Very convenient hotel located in between the CBD and the railway terminal/airport.
Spacious room/bathroom with small sofa and table.

Water at even the restaurant is paid. During breakfast, you need to pay 100 shillings to have water.

I particularly liked the room I stayed in. It was spacious with all the necessary amenities. The shower was great too, in fact better than most hotels of the same class I've stayed in in Nairobi. The location is also quiet and one can enjoy a good night sleep. Oh, not to mention that the bed was very comfortable and spacious.
A little bit difficult to access but you can always find your way if you use a taxi. We had breakfast but the restaurant was heavily congested with guests who appeared to have come in from outside. The staff tried their best to serve but they were seemingly very overwhelmed. It took time to get served.

THE STAFF.. in all my travels I rarely seen such incompetent staff. Not polite at all and not helpful. One person at the reception was rude.
The location is really not good, you can smell things burning from down
The bathrooms are really old
If you are travelling alone as a solo female, you will get bothered by the men staying at the hotel. There were a lot of men and I was the olny female around. So coming down to breakfast with a t shirt was problematic as I got approached in the lift by 2 guests.. but also later when having breakfast.
Overall a really horrible experience. I was biased by the positive comments but don't get fooled...

Razana was perfect because it was near Wilson airport and we were flying to Masai Mara early the following morning. They also allowed us to keep our luggage there until our return 3 days later which was good. They ordered Uber for us as well. The food was good in the restaurant.

Staff were very kind.
Allowed us an early check-in (without prior notice) & late check-out.
Safely stored our bags after checkout whilst we went about town, until we were ready to collect and go to the airport.
Felt very safe travelling as mother & daughter.

Easily accessible by Uber.
