The restaurant, the pool, the reception and the playground were never crowded. Great service by the staff, the breakfast was amazing. The location is not at the beach but we knew that so was not a problem - we were there by car.
The dinner was good but not amazing. Was disapointed by dry pork or chicken fillet couple of times. There was not much see food either. Plenty to improve in that regard I reckon. Salads, fruits and deserts were great though.

Perfectly mean and modern, nice rooms, nice pool and play ground
I did not like the service. Many small things that were not as they should be...
1. We got only 1 key room, and additional one only after specifically asking for
and in the beginning the new one did. Not work.
2. The telephone in the room does not work properly, some. Times yes, sometimes no, it's display is off sometimes.
3. There wasn't any toilet paper in the room when we got in. We. Had to ask for it.
4. Breakfast is from 7.30 to 10.30. When we got there on 8.30 there was almost no cheas left in the chase tray (it looks like there were some kinds of chase). We asked for more, but until we finished, at about 9.15 it was not renewed. Same for the trays of the vegetables and eggs.

A decent hotel with recent update, friendly staff, good foods. For beach vacation you will need a car
The balconies are rather a disadvantage: if the neighbors smoke or talk - this is all yours.

Nothing really, maybe dinner could be improved, and put some more equipment for the kids park. But in general it was a great experience

Super clean, friendly and attentive staff and quality amnesties.
The buffet selection (for dinner) was not very exhaustive and somewhat limiting for vegetarians.

The rooms were fine. There are many interesting places to see nearby..e.g. Mount Olympus Private parking, swimming pool, near the beach.

I was delighted by the friendly and welcoming receptionists (especially the woman, I think she was the front office manager), good breakfast, extremely quiet location apart from the center of Paralia. The shower was great, the garden - beautiful and relaxing
The mirror in the bathroom was way too high on the wall, also not very good lightening. The wardrobe was too small, the table as well - not sure why though as the room is big enough and there is a lot of empty space.. It was too cold in the room upon my arrival and there was just a light blanket for the night

A warm welcome as usual. We feel like we are visiting friends. Everyone is super friendly and professional. The hotel is modern and clean. Perfect for families with kids. Specious and comfortable rooms.
The variety of breakfast is limited, but all food is served fresh.
There is no kettle or coffee machine in the rooms.

The room was ok, as in the pictures from the reservation. The breakfast was very good. The staff was always smiling and very nice. We had a great stay!
The hotel was a bit far from the center of Paralia Katerinis. A 10-minute walk and you are in the center.

Astonishing team and owner give you a real hassle free experience. A
lot of smiles and fun from them. It’s like great family but in luxury environment.
Great food, we took a half board - taste and everyone happy.
Very close to sea and they have great playground for kids and pools for adults and kids. Super big property to walk around.
Definitely we will come back next year

We were in the hotel for three nights, got a two shared rooms, which is pretty comfortable.
The hotel staff is very welcoming and pleasant. The territory of the hotel is pretty big and the best thing is a children's zone - just wow. There are two pools, very pleasant area.
We loved the breakfasts.
I think that the maintenance of the rooms could be better, in our both rooms there were some problems in the showers.

Good hotel. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and big. Staff is very friendly and good organize! Breakfast and dinner are a great!!!
