nous avons passé un trés agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé, les rues commerçantes se trouvent en bas de l' immeuble, la gare est proche nous avons pu visiter Gênes (magique) les 5 terres (à couper le souffle) Portofino (une perle) à 1h30 de marche facile, Pise , Lucques et ses villas etc... nous vous recommandons cet appartement très bien situé dans un quartier animé le jour et calme la nuit, stationnement assez facile dans les places tracées en blanc gratuites (prés du cimetière)sinon parkings payants très proches

Pur essendo una casa di non recente costruzione è tenuta bene pulita e funzionale, le dotazioni sono buone. Tranne i materassi della cameretta che sarebbero da sostituire il resto è in buono stato e pulito. La casa e molto grande e può ospitare comodamente 6 persone. La sua posizione e ottima essendo al bordo dell'area pedonale. E' servita da molti negozi, ristoranti, chiese e zone di interesse. Abbiamo trascorso una buona vacanza che ripeteremo di sicuro in autunno.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement en centre ville avec de nombreux commerces tout autour, la mer à quelques centaines de métres. La gare est aussi accessible à pied comme le bus et le bateau, pratique pour tous nos déplacements: cinque terre, Gênes, Camogli, Pise, Portofino. Le logement est spacieux et propre.Pour plus de confort un lave vaiselle et un micro ondes seraient les bienvenus. Difficultés pour se garer également mais nous étions en plein long week end de Pâques. Nous recommandons ce logement sans problémes.

Alloggio molto ampio corrispondente alle foto inserite nell'inserzione.Arredamento austero ma confortevole; i mobili sono autentici con riferimento allo stile primo 900 ben tenuti.Ambienti ben puliti,camere da letto arredate con cura con biancheria in dotazione di buona qualità.L'attrezzatura della cucina ben funzionante e sufficiente per il soggiorno. L'alloggio è situato in pieno centro città con buona possibilità di parcheggio e di accesso anche per portatori di handicap come nel mio caso.Visto il periodo stagionale il soggiorno ha soddisfatto la mia esigenza di tranquillità.

First of all it is important to note how good and pleasant are the owners of apartments! Our family was staying in this nice apartment for 3 weeks in July 2013. There were 5 persons: 4 adults and 1 little child. Accommodation was very comfortable, in the heart of the city. Next to it there were a lot of great grocery stores, sweet shops, the most delicious ice cream shop. Our apartments were located on the 2nd floor, and the house had an elevator, so it was very convenient with a small child. The apartments are very spacious. 6 living rooms, a spacious kitchen. Pleasantly pleased with a good crib and all the necessary for a small child: bath, a changing table. The rooms were clean and bright. Everything was great! Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay in Santa Margherita!

My husband and I, along with some family members, stayed in this fantastic flat a number of times! We loved it from the very first day and were pleasantly surprised all the way. It is located very centrally, literraly by the town hall on a lovely little piazza. All amenities are less than 5 minutes walk, and the beach is very close to! The flat itself has got 3 great bedrooms, and you feel at home! We're going back next year for the 4th time and really can't wait! A&G

"Purtroppo la casa non era completamente conforme alla descrizione, i locali ci sono tutti, le attrezzature anche. La non conformità riguarda principalmente lo sato della casa. Abbiamo trovato l''appartamento in condizioni pietose, mobili vecchi e puzzolenti, poltrone impregnate di chissà quale sudiciume, posateria al limite dell''indecenza e pavimenti che riportavano le "testimoinianze culinarie" dei precedenti affittuari, segno che non era stato pulito con sufficiente cura dai precedenti affittuari, né dalle persone incaricate dal proprietario. L''appartamento è in pieno centro con tutto il caos e rumore che ne consegue e a tutte le ore del giorno. Unico pregio: appartamento molto ampio."

I return from Santa Margarita few days ago.. I would like to leave my comments about apartments and town. I think it will be helpful for someone. Santa Margarita it is very lovely town, but it is nor for swim. The public beaches was very dirty and water too. Payable beaches is too expensive for family of 5 people. This place for walk, breathe of fresh see air. Good beaches just near hotel Miramare, but all of it is for money too and far from apartment and city center. Now about apartment. I will try to be objective. I do not really happy of staying at this flat. Below main reasons. MAIN!!! It is not garden view as was on the site mentioned. 3 bedrooms has view on the very noise road. The road behind the small hill. That is why cars and motorcycles are speeding up behind the hill behind windows. And it is extremely noise(day and night). I have to buy earplug. Without it, it is night horror. I think people must know about it. The flat is quite big, but is not functional. The furniture more than overmodest and old. The technics which were provided was broken and very old. The washing machine was not wringed out. The fan was broken and cannot stay on the place and it is just one. The iron is not working too. The towels which we find was very old and very washed off. I cannot find atmosphere of vacation in this flat. I really think that price of this flat is not fair and valid. It can be more comfortable and clean, the flat not for free. When we was arrived there was a lot of dust everywhere. I think the host should make this place more comfortable. Anyway I would like to say thanks a lot to the host. They are was very polite and meet me in the time. The flat really has very central position in the town and it is main plus of it.
