! There are a lot of instructions / rules, so it’s important to be attentive to that but it was manageable. Great stay!

Located close to boat rental and not too busy street. The property was very clean and the owners were very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay and had lots of fun at pool. Having access to boat dock right at property was a plus.

My family loves this place each year. VRBO makes it very stressful for me to communicate and confirm check-in, etc. The owner is easy to work with, but VRBO gets in the way.

Last year was our familiy's first time staying here (8 adults, 4 kids) and my husband and I missed the first 2 days because he was ill. We enjoyed it when we got there. This year we discovered that this house has everything.! Our favorites are the 3 refrigerators (no need to ice drinks in a cooler), an incredible ice maker, tons of indoor and outdoor games and the two pools are great. We can sit on the patio and have the young ones right in front of us in the upper pool. We plan to come back here every year. Andrea was also very helpful.

First I will give you the pros: Very large pool and the waterslide for the kids was a hit. Cons: absolutely no counter space for cooking for large groups. There was a 5x2 island to cook/prepare. We were also told we had to bring our own pool towels? The last thing that we found two nights before we were to leave was one of the return air ducks was full of mildew, mold and dripping water that looked to have been there for months if not years. We were wondering why several of the small children developed coughs day two? A majority of the adults developed congestion and headaches. I developed a sinus infection which I had go to the doctor for and get antibiotics. This is inexcusable and extremely dangerous for this moldy and mildew air to be recirculated throughout the house 24 hours a day.

This is the best Family Get A Way home. Plenty of space for everyone. Best accommodations you could ask for. Our family truly enjoyed every second.

Loved our stay here! We visit Kingsland every year for an extended family getaway and this place is our favorite so far! The house is beautifully decorated and has it all. Wonderful outdoor area with views- pool, slide and lots of spaces to hang out and enjoy the lake views. Fun for all!

My family and i have been coming for 3 years…we so love this property , we won’t stay anywhere else. So much space and the owner is wonderful.

This is our second year to enjoy this property and HIGHLY recommend! We have three young children, and the location, pool and awesome game room are just a few of the many perks of this beautiful property! We can’t wait to be back for year three!

Already booking for next week

We have come to Lake LBJ for summer vacation for 40 plus years. We’ve stayed at many places and even my mother in law’s home. As our kids have grown up and now have their own families we were needing a larger place. We have some that like doing lake activities and some not so much. Great Vibes was perfect for us. It was large enough for all 11 of us to have our own space, but still be together under one roof. The swimming pools were a big hit for everyone. The game room was also an enjoyable area. We really enjoyed our stay ! Definitely recommend to others with larger groups. It is a bit pricey, but it was a much needed splurge after the last few years!

This is our second family and friend trip to this great, great house. Good Vibes is perfectly situated and very well stocked for a group lake vacay. Owner is a dream to work with. Can’t wait to go back!!

Perfect location in an amazing house! Impeccably clean. Well stocked- even sharp knives, lol. Everything was labeled making it clear which went to what. The views, the pools/slide, boat dock- I cannot say enough. Thank you for helping me take on my fifties!!

An excellent place to get away with a large group for a lake vacation. Spacious, open and highly usable. Just a few yards from Lake LBJ with two swimming pools. This home is in a convenient location just minutes from Kingsland TX and is so well suited for a large group to do everything from swimming to boating to just hanging out on the patio. The host is friendly, helpful and accessible.

We had an amazing time and look forward to returning!
