Unique property in that it consists of individual small "Villas " located right on the Atlantic Ocean with a nice beach on one side and the Intercoastal waterway on the other side. Beautiful one mile walk to Deerfield Beach pier where there are many restaurants and other assorted shops. Also short driving distance to many other restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended. Stayed in Villa F and owner was very communicative and responsive to any questions.

Everything was great. Only suggestion would be to deep clean the Villa. The majority is very clean but doors, cabinet doors, vents need thorough cleaning Would love to come again😍

The house was great for the two of us. Well equipped. The private beach was great and just steps away.

My husband and I very much enjoyed out stay at Royal Flamingo Villas. We stayed in villa F. Location was excellent, right on the beach, very safe environment, well equipped and very clean, Service was really good. Looking forward to stay there again.

My wife and I celebrated our 50th anniversary here and was very happy with every aspect of our stay.

Great property with quaint cottages, well manicured grounds, private beach area set above the oceanfront so always clean. Access to both the Atlantic ocean and intercostal for fishing or just watching the boats/yachts pass by.

Loved loved loved this villa! Literally steps from the beach and plenty of beach chairs. We loved going out early and watching the sunrise each morning! It was as described except it just didn’t have a DVD player. But it wasn’t a problem. We just brought our own Blue Ray/ DVD and connected it to the new tv in the main room, We will definitely be back! Loved the privacy as well. Thanks Jim!

This was our second year in a row to visit these beautiful villas , we always stay in F, we are so close to beach and pool and can hear the waves at night, clean front porch with chairs to enjoy between activities. Jim is the best!! can't wait for next year

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was beyond perfect! It was quiet and private and so special. We found so many great local restaurants and fun things to do near by! We will defiantly be back soon!! Loved it!

Another vacation at one of our favorite villas in Hillsboro beach again exceeded all of our expectations. The villa is quiet except for the sound of the ocean. Everything inside was neat airy and convenient. Management and the owner, Jim, responded to all inquiries promptly. We had the best time again at this Villa. Hoping to stay again next year.

First time there, and it was lovely - WILL return ! Individual Villas, private beach area, and sparkling pool made for a great vacation. Check with Villa owners to find out what you need to bring or buy (ie, beach towels, small cooler, etc). We flew in, so we had to buy a few things for the stay - but the necessities were there.

This property was an excellent fit for my wife and myself. We wanted to get away and just relax on the beach and soak up some sun. The beach was only a 100ft away and there was always beach chairs available. What we really enjoyed was sitting on the beach at night under the cabana with a few cocktails and just listened to the waves. Our villa was clean and comfortable and Jim, the owner was very easy to get ahold of and always returned our text quickly. Would definitely stay here again !

Royal Flamingo is truly a special place, like no other. We love this little piece of paradise. Having a private villa is wonderful, the property is beautiful, and the beach and intracoastal waterway are equally enjoyable. We loved the clam shell cabanas on the beach , and the heated swimming pool. Amazing sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the intracoastal. Walking distance to lots if restaurants and the fishing peer. Villa F was comfortable and close to the beach and pool. The bed was comfortable and it felt like home for the week. Super convenient if you need to do laundry as the laundry hut is out the back door. Only downside of this villa was that the stove top didn't seem to work properly, one burner didn't work at all and the others were wonky, taking forever to boil water, there wasn't dish soap provided and the bathroom could have been cleaner. But, none of this affected our relaxing vacation. We will return to the Royal Flamingo!

This was our second time at this Villa - Third time for the resort - obviously we must love it as we have already booked for next year. This villa is 50 ft away from beach and for my husband and I it is perfect. Our son and his family live close by and is a great place to set on front patio and catch up with them. Love the morning walks on Deerfield Beach.

Fantastic location so close to the beach and short walk to the intracoastal to view the sunset and watch the boats go by. Royal Flamingo Villas offers clamshell cabanas and plenty of chairs and lounge chairs at no cost. Also a nice walk to the pier at Deerfield Beach with restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay at JIm's villa which is portrayed accurately on the website and includes everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Such a wonderful stay! We needed a beach getaway and that is what we found at this property. There is a nice view of the ocean from the living room and a few steps to the sand. They have nice Tiki style umbrellas and plenty of chairs and cabanas for all of the residents and guests. The master suite is very roomy and there is a lot of space in this villa to spread out. Great owner that is very helpful and always reachable! Happy Travels!

This is a lovely, slow-paced slice of Florida. Very relaxing and enjoyable. The villa had everything you need for an extended stay (we were there for two weeks) and was perfectly situated for all kinds of activities. The beach was right there of course, but you are also within walking distance of Deerfield Beach Pier and several good restaurants. We had a great time!

Nice and clean. A perfect location for us. The host and property manager were both easy to work with. We'll definitely be back!

The beautiful villa has everything you need. It’s so nice to be right on the beach plus the convenience of a nice pool and chairs and outdoor activities. It’s perfect.

Nice and quiet. Came in town a day early and we were able to get into the villa on last minute notice to the owner with no hesitation. The maintenance people were friendly. Cute little lizards run throughout the area. Got to see a Sea Turtle come to shore to lay her nest right over the ledge of the villa. Canal was nice and boats were pretty driving by. Overall an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone!

We absolutely loved the property! It was spot on to what was advertised! It was extremely easy to communicate with Jim! And to be so close to the beach and hear the ocean through the night just was absolutely fantastic

This property was exactly what we were looking for, we like the fact that they’re stand alone condos. We stayed in Villa F and were very pleased with the roominess and comfort. Owner was in contact to make sure we were happy with our accommodations. The location was excellent, beautiful ocean is right there with a private beach, and it’s close to great restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

We just spent six nights at this perfect bungalow. Everything went smoothly from the beginning. We were delayed arriving due to Florida storms and arrived at 1 am instead of 3pm. I contacted the main number Jim, the owner, had provided and the unit was left open so we didn’t even need to struggle in the dark or the rain to get in. The parking spot was clearly marked so that when we arrived completed exhausted we had no stress. The unit had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We choose to stay at a unit with a kitchen due to Covid. We wanted to limit our contact with others. This worked perfectly. We went to a Publix near by and got food for the week. A grill could be provided but we opted not to barbecue. But most importantly was the location. We had morning coffee on the patio and enjoyed the ocean breezes. A very short walk brings you to the private beach with cabanas and lounge chairs galore. We had our choice. It was a nice stretch of quiet beach. When we wanted to watch the boats go by on the intercostal we walked to the other side of the complex. Again lounge chairs and tiki huts welcomed us. It was very peaceful. Our unit was located right in front of a washer/dryer room. I just walked out the back door to access. It was just like having them in the unit. You can also walk to Deerfield Beach restaurants and the public beach. It is less than a mile away. We did walk in twice to get ice cream from my favorite shop Kilwins. Jim was very easy to work with. He reached out to us immediately after we booked the trip. Again a week before our arrival and then once during the stay. We had no trouble and didn’t need anything. But he was accessible. We would definitely stay again. It was extremely relaxing and stress free.

Beautiful beach with a vintage Florida feel. Perfect

This is a 5 star villa on the sunny Florida coast. The bungalo has everything you will need, including fully equipped Kitchen, well appointed open concept living room, king sized bedroom, and breezy front porch. There is a heated pool (1 minute walk) and a stunning beach area (30 seconds walk from your front door). Piblix and Whole foods are both close by, and the property managers let you borrow a bbq. Highly recommended and we wished we stayed longer.

We loved our stay at the villa. The villa had everything we needed. It was so close to the beach. There was plenty of cabanas to use. The heated pool was steps away. It was a place to stay.
