Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bietet viel Stauraum und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Morgenessen ist lecker und die Atmosphäre im Speise- und Aufenthaltsraum sehr angenehm.

Die Heizung war laut und das Zimmer etwas ringhörig.

La struttura nuova, la camera grande, accogliente e pulita. L'hotel si trova di fronte alla stazione dei treni di Ilanz, in posizione strategica. La struttura è comoda per raggiungere i comprensori sciistici circostanti. La colazione a buffet è buona e varia.

Great breakfast with quality options, though limited variety. Perfectly located near public transport. The staff is warm and welcoming. Spacious rooms are a big plus. There's a cute, clean spa on the top floor.

It's near the train station, so light sleepers might be disturbed by nighttime trains. The hotel restaurant offers delicious food at great prices, but there's room for improvement.

The hotel met our expectations. Close to the beautiful mountains, a comfortable hotel with a good breakfast and the service is very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend.

The hotel rooms are located on the top floor such that you'll have a stunning view over the mountains. Beds were also very comfortable. The breakfast was really great with a very rich buffet. Breakfast was also served as early as 7am, such that you can get on the early busses that bring you into the valleys for hiking. Great location directly at the train station.

Although already great as it was, it looked like the wellness area wasn't fully renovated, yet. The jacuzzi was out of order on the day we arrived and in my opinion there were too few seating and lounging options (two chairs one lounger) available, such that one needed to wait standing between going to the sauna if there were more than two people using the wellness area at the same time.

Everything was just perfect. Clean nice room, view from the balcony, private parking, and good breakfast. Also, there is a little spa on the top floor.

I originally intended to stay in Chur but decided that Ilanz was better suited to my travel needs. A good choice! The hotel was ideally situated opposite the railway station as I was travelling between Disentis and Chur by rail. It is relatively new, spacious and has a restaurant on the ground floor offering a good choice of food and drink. Highly recommended and I will have no hesitation in staying there again if I am in the area.

The ski room could be improved. You can’t really dry your shoes or clothes

Hotel reception girl is very kind and friendly.we have been many times there .feel so comfortable .They have very clean room, equipped with everything you need, and the hotel restaurant food are good as well but the staff there need more friendly to the people.

The hotel is very pretty and modern. The rooms are modern, very clean and the view from the big windows is superb. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we loved relaxing in the jacuzzi. Breakfast was good.

The only thing we found uncomfortable were the pillows. Very fluffy but when you put your head down they become super thin.

The room was very big and clean, with a renovated bathroom. It also had a big balcony with nice view on the mountains. We had a very nice dinner at the Eden Restaurant

The room wasn't well soundproofed. We couldn't sleep well because we could hear our neighbor watching the television first and then snoring. It was also a bit too warm (with no possibility to change the heat level)

The staff was all very welcoming and helpful, the hotel was to a good standard and the food was very good and catered for all. Small roof top jacuzzi with sauna and steam room on the top floor looking out to the town very relaxing. location is good for ski/boarders bus station and train station right outside the front door with a 10 minute commute to LAXX bus to take 411 LAXX. I would recommend this hotel and resort for a quiet ski holiday to relax with friends, we will be back!

Not much apres ski in town but a couple of local bars to venture to if you wanted a stroll, but the hotel bar was just as good tbh to taste the local Swiss wine.

- limited free parking, but rail station (pay) car park next door. - single, slow lift for the whole building - sometimes a long wait at peak times
