We absolutely LOVED our time at this home. First of all, it was immaculate! The cleanest rental house I've ever stayed at. Furniture, beds, and pillows were all comfy too! It had all of the essentials we needed...plus more! The game room, pool & hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed by all. The community pool with the water park was tons of fun. The communication with the owners was outstanding! Easy checkout process too! We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Orlando! Highly recommend!

It has a perfect layout for everyone. The bedrooms each have a en suite bath with comfortable beds and thoughtful furnishings. The relaxing sofa and the super easy to use Large TV in the living room was our go to hub after visiting all the varies attractions in the area. Which really are a super short drive away. On the days we wanted to chill out, we spent in the lovely screened in lanai, swimming in the pool, watching TV or just enjoying the scenic view. I AM the chief cook and bottle washer in the family and I found the kitchen to be spacious and easy to use.. And if that wasn't enough the HUGE theater/ game room was a blast. The TV, theater seating, games and ambience was also a perfect place to kick back. Thank you Tom for your warm welcome. We would love to vacation here again and again.

We have stayed in many resorts in the Kissimmee area over the last thirty plus years but when we discovered Windsor Hills about fifteen years ago, we knew we had found the best the area has to offer. The community itself is beautifully kept and the relatively recent addition of the large water park was a delight to our grandchildren who came to visit us.The villa itself sits on the best location within the entire resort. Its south-facing pool is bathed in Florida sunshine all day long (although you can retreat to the shade whenever you wish). It is a very short stroll to the main resort pool and water park.The owner Tom, has wasted nothing in providing his guests with luxury accommodation at every turn. Top notch appliances and superior electronics make your stay care free. The furniture and fixtures are upscale and the beds are very top quality.You can spend your days in the parks that are a short drive away and your evenings enjoying the spa on the pool deck or alternatively relaxing in the reclining loungers in the theatre room being entertained over multiple television and movie platforms by a huge television and theatre quality sound. The kids can entertain themselves with pinball, a multicade or X-box.Perhaps most appreciated is Tom’s quick and thorough response to visitors’ needs as they inevitably arise. He is truly there to make your visit as pleasant as can be. He provides truly exceptional service to his guests.We can’t wait for our next visit to this vacation gem!

This home was perfect for us. The two adults couples were able to sleep in the very comfortable king sized beds while the young ones all had their own twin bed. Each bedroom, as represented in the diagram and pictures, has a connecting bathroom. The game room in the converted garage was awesome as the kids never tired of the games as there were so many choices and even the adults played a few games. This home is very convenient to the Disney parks. It took us only 15 minutes from leaving the property to exiting the car at any of the Disney parks and we did them all. As other mentioned, there is a Walmart that is very close by and you pass each time you visit Disney. The children loved the pool and even though it has salt water, to them and us as well, you could not tell any difference. Only issue to be aware of is the sparseness of household items as there is only a small salt & pepper shaker, small dish soap, two dishwasher pods for 10 days, very small hand soap in each bathroom and no shampoo or conditioner. So, just be prepared to buy what you need for your stay.I have rented through VBRO maybe 15 times or more in many countries and this owner, Tom, is at the top of the list as he was extremely communitive and helpful. When an issue with the batteries with the TV remotes died, he reacted quickly as he expressed mailed a package that was delivered the next day. We considered staying at a different property due to this home being more money but we were so glad we choice to stay here as there were so many positives: Location, pool, game room, bedrooms, large TV’s and helpful owner.

The layout is phenomenal, we all had our own space but also so many places to congregate as a family. I love the open concept kitchen/dining/living room, we were all able to feel included no matter what we were doing. The location of the home in the resort is by far the best, so close to the club house and a great view of the pond. The home was equipped with everything we needed and/or wanted. Tom was great at communicating everything prior to our arrival. Make the reservation you won’t regret it!!!

First thing is the Beds were so comfortable A++++ No back aches after vacation . The pool was so clean and we enjoyed lots of swimming along with a ginourmous pool and a fun splash pad slide area swimming at the clubhouse that was spectacular they have a little store with a cook to order pizza fries sandwiches and a whole bunch of yummy stuff. Back to the rental we loved the den turned into a game room movie room we had lots of fun family movie nights and the theatre seating was so comfortable. And a good place to cool off that little Air-conditioner was the best 👌 . The kuerig coffee provided was so extra and we loved that . The patio was so enjoyable with all the comfortable seating and fans . This place was so quiet as well and with no back neighbors you have a beautiful view morning or night . We will be back for sure . We loved having a bathroom attached to each bedroom that made getting ready in the mornings easy . Tom thanks for your hospitality your doing great . My only suggestion would be to keep extra TP in each bathroom and maybe a couple tide pods so we could have done a load of wash or 2 after staying a whole week.

We were looking for a place to stay for 8 nights for 9 people and this place was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us - it was just perfect and would highly recommended and would love to stay here again!

Tom was a wonderful person to work with. He worked with us through Covid and was able to change our reservation for a time that would work for us! I cannot say enough great things about him and his property!

We stayed for a week at Windsor Hills and enjoyed every moment! The house is in a safe, quiet community within a 15 minute drive of DisneyWorld. My children loved the game room and swimming every evening in the saltwater pool. We will definitely stay again!

I just enjoyed our first family vacation with my four grandchildren, and three adults, a family of 7 total at Tom’s beautiful home. In person the house is even more gorgeous than the photos, which I didn’t think was possible. On arrival the house was spotless and sanitized which was impressive and put our minds at ease. All furnishings and decor are modern, chic, yet functional at the same time. Beds are super comfy. The children loved their custom beds and took turns switching rooms. The game room/theater and pool/sauna was loved by adults and children every day. We stayed on property for the week with only one day at a park. Beautiful high end appliances and state of the art sound system, everything exceeded our expectations! Tom had excellent communication from start to finish, went above and beyond providing quality customer service and support. He patiently answered all questions, but with kindness and was thorough. Every detail in the home is well appointed and thought out! Conveniently located to WDW and local stores. The kiddos, are now saying they want to go back to their new house with the pool. If you’re looking for the best, I highly recommend renting Tom’s properties. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, which helped to make our family vacation memories of a lifetime!

My family enjoyed our stay to the max! If I heard my kids say “Best Vacation Ever” once, I heard it 100 times!
