The unit was very well presented and in a great location which enabled us to walk to the local shops with beach views. We also enjoyed the on-site pool and the sights of Phillip Island

Just perfect in every way. The location to beach and central Cowes was ideal. The place is beautifully decorated and everything we needed was available. The inground pool was extremely handy and a great resource for all to enjoy when the weather wasn't great for the beach. We will definitely consider visiting again.

Very clean and well kept unit, everything you will need for a comfortable stay is available, pool and bbq area is great, good location for access to beach and main cowes area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at park view hotel unit 4, we would definitely stay again and would recommend to other family and friends. Our host Karen was helpful, thanks again for a wonderful stay

It was a surprise to see how nice the house is presented with decorations. There are books and games to keep kids busy. We enjoyed having meal at outdoor undercover area. It is sweet and clean with everything we need for holiday.

The unit was well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a great location, walking distance to everything in Cowes. The bed was really comfortable and the host, Karen was lovely to deal with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Karen's place is neat, well-equipped and comfortable. Located in a nice nook close to town and Cowes jetty, very secluded yet close to everything. We enjoyed our delightful stay. If we are coming back to Philip Island, we know who to contact! :)

Very clean, looked after and well-presented property with everything we needed - including a lovely under cover outdoor area. The apartment was in a terrific location close to town. Perfect get away for our family. And the kids loved being able to swim in the pool.

Lovely getaway
Karen is a lovely host and the property was perfect for our little family. Karen provided a cot and high chair and towels for our little one which was lovely.
The pool was great fun and it was such an easy stay!

Unit was absolutely beautiful and clean but permanent neighbour in next unit ruined our stay
Permanent owner in next unit kept us awake every night playing music and using abusive words on his phone. No respect for others.
But Karen’s unit was perfect. But unfortunately this person ruined our holiday

Cowes: ideal for relaxing and enjoying life.
The property was perfect for our group, Nanny, Pa and grandchild, It was very clean, spacious, well equipped, great outdoor deck and a shared pool. It was in walking distance to main shopping area. The owners were very prompt when communicating with us. Thank you for sharing such a lovely unit.

Excellent unit for short Phillip island stay
We very much enjoyed our four day stay at this unit. The fact it has a pool is even better as the beach was just too windy for us. Accessible and easy to get to cowes Main Street and beach. This unit has everything you need for some downtime.

Lovely property
The house was well presented and so clean. Very welcoming and well set up as a holiday home. We had a lovely time.
Close to the main street and sporting reserve. Perfect for close access to the playground.
The neighbour was unfortunately playing loud music one night which kept us awake.

Faultless
We had a fabulous stay here with our 2 kids who are 5 & 6. They loved the games and toys but mostly the gorgeous pool! Everything in the unit was as new and immaculately clean. We appreciated the extra bits and pieces that you don't always get like shampoo & conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, paper towel and lots of other things you need on holidays! It was so quiet and peaceful and perfect for small children, there's a great skate park across the road and walking distance to everything you need in Cowes. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Gorgeous place
We felt very much at home here & had everything we needed plus more. Great for the kids as they had kids bowls/cups and plates. Use of the highchair was great, the owners have gone out of their way to make sure there is everything you could need and we loved all of the decor that made this place beautiful. We will be back! ♥️

A real home away from home
A fabulous home to spend a couple of days relaxing. Everything you need, games for the kids and so many attractions to visit within a few minutes drive. Loved it!

Great holiday unit
The unit was great - it was spotless, bright, modern and delightful. The owners have it well organised and stocked with everything you need. The back deck is a treat and we loved sitting out there even thought it was a bit cooler, the area is sheltered. Communications with the owners was superb. We loved our stay......

Great little spot
Great spot for our little family of three. A cot and high chair was made available for our son and there is a playground on site too. The unit was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The outdoor deck was great too but we didn't really use it as it was cold while we were there. Would be great to use the on-site pool in summer. Location is good too, just a short walk into town. All in all highly recommended!
