This was our 2nd time staying here and it was just as good or better than the 1st time. Nothing better than having a cup of coffee on the deck and watching the sun rise. Super Clean. Very comfortable and great loaction!

Generally close to everything you want to do with great mountain drives and great local food restaurants. It was the perfect Christmas vacation for the whole family.

Everything about this incredible home was just as we expected. Such a beautiful home that was super immaculate, very well-appointed, and so easy to enjoy! Cindy & Mick have provided families a place to truly get away and enjoy Norris Lake & the surrounding mountain area. Just being at the house during our stay was especially enjoyable--reading on the deck, watching birds & butterflies & boat traffic on the lake, as well as walks in the neighborhood. The view of the red sky just before sunrise was incredible! This stay gave us the chance to visit with our children & grandchildren who still live in East Tennessee. Our 4-year-old granddaughter said it best as she was leaving, "I'm sad to leave the 'wake' house!" Thank you for such a delightful and peaceful home to enjoy during a wonderful vacation. We are grateful!

Our family met for Mother's Day weekend and it was a great location for all of us to reach. The house is super warm and inviting! So clean and well-designed. We had everything we needed including beautiful weather and a fantastic view. We were able to use the boat dock which was so ideal for our family. And the marina is very close by for whatever we needed. A great place to rent a pontoon boat also. We hope to come again! Would highly recommend this home for anyone who wants to feel pampered and carefree!!

Our family spent a week in this beautiful home. The owners are wonderful and quick to respond to any inquiries. The house is clean and well decorated and fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals and enjoy family time together. It was truly a home away from home. We spent most of our week enjoying the upper deck with a breathtaking view of the lake. We were truly able to relax and unwind. The kids loved having their own rooms with comfortable beds and the lower level to hang out, play games, and watch tv. We appreciated the selection of games, movies, and books on hand. The house is in a lovely gated community high enough up the mountain for a wonderful view and though winding, the drive up felt safe. There were stores for groceries and supplies on our way to the home, just about 20 minutes drive from the house. We also enjoyed a day in Knoxville, an hour’s drive, exploring the botanical gardens and Market Square. We often like to stay different places when we travel but we all agreed that we’d love to visit this home again.

I can’t say enough good things about this cabin and its wonderful owners. My family of five (including three young children) stayed here with my in-laws right after Christmas. The cabin was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The owners were extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. They checked in before arrival to make sure we had all the information we needed and even offered to leave the stair gate installed when they learned that we have a two-year old. The home is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The set-up is great for large groups. The main level has a master suite, and the lower level has four bedrooms, two detached bathrooms, a second living room, and a bar area with a small refrigerator and second Keurig. The views are stunning, both from inside through the large windows and from the two decks. We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

Beautiful house, beautiful property. We loved the view. Fully stocked kitchen gadgets and high end appliances were a nice additional touch. Nice and spacious for our group of 10. We really enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back again.

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood with an absolutely beautiful view! My husband and I were looking for a getaway and we found the perfect place. The owners have thought of everything. . . It is well appointed and so comfortable. You have the lake for recreation (Swimming, boating, etc.) and the surrounding area for hiking etc. Even walking the neighborhood is great, and we met people who were so welcoming. The home was spotless and as I said, extremely well designed and outfitted. Cindy and Mick are great hosts, and communication was beyond excellent. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this is our favorite! We would give it 6 stars if we could. We will be back. . . God blessed us there!

We absolutely loved this gorgeous home. Every detail was perfect. I’ve never had such a comfortable and relaxing stay. We ALL loved it: from my eight year daughter up through my teenaged son and daughter. We wanted to stay longer!! The views are fabulous as is the furnishings and layout of this beautiful home. The kitchen is a cook’s dream come true. No detail was left out! Cindy and Mick are the ultimate hosts who provided every bit of information we needed and were just wonderful. I don’t want to rent anywhere else! Anything after this would only be a disappointment.

This rental was the best I’ve had at Norris Lake. We have been coming to Norris for 20+ years to waterski. It was even more beautiful than the pictures show. Excellent design and function. We usually stay in lake front houses, but this was just as nice, as it had a private community boat slip that was easy to use. My family loved being able to get their walking and running exercise completed on the safe roads and trails within the gated community. We will recommend to our closest family and friends. Thank you so much for an awesome stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The home was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely beautiful. We especially enjoyed the gourmet kitchen, which was well equipped and complete with new appliances. The decks were great and have amazing views. We also enjoyed the fire pit. The owners answer every question and suggested great places to visit. We would love to come back!

Our experience at staying at Cindy and Mic’s lake home was absolutely perfect. Everything was as stated. Their home is beautiful., welcoming and comfortable. The views of the lakes are magnificent. The location was great in relationship to getting to the boat docks. It was quiet peaceful. A wonderful place to have a family reunion which is what we did. Cindy went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us! Both her and Mic were very accommodating and kept in touch with us by phone if needed. Thank goodness

We enjoyed a few days at this lovely property and would love to come back. You can really tell the owners have put a lot of thought in to making it a comfortable place to stay. The kitchen is thoroughly stocked and the furnishings are high quality, including great furniture on the outdoor patio balconies. We really appreciated the detailed and easy to follow instructions for the A/V systems and check in and out. The home does not have walk up access to the lake, but is maybe a 1/2 mile drive to a community parking lot next to the available boat slip. Being higher up than many homes, and east-facing, it has beautiful views of the lake, especially in the early morning. In the evening it is pretty too, as the setting sun lights up the lake and landscape you are facing. The gated community is mostly newer homes and was quiet. There was only one or two other cars at most at the parking lot next to the slips while we parked there Sunday - Wednesday. Thanks for everything!

We are literally driving home and booking our next stay at your beautiful home! We loved it all and did not want to leave. It easily fit 2 families so well and was so very well equipt! Could not believe the amount of items in the house to just make the stay that much more fun and relaxing! Thanks Cindy and Mike for allowing our family tradition at the lake to continue! This home is absolutely beautiful. The views are stunning, if you are not a morning person you will be after staying here. The home had all the amenities that you need, although not directly on the water, the community dock was great. If we were not on the lake we swam at the dock and enjoyed the wonderful cove where it is located. The property owners were wonderful and stayed in contact throughout the process. Highly recommend staying here. I honestly could go on and on, just a wonderful experience overall!

This house was perfect for our family boating trip to Norris Lake. The house is beautiful and comfortable. The views of the lake from the covered deck were amazing and peaceful. Having a covered boat slip included with the house was also a nice bonus. We had a great time!

Cindy was by far the best owner we have worked with. Easily available and super helpful with questions etc. This home will raise eyebrows. It is high end from Bosch appliances to the quality of the furniture. We used both porch’s extensively. We just couldn’t get enough of the view. Ceiling fans in and on the porch along with excellent A/C made for a very comfortable stay. 3 full bathrooms and the lower level kitchenette made staying with 3 couples a dream. If you have never been to Norris Lake the water is crystal clear and the perfect temp. We rented a pontoon boat and jet ski for the week and just had a blast! Book it now!
