The a/c was top tier, and the TV amenities (Netflix, Disney Plus, etc).
The room had hair, in the bathroom, hair on the bed, hair all over, telling me the room wasn't clean thoroughly. We had issues with doors, a key, or a better locking system that could have been safer.

The initial room that they gave us was a very tiny room and not cozy in any way, shape, or form. I complained and was given a biger rooom, still no closets, no bedside tables for storage. The curtains were hung very poorly and dirty, and the internet and cable were down for most of my 10-day stay. I can not in good conscience recommend this location to anyone.

Chambre sans fenêtre porte en très mauvaise état ont voyais la lumière tout autour le matelas était très sale et tâcher en plus la litteri était trop grande donc ont a dû replacer les draps plusieurs fois les oreiller une honte trois différentes presque vide de duvet le bruit assourdissant des gens sortent et entrent

Literally the only thing good about the property is the location.
There is no one at the front desk, can’t speak to anyone in person if you have questions or concerns. The pictures are very misleading, the rooms don’t look like what is being advertised. Filthy and have BED BUGS. Me and my friend have bites all over our body from just staying one night.

Nicht weit vom Flughafen und den Strand entfernt.
Der zuverlässige selfmanagement Prozess.
kein Fenster nach außen. Das einzigste Fenster ging zum allgemeinen Flur wo die ganze Nacht das Licht brannte und das Fenster keine Verdunklung hatte. Das Zimmer war die ganze Nacht hell erleuchtet.
Der Wasserhahn im Bad gab kaum Wasser. Der Duschkopf war total verkalkt.
Die paar Dekoutensilien machten das Zimmer auch nicht besser.

This place is a scam. They take your money and then we never even got a room. It is not a hotel and there is no one on site. Take the time to read the reviews. Don't give them your money

The step to the bathroom is dangerous. You must put signs there to let clients know to step up and down other wise there will be accidents without that notification.

The location was fantastic-close to all of the best spots in San Juan... especially the beach!

The location other then that you hear everything so my sleep was disturb every night the shower takes time to get hot. They never answer the phones

It was worth the cost. Cleanliness matters to me most and that was as expected.

Great location!
The A/C remote didn’t have batteries, had to switch it from the remote (tv), found an old toothbrush when opened the sofa bed, no trash can in the living room, little details that can be fix.
