there were lots of considerate extras - as well as plenty of towels, lovely bed linen, quality pillows etc.

We all loved our stay. The beds were comfy and cosy, the kitchen was very well equipped and the lounge cosy with the gas fireplace. It was peaceful and the view was lovely.

Can't think of anything that we didn't like.

I am not one for complaining but wanted to bring these things to your attention, we noticed has we thought it was a lovely place to stay.it didn't bother us as we had no children but for your info the chains to blinds weren't screwed to the wall choking hazard the fittings were there on some blinds but not screwed to wall . In our state its a legal requirement due to lose of several children this way. Also following directions was very easy to the Accommodation but maybe a bigger sign or a light over entrance to driveway it would be very hard to find at night. Also exposed wires on the electric blanket on upstairs double bed.

I loved the daffodils and hyacinths in the garden, I loved the location and the pretty walks that you could do all around the area, which was very rural. The peace and quiet made us very happy. The decor was attractive, with a good choice of colours and materials. We liked the size of the kitchen and the fact that there was plenty of crockery and different types of appliances. Thank you for the gift of the wine in the fridge. There was ample bedding, and I liked the decision to have children's books and teddy bears in the children's bedroom. The spa bath was a real luxury. The heating was excellent.

There were only 3 capsules that fitted the coffee machine. There were not enough power points, and the electric blankets only worked on one side. There were no instructions for the dishwasher, and the same was true for the sound system. We figured out how to use the dishwasher, but not the sound system.

The gas stove was on for us when we arrived leaving the house warm and toasty. Keys were easy to find and the beds were very comfortable. Well set up and spacious house. Also left us a bottle of wine in the fridge!

Some of the mugs in the kitchen had either not been cleaned in a long time or had not been cleaned properly.

Beautiful setting.

Bathrooms had no towel rack or place to hang clothing. Spa bath jets - mediocre. Not enough power

Location was fabulous! Very close to the town centre and also Lake Daylesford. The house was so warm and cosy and we had plenty of room. The quality of bedding and towels was very good. Kitchen is fully stocked with basics and essentials there is also a great BBQ and outdoor seating.

Parking for two cars was a little tight It's very hard to find the house if you arrive in the dark of night

the location is fantastic, the beds and pillows are comfy. plenty of room for five of us staying there and we were plenty toasty with the gas fire. the views over the mounds on a frosty morning were so tranquil.

I could only nit pic on little things I didn’t like about the property, there were no big issues.

The heating was amazing. One in every room! . Had everything we needed. All our needs where met. There were books, puzzles, double fridge, great oven. It was perfect!

Couldnt find the place in the dark. Perhaps a little light under the sign would help. Also no lock on the bathroom door.

Very comfortable house, in a good location. Thanks to the hosts for the bottle of wine.

Possum/s or something worse in the ceilings - make considerable noise at night. Would be worried about the damage they are doing.

location and house layout Really impressed with property manager response and assistance with queries.

The Chestnuts falling on Tim roof disrupting sleep. couldn’t believe how noisey it was with chestnuts smashing down and possums running on tin roof to crack them open to retrieve the nuts. left me feeling very jaded. It’s a huge tree bearing heavily with nuts. even the gardener could mow and commented on the enormity of but on ground and roof.

Clean and tidy and local.to the town and lakes

All the little extras like children’s books and teddies. The attic bedroom for children and the seclusion of the downstairs bedroom

The neighbours derelict car and barking dog were mildly irritating.

It has almost everything that I needed. Also great view when sitting on the deck surrounding the house.
