The hosts were kind and helpful despite our language barrier. We were on the Camino and they were helpful, we ate at the bar and felt very welcomed! The washer was a welcomed sight snd very nice touch to this already lovely property!!

The location was far away from the city by foot. There were reviews that alleged the location wad "good" for Camino pilgrims and we respectfully disagree.

very comfortable. we are on the Camino, so it is quite far off the route. but once there it was worth it.

we had trouble with the oven and couldn’t cook dinner as planned, the main bathroom had a leaking toilet. owner was responsive but it was a bummer ; neighbors roosters woke us up

we lost our cellular service once we crossed into Spain . I had this place saved for some reason on my laptop ( price lol ) even though it was pretty much out of our way . I fired up the other phone with the huge roaming fees just long enough to reserve a room . Clean , comfy and above a awesome restaurant/Cantina . Wow extremely friendly people and a taste of what real Spain looks and tastes like . I could live in this small apartment forever happy as a clam if all our stays made me feel this at home it would be a dream come true . Viva Espania !

I didn’t read all the information and didn’t quite understand him with my limited Spanish . There are lock boxes right at the main door upstairs . Call him and he will give you the room number and the code number that will open the box gives you keys . Easy Peezy once you know that . I felt like an idiot lol

The Location was Perfect and the bar down at the ground floor was lots of fun. I really like the place

It was right on top of a cafe/bar that had a lot of people drinking quite late. Unsure if it is a public holiday today in Spain but, if so, perhaps the noise isn't normal and was only due to the public holiday.

Our stay here was one of the highlights of our Camino - but not because of the property. I will explain. When making the reservation I did not notice that this place was 5 or 6 kilometers south (back towards Portugal) from the city. After dragging our sorry butts into Porrhino, we had to get a cab which cost another 15 or 20 euros to get to the property. When we arrived, fortunately someone was there who spoke with the owner so we could get the keys to get into the place. It was fine. BUT the best part of this place is that it sits on top of a cafe and bar. We have stayed above a bar before and it was really loud and open until 3 am. Not this one. There was some night noise, but nothing bad. BUT the really best part was that when we were looking for a place to eat, it was right downstairs and it was awesome good food: fresh, high quality tomatoes, percebes, fresh crawfish, peppers, etc. all the best of Galicia right below us. We ate what we thought was a big lunch with some beer and wine; bill - 9 euros. Went back for dinner and had even more food - 1 glass of wine each - bill 6 euros. We were stunned and asked the waitress how that could be. She explained all the food was considered a tapa which was free if you had a drink. I say this noting they had huge steaks that others were eating, so they weren't just a tapas bar. But what a taste and wallet treat. We would go back here any time - even with the problems of getting into the apartment.

Clean and comfortable.

There were no any necessities in kitchen such as salt, oil, cugar.

Clean equipped with everything you need and overall just nice and cozy after a long day. Wish we were staying there longer

Loud singing downstairs till 1:30 am . We mostly slept through it. Also it was a bit far from Camino de Santiago. But worth the extra few km to it. We loved the place

I think it depends on your next destination, but for us the location was perfect. Very close to big cities, good price value for the stay, good hot shower, all kichinette stuffs were clean, washing machine was super, etc.

They are not equipped with WiFi. And there is a bar on the first floor, so we couldn't open the window when we wanted.

Everything was ok and clean, apartment is above the pub so it was sympathic 😊 Although they have party till 2 o'clock, it wasn't noisy and we can sleep. In that apartment is everything new and beautiful. For me it was perfect, that there is no check-in time, because you have enter code. Bed is very comfortable.

I miss a sharp knife and a kettle 🙃
