The staff was at the lobby just for a few hours in the morning. No cable TV.

great location, had everything we needed, very clean

location was perfect, in the center of the universe but still quiet for sleeping. clean and well maintained. had period charm with modern amenities.

it was nearly impossible to shut off the shower faucet. it took both of us pushing. the coffee options were undrinkable. why bother to have a Keirig and not have normal pods?

This was my second time staying at the hotel, and it does seem like they have been updated since last year. Our room was fantastic with amazing staff as well.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Staff were available to answer questions or get us whatever we needed. The bed very comfortable.

The hotel is challenging to find and parking difficult to find which is no reflection on hotel.

I love the location in this little old west town! The rooms up stairs and the little sitting area was adorable. It’s close to several restaurants and the old mine which we were doing a tour with! It was pouring rain most of the time we were there so we didn’t get to see much of the town.

There were a lot of stairs and the whole town was uphill….it is not a good place for people with low mobility. I also would not like to try and drive this area when it snows. A difficult town to maneuver in a large vehicle we were driving a big 350 Ford transit van and the roads and parking are not made for that!

The bed was horrible and the walls were paper thin, so we could hear a lot of people talking and walking up the stairs ect

TV hard to figure out. Jack hammer outside of room at 5:30 am on city utilities. Trash truck banging around before 6 am.

Great location that is close to everything. Super clean, spacious rooms.

Being close to everything also means it can be quite loud during the weekends.

This little hotel is charming! Definitely a hidden treasure, and I highly recommend!!

great location, center of old Bisbee, by the museum and next to Copper Queen. spacious room and bathroom.

only suggestion is add a vanity to the bathroom. plenty of space, but no place to set my toiletries

In a great location, nea the street with many points of interest, cafes, bars, etc.

Only negative is all room are upstairs.
