Good communication and check in info from Paul. Good size apartment with good size communal outdoor pool, feels like your own as no-one else was using. Good area with lovely beaches. Disappointed, due to lack of rain in previous months, that unable to take boat out onto lake. However, Paul more than compensated by taking us out on his searay sundancer cruiser ‘Charming’ for the afternoon and lunch

The condo itself was comfortable & roomy. The view from the balcony in the evening is pretty with palm trees & docks lite up near the pool. The pool wasn't heated, so pretty cool even though the weather was in the 80"s it was colder than the Gulf. We stayed for a few weeks in April. This location is on the east side of Route 19, which is a very busy 8 lane road, 4 lanes North and 4 lanes South. At times it was very difficult to manage to get around. Ubers were readily available. The towns of Palm Harbour, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs are nice to visit.

Repeat renters. Enjoyed our stay and use of the pontoon boat. Some minor issues resolved quickly by Paul who is always a pleasure to deal with. Unit updates quite nice. Near everything we needed and only downside was the traffic on US19 during the rush hours.

The area is a bit busy/noisy, and the neighborhood is somewhat landlocked. However, it’s a great location to drive to local (and not so local) interests. The owner connected with us a couple of times. The use of the boat was great, although our weather wasn’t the best for boating, pool or hot tub. But we did utilize it several times. The interior is in need of some attention such as quality painting and refresh. We also felt there were too many “extras” in every closet and cupboards for our five week stay. In-unit washer/dryer would be nice!

The lake was amazing and all the nearby parks were wonderful.

We had an amazing time. Pretty much had pool to ourselves. Boat was a extra perk. Only down fall was the beach was not as close as I would have wanted. But overall perfect trip!

Wonderful
The condo is close to many excellent restaurants and tourist places such as the Sponge Docks, Honeymoon Island, and Anderson Park. The condo is clean and provides for anything you need. The ponton boat and Tarpon Lake are awesome! Defintely recommend staying here!

Comfortable
I was there for my granddaughters first birthday so I was basically only there at night. The bed was comfortable so I slept well. My husband was unable to go with me so we did not get to take the boat out, which was something I had looked forward to.

The Villa surpassed our expectations.
We enjoyed the week with friends. The accommodations were exactly as pictured on VRBO. The pontoon boat was a plus-plus. It was a pleasure to meet Paul, the host. Would highly recommend.

Highly Recommend!!!
My family and I never used VRBO and Paul made it a great experience! Villa was amazing with more than enough amenities. The pontoon even "topped the cake"! We used it daily on the beautiful fresh waters of Lake Tarpon. Plenty of things to do for old and young. My young kids had a blast as did us! Community pool area was quite our whole vacation.
We hope to make this trip a yearly vacation. Was sad to leave.

Vacation to visit family
We rented the condo because it was very close to our family who we were visiting. Instructions for entry were sent prior to arrival, which made checkin easy. The condo was clean and had basic supplies for us. The pontoon boat for us to use was a major bonus, we used it almost daily. Lake Tapon is absolutely beautiful, huge, warm, couldn’t have asked for a nicer location. Paul was more than flexible, as we needed to change plans, and was so appreciated. He answered questions and was responsive fairly quickly. We plan to visit the Palm Harbo area more frequently and will definitely book with Paul again. Thank you!!

Family vacation
Our second year of renting here and again we were not disappointed. The condo is clean and well stocked with everything you would need to have a great time. Love there is fishing equipment to take out on the boat and beach/pool things to use and not have to pack. Thank you again for another great trip.

Great condo and beautiful complex!
Condo was perfect and I loved the patio off the living room and the view of the pool and complex which was absolutely beautiful (so relaxing)! My son loved running around and seeing how many reptile critters he could find and even fed a couple baby gators off the back pier! We spent a lot of time at the pool and it was very nice and a beautiful setting to watch the different birds in the pond behind the pool. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo
Had a great stay at Paul & Karen's condo. Their condo is well equipt with everything you need And the pontoon boat was great for fishing along the way to the Tarpon Turtle restaurant and back. Paul(great guy) came to the condo to go over a 30 minute boat operation and safety.
Planning to stay again next year!

Peaceful and Relaxing Vacation
We had a great time at Paul's property. Very clean and they've thought of anything you could need. Super comfy, beautifully decorated condo with a great pool for my husband and I. The best part was having access to the pontoon boat. Paul gave us a run through of the boat operation, safety items and some Lake info. Great location to travel and spend the day at the many nearby beaches.

Paul was very helpful when I first got there and had some questions, the place was clean, and ready to go. We tried to leave more than what we used as far as TP, paper towels, etc. No complaints, would definitely recommend it to others!!

Relaxing stay
We stayed a month. Easy to get to and plenty of shopping nearby. Use of the boat and being on the lake was so nice. It’s not a quiet area - you can always hear the traffic. There isn’t any place or businesses that are truly walkable. The condo is nice but is very dark and better lighting is needed. Kitchen well stocked and lots of extras.

Very nice community, great location for us, quiet (building seems to have good sound deadening,) and the pontoon boat on Lake Tarpon was a great plus for us. Grandson and grandpa loved fishing off the dock.

Upon arriving Paul met us. They provided us with extra items requested..Thank you. Our stay was quite and enjoyable. Having access to Boat was awesome. Only down fall..guest Bedroom mattress and pillows. All in all we would go back again.

We really enjoyed the property and would love to stay again. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to the pandemic and our Canadian leader advised all Canadians to return home as soon as possible. We left on Saturday, March 21, 2020.

Great Stay on Beautiful Lake Tarpon
The condo was clean and comfy and Paul and Karen provided everything that we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for visiting our favorite places, including the Tarpon Turtle Grill—right on the lake—and we could arrive by pontoon boat! (What a perk!)
We really enjoyed being on the water and watching a variety of birds that would show up almost every afternoon, including a bald eagle and 17 baby ducklings!

"Wonderful getaway
Karen and Paul have thought of everything! Their place felt as if we lived there. We didn't need anything other than groceries to enjoy our stay. The pontoon boat was fun as we were able to dock at a lake front restaurant for dinner. The condo is very quiet, private, and relaxing with a decent view.
Downtown Tarpon Springs is within 3 miles and is packed full of shops and river tours. This is a great way to spend some quality time with family.
The three of us enjoyed our stay so much that we really look forward to a return stay in the future.

Renovations and roof repair caused me to stay elsewhere
When we arrived, there were workmen on the roof directly over the unit we were to stay in. Music was playing. They were yelling and throwing empty boxes off the roof. They were using power equipment to prepare to install new roof tiles. We went to a resort rather than occupy the property. The owners refused to return my money, however they offered an opportunity to use the property when it was available at a later date.

Home away from home on Lake Tarpon
Clean, had everything you would need; owners thought of everything for travelers. Decorated nice to make you feel relaxed! And a pontoon on the lake to use also! The Tarpon Turtle restaurant on the lake was great. Good food, music and Monkey Butter! If we’re ever back in this area, will definitely reach out to stay again!

Relaxing & quiet vacation stay
Property & boat were as promised. The boat & lake made our vacation extra relaxing! Condo was stocked conveniently with needed items. The condo location was close to shopping, beaches, putt-putt & many restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay!
