Beautiful property, clean, great communication from property manager. The location is very good. We would have liked golf cart(s) provided, but ended up renting on our own (highly recommend). Kitchen was fully stocked! Loved that we didn't have to bring beach chairs or towels either. TWO washers and dryers was a huge help for our party of 9. I definitely recommend this property overall.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sirenia Beach House. It was perfect for our family of 9. Home was very comfortable and well equipped. We ejoyed both the pool and the lovely beaches close by. Convient walking distance to restaurants as advertized. Owners were very helpful and prompt with all communication. We hope to come back again soon! Beautiful home!

This was an amazing house to stay at. The home is so comfortable and the outside space is so accommodating for the kids as well as the adults. We like to fish and boat as well so finding a home with a dock was a huge plus. The dock was very accommodating for our 24 ft bay boat and just a short run to the skyway bridge. Overall the entire family was very pleased with the stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Serenia Beach House. The home is very clean and well equipped and was the perfect size for our group of 9. The beds, chairs, and couches are all very comfortable. The second story screened porch was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The kids (and adults) really enjoyed the pool and putting green and the dock is well equipped for bringing a boat. We hope to return again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spacious. The backyard was dreamy. We loved the master shower. Perfect location. We’ve stayed in several rentals on the island and this was our favorite so far. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks for helping make our vacation unforgettable!

AMAZING house!
Don't miss out on this amazing rental on AMI. The location could not be more perfect. Super walkable/short bike ride to all the best restaurants, shops, and piers.
The house was recently renovated so the house was even better than the pictures showed online. The backyard was a tropical oasis that included mini golf which our kids LOVED.
The home was extremely clean and stocked better than any rental we've ever had. Loads of pool + beach toys. Came with all the stuff we'd typically have to rent for our small kids (crib, pack and play, highchair, etc.). It was such a treat not having to worry about any of that.
This will, without question, be our rental of choice on AMI for many years to come. I cannot recommend it enough. Excellent communication from the home owner to boot. Don't miss this one!

Sirenia House was awesome for family vacation
Taking three teenagers anywhere is never easy. This place was made for families. Hot Tub, Swimming Pool, Dock with Manatees and Dolphins swimming by, saw both, and fishing for Red Fish off the dock. We had memories of a lifetime. Beautiful home and Nancy was a great asset in helping us with any questions we had. Definitely going to stay at this place again and create more wonderful memories. Definitely recommend Golf Cart, Paddle Boards, and Kayaks. Too much fun..

The house was not particularly clean, especailly in dining area with bits of food on the wall, dusty shutters and overly used furniture coverings. House needs multiple repairs. One repair that we called in the maintenance person after repairing a door left his depris on the floor.

Kayaking with a dauphin in the bay

Great location, clean and tidy house and pool
Everything was well organized- the check-in, kitchen, bedrooms, living area, outside space, garage, etc. This was the best stocked kitchen/garage in a rental house that we have encountered in our four trips to Anna Maria. There was plenty of pool and beach toys to keep everyone happy. We loved the lanai. The spa was actually hot. Canal access was easy as was the neighborhood location. We would definitely rent from Nancy again.

Great weekend away !
We all loved this home ! We rented a golf cart which made dashing for a sunset view easier and fun! We absolutely loved sitting on the backyard dock as we saw manatees ( even a baby manatee!). It was a peaceful and well maintained home. My only disappointment was that it wasn’t available for my next girls weekend away 😞- I would highly recommend this home - it was perfect !

Lovely house
Had a great time, enjoyed being close to the Gulf and Bay. Had everything we needed. Beautiful backyard and pool area with a new dock. The house was well designed, extremely comfortable and the beds were great. Nancy called a few days before and explained everything very well. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need!
Our stay here was absolute heaven! The house is on a quiet street with gorgeous homes and plush yards. It had everything that a family with children could possibly need! Our boat was just steps away from the back door and the canal that the property sits on was so peaceful. The pool and entertaining area is very thought out and welcoming. The screened in porch was a dream for spending family time, after our day trips on the boat and during afternoon thunderstorms. We were able to cook for our family and had every tool we could dream up. There are also a TON of wonderful, local restaurants and boutiques nearby! Dip's Ice Cream was an every night occurrence for the kids (and the adults too... Shhh!) You won't be sorry choosing this home for your next vacation!

When initially entering the property we found it to be especially clean and how it had been described. The space for the six adults and four children was perfect.
The kitchen provided all of the needed utensils. The size of the kitchen allowed all of us to eat there providing the opportunity to plan the day's ventures and to recall these activities.
The large porch, backyard and pool were tremendous where many hours of play and relaxation were spent. This vacation was very memorable for all.
A plus was having many beach towels and toys available. And the wash machine and dryer were well used. Just overall a wonderful place to vacation with a family.

Awesome stay at Sirenia beach house
We had an awesome time in Anna Maria and this house was perfect! We were a party of 6 adults and 5 young kids and everyone loved it. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the great backyard, covered porch, huge kitchen. The owner Nancy was quick to answer any requests we had. Surely a home we would return to!

Everything we needed or could think of, in a comfortable home
We had a great family vacation at the home. We were very impressed with how well stocked the home was with everything we may need. We had a blast hanging out in the amazing back yard pool area. The home is in a great quiet neighborhood, but yet just a short walk to great beaches, and great food. Many amazing memories were made for all of us. We really enjoyed our time at this home! Island life at its best
Our family loved the time we spent at the Sirenia Beach House. The location on the island was excellent, the neighborhood quiet but we could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub! The backyard is very private and lush. Fishing off the dock was fun too. We loved the island and the house, we will be back!

Great location on a canal but also walking distance to restaurants and retail. The outdoor Living area is what our family looks for first in a rental and this house exceeded our expectations. From the screened in porch off the Kitchen/Living Room to the Pool area it is truly amazing. Highly recommend this spacious Property and will likely rent again.

Beautiful property, our own tropical oasis!
We loved staying at the Serenia beach house. It was absolutely perfect! Couldn’t of picked a better house. It was beautiful and very clean. The house had anything that you would ever need. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities to make any meal. The house was very inviting. The backyard was like our own private tropical oasis. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Nancy and Terri for everything. It was an incredible week. Love Anna Maria Island!
