Spacious rooms and a great night's sleep. Having use of the pool and sauna was a bonus, too. Check in and out was smooth and the location is great, right on the edge of the town centre, all doable on foot if you're in reasonable health.

The room was a little warm and it took us a while to figure out the air con/cooling system. The balcony - although lovely - was unusable due to bird droppings and could have used a more thorough clean before we arrived.

Quiet, good location. Clean and tidy. Good air conditioning and bathroom facilities. The retirement home aspect is not the slightest problem and does not restrict the use of the facility as a hotel. On the whole an excellent stay and I would recommend it highly.

Very little equipment in the kitchen, which makes even simple self catering a problem. Difficult to find the parking, so perhaps more details once booked? Only one very thin pillow per person. Sounds trivial, but makes a difference to quality of sleep. Two armchairs in room, one comfortable, one not so.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It had comfy beds and well kitted kitchen (but no washing machine which we were sort of expecting). The free car park was a bonus and its proximity to the city centre made it easy to walk everywhere. The staff were very helpful when upon arrival we realised the bedroom had a small (135) double bed in the bedroom. She very kindly changed it for two singles pushed together, which made the stay much more comfortable.

We were surprised to find out upon arrival that the apartment complex was in fact a senior/elderly people residential home. This was not made clear when we booked the apartment, and it felt somewhat bizarre... I think it would be useful to make this clear to potential guests that you are going to be staying in what is primarily an old people's residence.

The staff were very friendly and helpful , the rooms were very large and kept very clean .The towels were replaced every day .The hotel is 5 min walk from lots of restauraunts and ten min walk from city centre .

The breakfast selection was limited but ok

- modern very clean and well - equipped designed apartment - nice indoor swimming pool - easy comfy and safe parking for free

- really complicated to find the building - street view of apt 329 was really horrible - noisy , dirty and smelly neighbourhood, the narrow street makes the apartment very dark - just very basic kitchen stuff - no sharp knife, 1 small pot and 1 small pan - a bed is really small for a couple
