Travelled to Coldspring to spend part of Christmas with our grandson and his new born son. Had a wonderful time at this lovely home. Look forward to another time - perhaps in the summer.

Our family had a wonderful visit at this property over Thanksgiving. The house was spacious and well stocked. The owners Frederik and Sylvia were available and answered questions promptly. The wood stove was burning and ready for us when we arrived on a cold November day. We will definitely return here!!!

Our stay at the lake house in this nice neighborhood exceeded expectations. The marina added a serene touch to the surroundings. We enjoyed expending family time at the large table on the deck. The well-stocked kitchen with spices and cooking essentials made meal preparation a breeze. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Spacious, well-stocked, clean home close to the lake in a secure, remote neighborhood.

This lake house is in the trees, along a creek very, close to the marina. We reserved a slip for our boat which convenient and fun. The house is roomy, well cared for, and well supplied with dishes, kitchen items, bath towels and bedding. There is also a cloths washer & dryer and all appliances and AC are in good working order. There is also parking for 4 cars which is more than many similar locations. The Cape Royal community is very nice and the location is beautiful. Over all the house is comfortable, pleasant to be in, and hosted our family perfectly. Wish we could stay there all summer!

Enjoyed our time, just would have liked to have been able to make the rain go away. We did have some time to enjoy the back deck though. The host had good communication. The kitchen was very well stocked. The large couch was nice. Comfortable seating for several people. We also had plenty of area for parking. Nice area fro get out and take a walk.

What a great place! The house was beautiful and the location was amazing. It was spacious, bed were comfy and the decor was inviting. We couldn’t get over how well stocked the place was. It had EVERYTHING you need, and more. Definitely recommend!

Property was comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, dishes and cleaning supplies. All you needed for a getaway at the lake. Description of the property and ammenties is accurate. The owner was hospitable and communicative. When we get a chance, we will visit again.

Our family really enjoyed spending the Thanksgiving holidays in Fred and Sylvia's beautiful home. They were such great hosts and the property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace, lots of seating and dining outdoors looking at the beautiful view of the lake and marina. The community was also great and we loved hiking the trails. We definitely plan to return!

It’s a great gateway: spacious, clean house with everything you need and even more. The neighborhood is so beautiful and safe. There are hiking trails and a small playground. It’s very quite. We did have a small issue with a thermostat not working on the first floor but Fred brought us wood to warm it up. Thank you so much! We are very happy with our stay!

We had a great stay at this property the week of Thanksgiving. The owner provided great communication and clear instructions for check-in. The home was very clean, which I can imagine is challenging being in nature with all the trees and critters. I was surprised by the cleanliness. The home was well-appointed and comfortable. We had a great stay and would recommend this property to others. It would be good for two families with kids, since there are two bedrooms upstairs and two down - each family could take a floor. The home is very accommodating for a group. We did not have a large group and had many more beds than we needed but it was very nice to have space. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. Everything worked and our family enjoyed the outside deck very much for sitting and cooking out. There is a large outdoor table that accommodates a lot of people and plenty of seating. A beautiful setting. Host were very sweet and accommodating. We would stay here again.

We lucked out finding this adorable lake house just before Labor Day. Well stocked kitchen and house! This worked great for our high school and college aged boys! Walking trails in the woods, fishing at marina and nearby park! Relaxing in a beautiful setting! Thank you for a wonderful family reset!

Cape Royal is an excellent home, and location. The property owners had great communication, and were very accommodating. House was clean with plenty of room for our family and was pet friendly. Good location close to boat launch. Great communication from the owners and check in was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Inside was in good shape and very clean. Around out side could use some cleaning. but overall its a great place to stay.

My family and I have used a lot of vrbos over the last few years i have a 6,4, and 2 year old little girls. Every thing was a good trip until the CRAZY cleaning lady showed up and called the owner of the property we were trying to load the cars and ask a few question about if we had done the proper placement of the dishes. she then called the owner and started to say all kind of crazy stuff to him along with telling us we had locked all the doors in the house witch we have no idea what she was talking about. Anyways it was just crazy the owner called my started telling my all kind of crazy stuff asking me if i understand english witch i was born in the USA. Look i am telling you i would not pick this place LOL the people are nuts. last thing the AMOUNT of roaches in the house was un real

Our family and friends enjoyed a great 4 days relaxing in a very welcoming and well equipped property. We had fun playing games, doing puzzles, and spending time on the water. Thanks to Fred and Sylvia for a great stay, just like last year.

We are a two time renter here. Kitchen is well stocked with any spices, seasonings, or condiments you may have forgotten. Location is right near the Point Royale Marina, so you can get out and walk along the water Point Royale has a 1 mile nature trail where you can hike and see deer, turtles, and even an alligator. The swimming hole is just a short drive away. Other hiking and activity areas (double lake natural area and wolf creek park) are nearby for day trips. Overall a great family vacation. Hosts are fantastic and responsive although never any issues with the house. Big living area and kids bedrooms are downstairs while adults are up. Plenty of games and a great porch for enjoying downtime. Will be back!

We have stayed here before and it is always clean and fully stocked of anything you should need. The location is great and close to the marina, the home owner is very responsive and the neighbors are very friendly.

30 Harbour Row Circle, is an OUTSTANDING property. Everything was clean, comfortable, spacious with easy access to the marina. The owners were especially gracious and saw to all of our needs.

We had a great time in Cold Springs. Especially nice we’re the beds! Great sleep with the darkness of all the trees and the air conditioning! Slept way past my “get up time”.
