Room light flickering, no slippers as stated would be provided, dirty dressing gown in room, no jacuzzi/sauna working. Walls dirty with chocolate splatters smeared over wall. Greasy head marks on windows.

Convenient location from the bus station( on the highway and thus can be a bit noisy if you want peace), good breakfast, pleasant staff, clean room, and well-heated and well-lighted bathroom. Overall a pleasant experience.

Staff were extra friendly. Breakfast options were massive and so delicious... Please pass on my compliments to the chef. The small, basic room was actually quite large. It felt more like an Airbnb with its own person touch of a bookshelf, couch and tv in a separate room to the bedroom, etc. And, it was all at a low price.

I went to the restaurant at 8:45pm and they said they could not serve me because the restaurant stopped serving at 9pm. I asked could a take away be prepared but the chef said no to the waitress… do I had to go find food elsewhere! This is bad business and not good service!

"Double" bed was two single beds shoved together. No double mattress. Elevator is old, cramped and temperamental.

The breakfast is fantastic and the dinner (paid) is a bit overpriced but really good. The room was small but comfortable for one person (probably okay for 2 if you don’t have a lot of luggage or need to hang out in it for long). The bed is comfortable but pillows were too soft (my constant concern in European hotels!) - but you might like that kind of thing. Great location to explore the area. Wi-Fi is included and fast!

I am shocked there wasn’t a hair dryer in the room - not anywhere to be found on the property (not even in the spa / shared space). I don’t think I’ve stayed in hotel or Airbnb even in the last decade without this pretty basic necessity. yes - I think it’s a necessity in the winter months as you can get ill by heading outside with dripping hair. It was uncomfortable even in the summer to be wet and cold without a way to dry my hair. and the woman working reception was no help. just said “no - we don’t have them” and when I asked her to help solve this problem she got on the phone and I thought she was looking into the issue but nothing ever became of it. Honestly - if you don’t feel the need to provide this basic necessity in all rooms at the very least: have one or two at the desk that people can borrow or put them in the shared space in the spa locker room. I honestly can’t imagine that guests have just been walking around looking like drowned rats and are okay with it?!
