everything! it was absolutely perfect!

owner made sure we were comfortable. he improved shower outside coming back from the beach, solid internet and beach chairs & towels available. close to beach, close to little beach restaurants and snacks, close to jobos beach (wonderful) and not far from town. it is safe, it is local and it’s is super relaxing.

The kitchen only had two plates, forks and cups. Even with two people this makes it difficult to prepare food. There was no drainer or towel to clean dishes.

Very clean and new. Nice location. Owner was very helpful and available. Very good a/c in the bedroom which was the place were we spend the little time we were there because the rest of the house was steaming hot. Bathroom is small but beautiful and modern. Theres a shower outdoor to clean up after beach day. Beach Chairs and umbrella came handy for people coming from abroad. Convenient check in and out. Nice hammock in the balcony and patio chairs.

Beach was very close but is rough. Had to drive 10 min one day but so worth it. We found a pozita and spent the day there. Next day drove 5 more min to Jobos and it was beautiful but go early because it gets packed on the weekend. Didnt like that theres no cold water to shower and brush your teeth. And theres a/c in the bedroom only the rest of the house is really hot. And need more hangers in the closet. Beach chairs need replacement.

It is my opinion that the price was a bit too high for what the property really was. Very tiny apartment, close to a beach but not one that you can actually get in like say Jobos. WiFi was ok.

Excellent location very close to the beach. Close to the town. House is clean and comfortable. Area is quiet during most the week. Feels safe.

Needs an additional air conditioner. Living room and kitchen get very warm. Update TV and remote. Towel holder in bathroom needs to be repaired and secured.

Location was excellent and host was very nice and helpful throughout our stay.

Livingroom need to have a mini unit air conditioner. Livingroom area was very very hot and we were unable to sit in the Livingroom due to extreme heat.

This apartment was spotless clean. The owner was amazing about answering all of my questions. He even sent me restaurant recommendations (without me asking) and a free ‘thank you ‘ book as as a gift. AC unit in the bedroom made our room cold and perfect! WiFi was available and tv worked great. Apartment is walking distance from restaurants and a beautiful beach! Very safe location as well. My daughter loved seeing and listening to all the chickens, roosters and baby chicks outside! She also loved the hammock out in the balcony. We both loved and enjoyed the balcony!

There’s nothing I didn’t like. These is just a personal preference comment/recommendations- Would have enjoyed AC in the rest of the apt , because it did feel very hot outside of our room. Would have enjoyed complimentary Puertorrican coffee 😁. Everything f was truly great!

Excellent location, the host was very helpful and the apartment had everything you need for a great stay. It is walking distance to the beach and kiosks. Supermarkets, restaurants and many other atractions are near by car.

I would only recommend putting a shower outside of the house to take out the sand and salt from the beach.

Super clean. Really nice and the location is awesome.

Access to beautiful beaches , peaceful area.

Absolutely 💯 good, except parking a little hassle, because too many people parking in my area.
