Loved the location. The views from all 3 floors were amazing. We would certainly go back to this place. Also easy to get to all of the neighboring towns, wineries and restaurants

Enjoyed very much. Did have problem with downstairs bathroom, but they replace toilet same day. Only suggestion is to add TV to first floor.

This was our fourth vacation at the beautiful Cottages at Center Point Marina! The spectacular views, numerous amenities, close proximity to restaurants and shopping are just a sample of all that this property provides! We are looking forward to making more memories here in the future!

The location was perfect and we enjoyed staying here immensely. The kitchen was well equipped and we did not lack anything. In sum, a great place from which to explore Door County.

We stayed in condo 121 (closest to the water) in early June 2022. The view from the third floor was amazing. We loved all of the windows. Our whole family especially enjoyed the close proximity to the downtown area and the outdoor pool. Thank you for a nice getaway.

The property is in a unique and beautiful location! Parts of the rental are beautiful but parts are worn and even dirty. Overall my family had a good experience.

The property was well kept and the layout perfect. Each bedroom had a full bathroom. The hot tub was not working but the pool was open. We used the grills to cook dinner one of the nights. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Very unique property in downtown Sturgeon Bay. Overlooks the cut with views of the adjacent marina.. ground level and second floor balconies. Bathroom on each of the three levels. Extra spacious bedroom on the third floor.

We really enjoyed this property! It was clean and well kept up. The location was terrific for walking around the downtown area as well as an easy starting place to drive and explore the rest of door county. Enjoyed the views and my whole party agreed we’d stay here again!

Very nice and clean. Everything was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The checkout process was a bit more than most. Having to collect all laundry and wash and dry all of the kitchen utensils is more than most would require.

This was more than spacious for two people. We enjoyed our stay.

This is the second year we stayed here and are planning to do it again next year. The view and the cottage is great.

The house was gorgeous, and you cannot beat the water view and sunrises and sunsets! Easy check-in and good correspondence with the manager prior to stay. We were disappointed when we were notified that the indoor pool and fitness center closed after we booked, as it was one of the main reasons we chose this property. We were notified though ahead of time and were offered the chance to cancel since no discount was going to be offered. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't a TV in the main living room on the main floor. We had to go to the 2nd floor den to watch the playoff games with less living space (still a nice view though). On our 2nd day, the hot water heater went out. We contacted the manager. Heard back within an hour and maintenance came to work on it for another couple of hours. It slowed down our plans for the day, as we all still needed to shower and get ready. I understand things like this happen, however, I was surprised that we weren't offered something for the inconvenience. Regardless, we made the best of the day and very much enjoyed the beautiful views of the location.

We had a wonderful experience, start to finish, and really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful downtown location for a long weekend. Beautiful views of the marina and plentiful windows throughout the condo. Perfect for a jumping off point for all that Door County has to offer, and a very, very easy walk to all that downtown Sturgeon Bay has to offer!

We loved this place! It was super cute, and just the right amount of space for my family of 4. Loved being on the marina. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate to use the outdoor fire pit area, and outdoor pool wasn’t open since it was October. Would love to come back in the summer!

We had two adults and two children stay this October. Check in/ Check out was very easy. This was a beautiful cottage with an exquisite and remote feel to it. Plenty of room for all. Easy to unload/load your vehicle back up. Not a lot of walking and carrying was needed. The kids loved swimming in the clubhouse/indoor pool in the evenings. The only suggestions we had is that we wished there were blinds you could shut in the kitchen area as the neighbors could see right in. And the entire place needs a "deep cleaning". The windows really needed a washing as they were really dirty including the casings of the windows. There were dead bugs and dust caked in. The base boards were very dusty and spider webs in the corners of the walls too. The walls clearly needs either a washing or a fresh coat of paint throughout. We noticed a heavy odor when we arrived and throughout our stay. We ran to the store to purchase room deodorizer to freshen up the air throughout. Overall our stay was great and was glad we stumbled upon this on VRBO!

Very clean and super comfortable condo. Really enjoyed the location right on the marina. We grabbed a glass of wine and walked down to the water, and one night had a sunset picnic at one of the picnic tables.

The entire experience was outstanding. The communications with the owners, the condo, the amenities, and the location. Easy to walk to restaurants and bars.

Marina Cottage #121 was awesome and exactly as described! Every room had an unobstructed view of the marina, harbor, Bay View bridge and sunrises. The cottage was decorated beautifully and the location was perfect, within walking distance to many areas of town. (We stayed here for a Monday night Packer game and it was very relaxing to drive north after the game--away from most of the rest of the traffic.) We hope the cottage is available the next time we want to stay in Sturgeon Bay. We highly recommend it!

What a beautiful property! We stayed in cottage 121, closest to the water. It was very clean and comfortable. The cottages are part of a marina property and the front of the cottage overlooked the marina. Sunrises were spectacular! We loved sitting on the front deck, watching the boats and chatting with boaters. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, the property's fireplace and grill. The location is great! It's just a short walk from downtown, with a little grocery store and parks nearby. It is a bit of a drive from the rest of the door county towns, but we thought it was worth it. We would definitely stay here again.
