The condo needs some updates and work done. The plumbing is terrible. None of our showers drained properly and toilets didn’t flush well. One of the bathrooms has visible mold on a section of the ceiling. The refrigerator doesn’t close all the way. Like many other reviews stated the cleaners do not do a great job. The floors were not swept or mopped well. I took photos of debris and dust under one of the kitchen tables. The bed linens are stained. The building itself is also not the cleanest. Lots of cigarette butts and trash lying around. The pool and hot tub areas are nice though. Access to the beach is easy.

This condo is beautiful!! Surprisingly the master bedroom bed is horrible though. We also cleaned when we got there. Not sure floors have been mopped in a while so always had to wear shoes. 2nd floor was nice to be able to get downstairs easily . The beach area in front of condo is taken up by 4 rows of umbrellas and chairs to rent. All on top of each other . So we had to walk a way down the beach every day to set up . That was difficult w children. The condo complex and the people we had to work with got us in condo early which was very nice and it truly is a beautiful place . Feels like an all inclusive resort

The property was exactly as listed and made for an excellent vacation for our entire family. We found the floor to be a little gritty from left over sand, house shoes and water bottles from previous guest under beds. We tried to clean the floor but there wasn’t any floor cleaning supplies and we paid $$$$$ for the week, which means we shouldn’t have to clean. This probably sounds worse than it was but something that needs to be rectified for future guest. As stated before the resort, location and rental proved to be a great family vacation spot.

The 5 bedroom on the 2nd floor along with it's location was a great place to stay. The condition on arrival suggested the last people that stayed there were slobs and the unit was not cleaned properly for our stay. We also found out that the dryer did not work and communication with their maintenance people were only done by texting. They would not call us to discuss our issues. They only do texting so everything is documented. In their defense for the dryer, the guests leaving are not suppose to run it. We guess they pick up the dirty laundry and do it elsewhere. It's a great place to stay as long as their cleaning people do their job and their maintenance management personnel become more "user friendly ". A call is a lot better then doing everything by texting. We would definitely recommend this place to stay provided they have it cleaned and checked to see everything is set for the next people coming. Bottom line, the issues we had were minor except for one big issue. A phone call from them to listen to this would have gone a long way with us, but this didn't happen.

We had such a great time and enjoyed every second of Myrtle Beach. I believe the best view of the resort is unit 203 and we’re ready to book again for 2023 The unit is VERY spacious and supplied with everything to prepare a wholesome meal to making margaritas, the balcony is so huge with three doors and a great place to sit and sip your coffee while listening to the ocean, a must see and have if you’re looking for a wonderful place in North Myrtle Beach.

Overall the condo was great! Only some small complaints but it wasn’t something I couldn’t take care of myself and didn’t want to bother management. 1. Cleaning people looked like they wiped the kitchen down with a dirty rag that left streaks everywhere. Easy fix, I went over the kitchen and wiped it down. 2. Wash machine was full of mold and the machines were dirty. 3. Some showers had some mold. No big problem. 4. Microwave was broken but they had a small replacement one on the counter. So don’t get me wrong. It was a wonderful condo and perfect location over looking the pool and we enjoyed our stay.

By far this is the best condo we have ever stayed at! It was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and the location was perfect! There were 10 of us including 3 children and we all loved it so much, we are planning on staying there again for our next trip. We could not have been more happy or satisfied!!!

The condo was the perfect size for our 6 adults, 2 teens, and three children. Parking was at a minimum and parking spaces were narrow (our families all had trucks…not fun!). Unless you went early to the pool, there were only sporadic lounge chairs available if any at all. With that said, I would still recommend and return to rent. The pools and music were fantastic as was the swim-up bar. We had a great vacation

We truly loved the location of the condo and size of the condo. It accommodated 11 of us without issue from seniors to children. While we booked through VRBO out trip was managed by iTrips. Info provided in the online listing and in the condo did not match- ie, check out at 10am v the 11am expected, we came in early from PA but they couldn’t accommodate an early check in requested via email but then text hours into our wait that it was ready. Regular maintenance should be completed- dryer vent is packed, no vent in the kitchen for cooking (overhead microwave doesn’t work and a countertop appliance is provided), towel bars unattached from wall, fan in master bedroom didn’t work correctly, the light cover in the kitchen was broken and the handle in the MB tub came off in your hand when turning it on. They did come to fix the handle in the tub. These things weren’t deal breakers for my family but when reserving a high end property, these issues are not expected.

Condo was extremely beautiful however it was not cleaned well. There was a lot of dust and stream marks from someone who did a bad job cleaning.

Beautiful condo!! Check was excellent. Only issue was the floors had a lot of food & crumbs from the previous guest and pet hair on the cloth furniture. Other than that it was a great stay.

I really enjoy my stay and it was more then enough room for me and my group of girls.

Our stay here was amazing. The property of North Beach Resort was very well kept and all of us were very pleased with our choice to spend our vacation here. The unit we had was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Check in process was very smooth and I’ll be renting again very soon.

1. Loved the check in process that was handled by ITRIP. 2. Loved the parking for our 2nd floor rental which provided access via a connecting 30 foot hall to the floor we were on. 3. Excellent pools and lounging accommodations. 4. Several minor things in the 5 bedroom unit needed attention on check in and they were taken care of the next morning. 5. Located a short during distance from all planned activities. 6. Excellent short railed plank walkway for beach access and umbrellas and chairs were available for rent. 7. Great location for all ages and felt safe at all times.

The condo was not clean, floors were dirty, bathrooms toilets' were not clean and mold was present in all bathrooms. After a call to maintenance one bathroom was cleaned but the others were not touched along with the cleaning of the floors. After another contact the mold was removed from one bathroom not the others. For this to be advertised as a 4 star condo it was missing on the cleanliness. A good time was had by the family but, could have been better if the condo was prepared properly for arrival.

The property looked exactly as the listing pictures. It was very nice that each bedroom had its own connected bath. The kitchen and living areas were very large. The location was wonderful for these Covid times because we could use stairs and avoid the crowds on the elevators. Having said all that, there was a fair amount of what we call normal maintenance that ended up having to be done while we were there. Light bulbs out, two different toilets needed work and the battery in the door lock died causing us to be locked out for 90 plus minutes. That said, the response time for these issues was very reasonable. Finally, I would not recommend this place for small children. There are a lot of sharp edges with this modern furniture. We had a minor accident with our 3 year old the day we arrived which required an immediate care visit that evening. However he mended very well and enjoyed the rest of his stay. I would recommend this place.

The unit on the 2nd floor was super convenient to the beach, the pool area, and the parking garage. (Hint - when you drive up to the building, use the parking deck on the left and park on the second floor. Would have been helpful to be told this before we got there. ) The communication with the rental company should have been better. We came home from dinner one night to find that we had no water. We called the emergency number to find out that the whole Indigo tower would be without water from 10pm to 7am for service. We were never given any notice beforehand and this was a big inconvenience. The unit could have been cleaned better. Overall, the good outweighed the bad and we enjoyed our stay.

This five bedroom, five bathroom condo served our adult children and grandchildren comfortably. The unit had great views of the ocean and pool complex. There was plenty to do on site and we are hoping to go back next year.

Loved the layout of this unit, especially each bedroom having its own bathroom! The condo was very spacious, well equipped, and nicely decorated. We liked having two refrigerators so we could use one for beverages. With 10 people that was definitely needed. The view of the pools and ocean from the balcony was most enjoyable and the convenience of being on the second floor was great. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries and questions. We had a wonderful week celebrating our 50th anniversary with our two sons and their families. The grandkids loved the pools and being so close to the ocean. We highly recommend this place, and hope to return again in the future!

To be honest, NBP folks actually treat you like “the red headed step child”. Anything you may need; extra towels, lost wristbands, lost key card, pool towel cards- you have to drive off the property to itrips ONLY between the hours of 12-2 and pay for extras of things I just listed above. So inconvenient, and a hassle that no one needs on vacation.Too bad this property wasn’t managed by NBP- then it would have 4.5 stars (unless they got some new mattresses) then it would be all 5’s!

We are a group of 11 60somethings who've been getting together at Myrtle Beach for 35 years. North Beach Resort was by far the best accomodations we've ever had. We had plenty of room to be together or have a little privacy. Everyone we encountered from booking to departure was super friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this beautiful 5 bedroom condo and am immediately booking it for our 36th trip next year.
