We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely property and on this fascinating island. The house is well designed and equipped, and the photos convey it accurately. Our stay was cut short by recent world events and we returned to Canada early, but the owner and property manager were gracious and helpful throughout.

This is a well designed, clean property and a great starting point for walking tours in the north of La Palma.

You will not be disappointed in any way with this villa. There is nothing I would change about it. Wonderful gardens, lovely pool, tasteful interior. It really is fabulous.

The villa was of a high standard with lots of space and wonderful views. There were many outside areas to choose from so you could always find some shade or sun. The pool was really clean and the pool area was a lovely space.

Everything about this property oozes quality and attention to detail, from the interior design and decoration to the splendid multilevel garden and exquisite pool area. All available facilities were exactly as described and fully functional (we did not use the BBQ option), so that every moment spent in and around the villa meant pure enjoyment. The views from the living/dining room through the winter garden and open terrace out to the open Atlantic Ocean were kind of addictive - very relaxing, soothing, and particularly attractive around sunset (to the northwest during our stay near the beginning of summer). Most of the fruit crops in the garden area below the house were fairly recently planted, implying that the garden will likely increase over time in both utility and visual lushness. The pool area is a particular gem, both for the pool itself and also the spacious area surrounding it, including the adjacent ornamental gardens. Water temperature was very enjoyable at 26-28° C. All in all, our (too brief) stay was really fantastic and it was hard to leave. We fully recommend Villa Relva Larga without any reservations.

House absolutely lovely with fantastic grounds and a brilliant heated pool which the kids spent all their time in even at night. What's not to love with great BBQ, wood burning pizza oven and wood burning stove in the pool house. Countryside is fantastic but despite seeing a lot of it didn't find a flat boring bit. Great support from friendly and helpful owners. Thanks for everything David and family.

The property was fabulous, having a private pool with a great view made our stay first class. We have visited La Palma at least 8 times and can honestly say this is the best overall property we have stayed in. All of the communication with the owner and housekeeper went smoothly. We hope to return to this property in the future and have no hesitation in recommending it.

We have been booking villas through Owners Direct/Home and Away for many years and I can honestly say that this is the best villa we have stayed at. From communication prior to booking with the owner, dealings with the property managers prior to arrival, upon arrival, during our stay and upon departure, the service was faultless. The couple of problems we had were dealt with and rectified within the hour. The villa itself is located on the hillside, with privacy from distant neighbours. The attention to detail inside and outside is first class. The gardens are beautiful and have been planted with great thought. The outside kitchen is excellent and not too far from the villa for ease of access with food and drinks. There are seating areas on terraces outside all bedrooms, with French doors allowing access. The pool area doesn’t let you down, good sun beds, umbrellas, as well as the covered seating area. The pool was beautifully clean and was lightly salted, very pleasant to swim in. Inside the style and attention to detail continues. The kitchen, whilst small has pretty much everything you needed. The main living/dining area is very light and airy, with comfortable, stylish furniture, patio doors open into a large balcony overlooking the pool and views out to the ocean. The bathrooms were well appointed and spotlessly clean, as was the whole villa. The bedrooms had air conditioning and ample of wardrobe space. The upstairs tv area is small but again tastefully furnished and comfortable. You can connect to Netflix through the DVD player, which was good. La Palma is a beautiful, unspoilt island. Perfect if you want to relax. The weather can be cloudy but we found most afternoons were hot and you could stay by the pool until 7.30 pm, enjoying the sun. If you want nightlife La Palma isn’t the place for you but if you want to relax, experience great hospitality and stunning scenery in an amazing villa, this is the place for you.

We spent a wonderful week here. The house is very stylish with high quality fixtures and fittings. The views are sublime. The location is very peaceful but only a short walk to Puntagorda. If you are looking for relaxation and walking in the surrounding beautiful countryside, this is the perfect place. An unspoiled corner of the Canaries, this is fabulous.
