1) The size of the bed! A queen size bed (as claimed by the receptionist) usually cannot cope with my size measurements as I am a tall person, BUT (Surprise! Surprise!) this "Queen-size bed" indeed cope with my size and every night, I could rest with a lot of quality. 2) The excellent sheer size of the shower basin! Absolutely amazing! Better than some 5-star hotels that I have visited during my business trips! Also an excellent note to the shower system itself! Equipped with an "over-the-head waterfall" plus a typical shower handle with a lot of water pressure! What can one ask more for to start a new day of work!

From the above comments regarding "What did I like" in this hotel, one can infer that I am talking about a 4 or 5-star hotel. No! This is classified as a three-star one (if not mistaken...), BUT, having that stated, I would like to see an Airconditioning system in the room along with a breakfast that could also encompass the so-called "Continental style breakfast" or also known as "English breakfast".

Old hotel where they tried to update by quick fix. Location is next to a huge chemical plant. Staff doesn’t speak one word of English.

Parking early was fine,,,check in fine,,,,room ok ish…only 1 towel each and when we requested more was told,,,,,,come to reception in 5 mins. Went to reception to be told,,,,I’m busy,,,come back later! I expressed my opinion and then 1 hour later the receptionist brought towels to our room. Went out for dinner,,,,,not much open in the area after 8pm….returned to hotel and unless you were on a motorbike there was no parking except on the local roads. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful, I speak English and Spanish but she would not translate the evening menu into either even though she was fluent in both. Not a good advertisement for the hotel chain but she was running the place single handed. If this is the way best western are going they can be assured they will not be getting my custom in the future or that of any of my friends, colleagues and businesses associates. A few euro more gets a much better level of service and accommodation with other large chains. Unlucky best western,,,,,,,your cost cutting has just cut your revenue stream massively,,,,,,I work for the largest pharmaceutical company in the world and my travel reviews are paramount to the booking process of our employees. A few euros more per delegate to have happy executives at a meeting is nothing…….but you obviously don’t get that.

Breakfast was nice, not very much choice, but it was often replenished.

Parking was a little difficult, as nearly all spaces where occupied.. with work vans..

Extremely helpful personal. We booked the wrong day and arrived one day earlier, the lady at the front desk did her magic and found us a family room in no time, even though the hotel was fully booked or almost fully booked, thanks! Comfortable bed and room with a funny view to a field with horses.

It could be a bit challenging to find a parking spot, but parking in the adjacent street is as well possible.

Accessible location, free private parking, large size rooms, clean, ok facilities, friendly staff. Surrounding is a bit peculiar with the large industrial complex, not necessarily a good or bad thing, and you can see it in the photos (not really an issue with the hotel itself).

No fridge in the room and the hotel looks a bit outdated. Small parking but the parking on the street is free.
