The condo was spotless, very well equipped.
2 min walk to the beach. 2 min walk to the bars/restaurants and supermarkets. Couldn’t ask for a better location.

The room was amazing. Tons of space. Very safe for children. All the guest and owners were very nice. Nothing but smiles! The beach access was easy and the beach speaks for itself. Thank you!

My family had an enjoyable week at this clean, updated condo. Many extras here including beach chairs, beach towels and outdoor toys. Lounge chairs provided on the private beach . The location was just perfect… beach front, good sized pool which went to 8ft, eateries and shopping within walking distance.
We will definitely stay here in future visits !!

We loved Siesta Breakers Condo 403! An elevator was conveniently located near our condo. The condo was extremely updated with all working appliances, the beds were comfortable, and the screened in patio/furniture was so cozy overlooking the pool and the ocean. The grounds and pool area was so nice! We actually wish sunny side properties or owners had more condos available for rent!

We loved our stay at this property! The location was wonderful for walking to restaurants. It was also conveniently located close to a drug store which was helpful for last minute needs.
The kitchen was well-stocked with all appliances and cookware.
The condo also had everything we needed for beach days! It was wonderful to have lounge chairs to use.
The kids loved the heated pool on chilly days!

Everything about this condo was wonderful! The inside of the condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked, the interior was decorated beautifully, and the location was perfect. Wonderful Place to Stay
We enjoyed our stay at Siesta Breakers. The communication for check-in and check-out was clearly communicated. The unit was very clean and centrally located to nearby restaurants and shops. Many of which were within walking distance.
My family also enjoyed the large pool and lovely beach on the gulf during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit to others.

Very nice condo and fully stocked. Could fly and only bring a suitcase! Do not overpack- this property has everything from beach towels to beach chairs and umbrellas if needed. The beach also has beach chairs provided. Best sty in Siesta Key yet!

Have done without! Walking distance to everything we needed. Rode over to Publix once to stock up, Could easily Uber. Trolley will take you to the village, but we only went to see it. We had plenty around us. We stayed at a house on this side of island last year and heard a lot of outside noise…not here! Family friendly!

Beauty on the beach
Extremely roomy condo with beautiful views of the pool and the beach. Convenient market and restaurants nearby. Free shuttles to the little village. The white sand is amazingly soft and stays cool. Cabanas and chairs available on the beach. Relaxing vacation in beautiful surroundings. We will be back

Siesta breakers 403
Siesta breakers 403 was very nice. Having stayed at the complex many times in the past but never this far back, we were very aware of road noises from midnight pass. In addition the master bed made noise with position changes, etc. The second bathroom toilet was very slow to fill. The kitchen could have used one or two more cutting boards to protect the countertops

Wonderful Experience
Our stay at Siesta Breakers was outstanding. The unit was clean, well equipped and suited our needs perfectly. And I can’t imagine a more convenient location anywhere else on Siesta Key - beach, shopping, dining, transportation, etc. We hope to return again next year.

Great week in Siesta Key in this very comfy beachfront condo. Slept 5 adults comfortably, great location in walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants, shopping, etc…. Nice pool and great sunsets in Crescent Beach (right in front of condo).

October Get Away
Love Siesta Breakers- location at south of beach is convenient as there is a market across the street. I have been traveling to this beach for 40 years and consider it the best beach I have seen. The condo was upgraded and had all amenities needed for your stay.

Beautiful & Relaxing
This property and location was perfect! Private beach with large pool. Just don’t put any rafts in the pool otherwise maintenance man will yell at you :). I would strongly recommend this property. Everything you need is across the street including grocery store, restaurants and ice cream. You’re far enough away from the public beach, but still can walk the beach to get there in 30 min. The ocean and sand is mesmerizing. I will be returning with the family!

Great Place
This condo had plenty of room, and was very clean. The location was perfect! The only thing we needed was a sturdy umbrella. We ended up buying a small one because buying an expensive one was not option since we couldn't take it with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Paradise found in Siesta Key 2019
Siesta Breakers overall was a beautiful property! Our condo 403 was amazing! It was just as described and shown in the pictures. The owners did a fabulous job remodeling this condo!!! It is beautiful! It was very comfortable, we felt like we were at home. The breakers even had lawn chairs stacked on the beach for their guest. Thank you! You don't need anything but your beach towel & sunscrean. That beautiful white sand is cool on your feet, so you don't need shoes. Our family feels like we found paradise. Thank you for an amazing vacation😀�😍�😀�🌴�🌅�🌴�. We will definitely be back! The Gibson's.
