Great Stay but Needs Attention to Safety Issues As family we had an overall wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, always greeting us with smiles and eager to assist. The hotel’s location is convenient, and the amenities provided met all of our expectations.

We did encounter a couple of safety concerns during our stay. The stairs in our room were damaged and had sharp edges, which posed a significant risk of injury. Additionally, the water supply in all three bathrooms was problematic, as it fluctuated between very hot and very cold without adjusting the regulator. This made showering uncomfortable and potentially dangerous, especially for children. We reported these issues to the reception staff three times, and while they assured us that someone would be sent to address them, no action was taken during our stay. I believe these concerns need immediate attention to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests.

조용하고 깨긋한 동네에 위치해 있고 가까이에 마트가 여러개 있고 큰 쇼핑몰도 있어서 구경하거나 쇼핑하기 좋은 곳이고 일행이 3커플이여서 룸3개 욕실3개인 숙소여서 가족과의 여행시 편하게 이용하기 좋음

직원분과 소통이 어려움이 있었고 번역기를 활용해 대화도 좀 어려웠음. 간이 주방이 있다고 해서 식사가 가능할까 했는데 주방식기나 조리도구가 충분하지 않아 불편했고 복충으로 되어 있는 계단이 좁아 짐을 갖고 오르내리기 어려움이 있었음. 식기세척기용 세제와 키친타올등을 프론터에 이야기 하고 얻어서 사용해야함. 조식은 숙소 퀼리티보다는 좀 별로 먹을 것이 없었음.

Very central, modern facilities and exceptional service from the hotel manager and front desk staff. Our return flight was at 8pm and the manager allowed us to have a late check out after having a terrible experience with a local taxi driver. The staff are all very friendly and made us feel welcome the entire stay.

The facility is very modern with excellent location. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager Afkan (excuse me for the spelling) was super kind and customer-oriented. Traveling with two small kids wasn’t easy, but he helped us solve all kinds of problems. The staffs in the kitchen were also very kind. A lady called Örgern (again sorry for the spelling) even helped us entertain our son when he was having a temper so my husband and I could eat properly. I am grateful for the great service we got.

It wasn’t the peak season when we traveled so the hotel was in a shortage of professional cleaning staffs. But the hotel manager helped us to get our room cleaned anyway in the end. I think as a hotel guest, it’s about being honest with your feedback so that the staffs can help. They took my feedback very well.

Nice modern aparthotel, big appartements, very clean with everything you need! Superfriendly staff!

Breakfast til 10am was a bit too early for us - you should consider extending til 12:00 maybe :)
