Quiet. We were the only ones there

Not much choice but under the circumstances understandable

We stayed for 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was cleaned daily, the beds a little hard but comfortable with great pillows. The breakfast was awesome and we would highly recommend the omelette and the Nasi Goreng (our nine year old son had it every day it was that good!). The staff were very helpful and when we advised of a smell coming from the drain they fixed the problem immediately and offered to move us to another room if we would like to (we declined the offer as the problem was sorted). The pool was always clean and towels were readily available. Overall we would definitely recommend staying at The Nyaman.

The only thing that we would say is that if you have little people with you (ours was nine) it is a bit of a hike to get anywhere on foot. After a bit of research we found a cut through to Kuta main strip which was a great help and we caught a taxi back most nights as the cut through was a bit dark and paths not very wide (quite often we had to go out on to the road to get past parked cars). There are not to many eating options close by and with the restaurant running on a reduced menu (due to what was happening in the world at the time) we felt limited in dining options however this was a bit out of their control as the guest numbers were down and it needs to be viable for them to stay open.
