I found the site very beautiful and the access to Paralia Mpanana (banana beach) fantastic as I find this beach to be the best one I have ever seen (and I've been around quite a lot in Greece). The room was great too. The breakfast excellent and the Japanese restaurant as well as the Nest fish restaurant very good. The staff at breakfast and at these 2 restaurants (same staff), in particular the ladies working there, are really really good: welcoming, efficient, always smiling, a pleasure to be served by.

The service at the beach can be improved on: not friendly, not enough people working there, ashtrays not emptied overnight and the sand should be racked to take out trash, barks, etc. This lack of attention and of service is not great and jarring with the rest of the overall experience. Otherwise, the food served at the beach is good and the fruit platter plentiful: well done for that !

Private Swimming pool and the external aerea of our room didn't very clean. Keeping these area perfect is not easy (vegetation, insects and a lot of wind) but for a 5 stars resort the expectations are very high. Not all restaurants within the complex were up to 5 stars (dishes can be improved)

This is a high quality resort and we really enjoyed our stay. Excellent breakfast. Multiple good restaurants on site although prices a little high. Few independent restaurants nearby the complex so there aren't many local options for eating unless you have transport. There is a local bus that runs every 20-30minutes to Skiathos town 30 mins away. Lovely beaches and helpful staff.

The staff at reception were very helpful upon check - in. However, after you have checked in they seem to be less interested in helping and chatting to you and more focused on new guests or guests from the most expensive rooms. The room was very clean, tidy and well kept and the cleaners were very polite and flexible with cleaning times. The whole site is very clean and well kept overall. Pools are both exceptional and quiet enough to get your own space with luxury sun loungers. Both pools have a bar for drinks and snacks as well as the pools being manned with a lifeguard. Views are stunning and unbeatable, from almost every place on the site there is a jaw dropping view. Beaches are all very clean and have a bar for food & drink as well as plenty of staff who come up to the luxury sun loungers to regularly check if you would like anything. All of the beach staff were very polite, helpful and professional. There are 4 beaches so these tend not to be too packed and there is always a different beach to go to if one gets to busy. There are golf buggies which regularly drive to and from each beach so you can always jump aboard one of the buggies if the walk if too hot. Breakfast was exceptional and had everything you could possibly want from hot meat to cold meat to cakes and tarts as well as fruit and breads. Views from the main breakfast spot are also outstanding. Best hotel breakfast By a long stretch.

Restaurant food was not reflective of the price and would not go back to the on site Japanese restaurant. Air con system is not clear or simple to use, the touchscreen is a real faff (even for a younger couple) and regularly it changes without you wanting it too. Lighting in room was also very poor and not easy to use (Some things dont need modernising to touchscreen) The touchscreen controls in the room light up over night and make it hard to sleep (Literally like having 3 nightlights in the room)

Beautiful views, beautiful setting and a clean hotel that is lovely and has a lot of potential. the restaurant, beach bar, buggy drivers and kids club staff were amazing - above and beyond.

Food in the restaurants is shocking for the price. gastronomic Japanese and they serve plain noodles with a tiny bit of beef and broccoli? Although they cater for children, not sure they’re totally welcome - we often got funny looks from management in the reception if ours were making any noise!

Stunning views at breakfast areas

Breakfast was very good. Location was not ideal being at one end of the island. Although hotel’s beaches were very good, the hotel was on a high point and walking would be difficult for those with limited mobility. The restaurants were very good with varied menus, there was no typical Greek food available on site.

We stayed at Elivi for a week and our stay was really enjoyable. Rooms are big and spacious and the whole complex is very nice. Breakfast is fabulous and the beaches were very nice. We only had one problem, which was related with our swimming pool functioning, but Tani (the concierge) was willing to help and solved the matter. Would definitely go back in the future.

Some aspects to be improved (all from a constructive point of view): 1. Appreciate that the complex is really big but the buggies service usually takes quite a while once requested. 2. Food at the Fish Tavern can be improved. Most of the fish is frozen, which is surprising being in an island. 3. It is not possible to control very well the A/C system inside the room and also it is noisy.

We loved everything about this place, the food, the staff, the service was fantastic, and all the staff were always happy and smiling. Good selection of beaches either via foot or the hotel buggies. All beaches have comfy beds. The small beach, called Small Banana is for those that like to bathe without costumes.

Not enough hangers in the wardrobe, but they added more as soon as we asked. The bathroom needs a towel rail as there is no place to hang your towels. The wardrobe is very very small, and only two tiny draws. If you are going for a fortnight there is a battle for who has the space.
