The owners were very obliging.. We had a different request and they did their upmost to fulfil it.

Small kitchen in and in conjunction with walk in wardrobe.That being said i would stay again, as we only ate there in mornings.

To me off street parking was essential, but told on day of arrival, that roadside parking was only available, on a very narrow road and just off a bend in road.

Location was handy to where we we visiting

Needs a sink for dishes and recycling bins for rubbish and recycling

WE were required to provide our own breakfast, fortunately a previous guest had mentioned to take one's own cereal and toast bread. Tea - one option only , Coffee- a commercial flavour but not a genuine instant nor plunger coffee facility. No microwave nor food heating option except for the electric kettle and the toaster. An adequate fridge with 500ml of milk.

A security light directly outside the bedroom window which flashed on and off through the night and despite closing the curtains carefully, the light still shone through and even reflected onto a mirror - it took a couple of nights to adjust. No ironing facilities - I needed to take some clothing to a friend's place for smoothing out One usually expects a hair dryer but this omission was manageable; there needs to be hook in the bathroom to hang clothes on while in the shower; no off-street parking and despite it being a quiet street it was also narrowed by most houses having roadside parking.

I loved that there was plenty of space in the rooms. Waking up to native bird song was a treat. I was grateful for the instructions on how to run the TV system. I liked that it was situated in a quiet suburban street.

A mention before hand to take my own hair dryer would have been good. The security lights at the front door would come on by themselves during the night and shine into the room which was a bit concerning as I was on my own.

Comfortable and handy to the people we were visiting.

We couldn't get the lovely new TV to work! We're not the first people to mention this so perhaps some instructions somewhere - or did we miss them?

Comfortable, cozy & convenient. Just one suggestion that you look at making the shower less slippery. Could be dangerous if people slip, particularly elderly

There was nothing that we didn't like.

A really cozy setup. It had everything that I needed. I would stay there again.

Door lock on bedroom entrance loose and fiddly to unlock.

The outside lamp keep turning on and shinning in to the room.

Communication and comfort were very good.

Car-parking was outside of property on narrow part of street. Security light disturbed our sleep going on and off all night. The neighbour was a night owl and noisy early bird. No milk supplied for tea.

That nearby parking was on- road parking in a narrow street. Not easy access to entrance with two large steps without a rail for one's with disabilities. Security lights off and on all night.

Very spacious room. Felt like being in your own place and not a hotel room. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Private entry at this Home Stay.

Clean, quiet, well equipped and owner very helpful and friendly. Very close to train station for getting to the city.

There was no TV, but it didn't particularly bother me.
