It would have been nice to have two chairs in the room. One sitting on the floor or bed and one on the chair was cumbersome. And as we do not have cable at home, directions on how the Direct TV works would have been helpful.

WeLoved our stay the place was perfect for what we needed queen size bed and a nice bathroom and a TV. Very clean place the front porch was nice was walking distance to everything we needed for the AppleFest of all I would definitely stay there again

I made the manager aware of a situation in my stay overnight, his response was we have never had that issue. I offered to send pictures, (which I did on my own). I also explained that this situation caused me not to get a full night sleep, leaving me very tired and frustrated.
The manager nevered offered any condolence to the situation.
I will not summit tne situation details in order to give the manager an opportunity to correct this.

The owner was very courteous. The room is in a good area, safe and easy to walk to downtown area. We enjoyed our visit.

This place was in a perfect location - right on the main street and walkable to everything. Bayfield is such a darling, historic town that I'd actually never heard of, but was a convenient stop as we traveled the Lake Superior Circle Tour. This place was perfectly neat and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We ate at the Copper Trout and had a delicious meal. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Loved this - great location in charming Bayfield! The upstairs room had everything we needed. A comfortable queen bed, plenty of room, a coffee maker and mini fridge. My communication with the owner was great. Michael was responsive and respectful.
We ate ate the Copper Trout which was delicious!
Highly recommend this space!

The property is in the heart of the town. It is not fancy but very comfortable and clean. There are steps to the second floor of the building where the room is located. This may be a problem for some.

Great location, easy overnight stay
We only got to stay one night in Bayfield and this was a good choice for us. Location was great with restaurants, grocery, shopping and the waterfront an easy walk. Unit is upstairs and there is no elevator, but that was not an issue for us. Host was helpful and available. AC was a small window unit that had a hard time keeping up on the hot day we spent in town. Might be nice to precool the room a bit on hot days, since it took several hours to get down to a comfortable temp for us. No added chores at checkout, which was nice. Would stay again for an overnighter, but probably a bit small for a longer stay.

The location is right in Bayfield in the shopping and restaurant area. Although there is not a lake view from the room, the waterfront is only a couple of blocks away. The room was clean and nicely done. Perfect spot for a couple’s getaway.

Lots of storage space and good light. Clean room and bathroom. Steep stairway up to unit.
Not handicapped accessible. Very poor water pressure in shower. Small maintenance needed: loud, squeaky bathroom door; broken window cranks. Convenient to good restaurant (Copper Trout). Very convenient to shuttle stop for Big Top. Amiable host. Good off-street parking. Room not worth the price.

We normally rent a cabin in the Bayfield area, but opted to stay in town. The location was great and the affiliated restuarant next door was wonderful. Easy walk to the lakefront, near numerous great shops, and really nice room.
