Perfect location - bus stops to the city and Los Teresita's beach, as well grocery is very near. Owners really care about possible needs - you coud find all staff you need for daily life. Appreciate for bottle of greeting vine and water on checking. Very helpful with almost 24 hours support by Wat's up - special thanks for Enrique who was very professional in daily support! The biggest treasurer - amazing views, as the window to the Ocean replaces the wall! Highly recommended!

entrance is remote, so it is very convenient. the view is incredible. it was clean and the host left a bottle of wine as a present.

bad smell of mold and shower is tiny. but still it was good for the money we paid.

View is amazing

Very dirty, very complicated process to take the keys (the "intelligent" as the owner described it, procedure took 15minutes!), a lot of noise from outside (the windows don't have sound insulation) and the bed and sofa mattresses were plainly unacceptable. It's a pity, with a small investment the room could have been much better

waking up to that view was the most relaxing experience that I wouldn't mind having for the rest of my life. The owners where always quick to respond and where always kind and polite.

besides the beds being very uncomfortable, the noise was overwhelming, and the privacy was non existant. the elevator loudly squeeked with every use at all hours of the night, and because of the single pain glass wall, every car or arguement sounded like it was next to your ear making sleeping very difficult. The windows to the hallway are open in a way that anyone walking by could see everything which might be normal for Spaniards, as I saw quite a few houses with a similar set up, but it wasn't for us.

The flat was perfectly prepared when we arrived. It was clean, ordered, cutely made up with decorations. The kitchen is completely equiped, a bottle wine as greeting was also there. The view to the ocean is so fantastic.
