Am ales apartamentul pentru ca este spațios si în locatie bună. Am gasit totul foarte curat. Se poate ajunge pe jos in centru. Este situat chiar lângă restaurantul Roata Norocului. Dispune de larcare privata în curte interioara.

Patul si salteaua scârțâie. Salteaua nu este confortabila si trebuie înlocuită (parerea mea). Mobilierul vechi . Unele elemente in stare buna, alte elemente in stare mai proasta (ex mobila de bucatarie) . Apartament tip vagon cu trecere dintr-o camera în alta . Dacă te duci noaptea la baie, ii deranjezi / trezesti pe cei din camera din mijloc. Parchetul scârțâie. Nu exista aparat de cafea în Bucătărie. Termostatul are afișajul stricat și nu poate fi reglat decat de la distanta de proprietar. Am scris proprietarului ca era cam frig in apartament și s-a remediat (ne-a ridicat temperatura de la 21C la 22.5C) .

The kitchen had only a microwave and two butter kniives. When I asked for a kettle to boil water, I got the answer we don't have anything - just this. The door had a broken lock, it was hard to close. It's a good place for one night but not a longer stay

Peaceful, quiet, safe and clean environment, close to the city centre and bus stop, very friendly host, helpful and always ready on phone. We will definitely book this one again when we visit Brasov again. I can only recommend!

Good location near old town

The location is quite close to the city center, about 10-15 minutes to walk, the room size was ok and the area was quiet

There was some noise from the pipes and the water in the bathroom was either cool or hot, it was hard to get a decent temperature. However, I am sorry to say that the worst thing were bedbugs that bit me during the night and I woke up at 3 a.m., not knowing what was happening. We found a bedbug in the drawer under the bed and I checked on the Internet to see what it was, as I had never seen them before. The bites lasted for three weeks and it was really unpleasant. I am sorry to write this, but I think people who stay here should be aware of this. Besides, the owner should also call a special service to remove the bugs from the rooms. I suppose it is because of the old wooden floors and beams, which, though in very good condition, may hide such unwanted visitors.

Building is in poor conditions. There is hardly any tool available for cooking in the kitchen. The owner did not respond to our messages, we had to call twice and wait for her to come to the place
