Well used and I can see why pretty location furniture worn little rickety or stained

The condo was just as beautiful as pictured. Amy, the host, was always very responsive and polite from pre-trip to during! The kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking and serving. Our first trip to Destin was a success.

It was excellent. I planned on cooking my whole stay and I was, therefore, completely, and pleasantly surprised by the well-appointed kitchen. Lots of bath linens. Great!! The weather was perfect and the crowds were gone. The unit faced the ocean and was only several feet from the beach. Incredibly beautiful view! I whole-heartedly recommend this property. The condo was perfect for our family! The beach was absolutely beautiful and the view from the patio was amazing. The check in/out process was super simple and everything went smooth. Amy was great to work with and was always responsive. We can’t wait to go back to Destin!!

We had a great stay here at Crystal Sands! The 3rd floor corner unit was the perfect amount of space with both a full bath upstairs and downstairs. The included chairs and umbrella rental was a great amenity!

We enjoyed ourselves. Property was nice but can use some updates. Lots of the tile is cracked. Overall property is nice and we plan on coming back. Thank you for a great stay!

We definitely will rent again. This is my 5th time at Crystal Sands.

The condo was comfortable and the location was great! We especially loved sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins in the morning. It would have been nice to have more comfortable seating on the balcony. It would be nice to have Netflix or another streaming service. We would definitely stay there again.

A fun time with family

Our stay at Crystal Sands was glorious! The view was incredible from the balcony, the private access to the beach was lovely and the reserved beach chairs and umbrellas were really nice. The condo itself was beautiful. Our youngest had a blast making friends and playin in the pool.

This place is amazing. The view is breathtaking. The king size bed is so comfortable! The area is great! We felt safe. Amy is so considerate. We didn't need anything during our stay ( because this place is perfect) , but Amy reached out to make sure we were comfortable. The beach is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. Hands down this is the best vacation property I've ever stayed in. It was clean, comfortable and the view, OMG the view!!!!

We had a great experience. Communication with owner was super easy, and having a view of the beach and gulf from kitchen, living room and loft was awesome.

The view was perfect! We had more than enough space for the three of us. Actually, it would be great for a family! We were close to everything we needed. Would love to come back!

Great location, on the beach! Beautiful weather wish we had chairs/umbrella service the whole time (stopped after oct31) but went ok. The house was fine! Just felt bathrooms /water pressure upstairs wasn’t good or very clean, Smart tv would be good but all in all a very fine place and had a great time! Thanks

We have stayed at Crystal Sands for over 20 years off and on. This condo, 301A, was the nicest - updated, clean - very nice. The overall building and property are well maintained 0 really impressed.

First time in Destin and the beach was fantastic. Nice property. We loved the set up of the condo. Beautiful view. Any was so quick to respond to any issues we needed fixed.

We just had the best vacation a Crystal Sands! We got there a little early and the condo was ready! We had a few minor issues just some maintenance issues that were took care of super fast when I emailed the owner! These were things that if they had been notified of prior to our stay would have been taken care of. The owner was super fast to respondWe will difently be back!

Fantastic unit- well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked and met all our cooking needs. Unit was clean. Checkin and communication with owner was fantastic! Beach chairs and umbrella were a major plus! Love the recliner!

This location is amazing! Our teens love the access to the beach with just a short distance to the room. Condo is clean, quiet, and convenient location to quickly get to restaurants, shopping, and activities. Parasail, banana boat rides, and snow cones are just a short walk from the condo. We were able to see our teens parasail from our spot on the beach. The chairs and umbrella that come with the unit is fabulous! We will continue to stay at Crystal Sands in the coming years just like the past 3 years of our vacations. Already booked for next year. Love this location!

We had a great time! Condo was perfect. Lots of stuff to do in Destin. Pool was a little to warm for us, when it's so hot out you want something to cool you off the pool was way to warm for that. We didn't have a way to print of parking pass so they just had us write it on a peace of paper, I was skeptical but it was fine. I would suggest having some printed off in condo and guest put in their dates and info. But all very minor things we had a great time location was fantastic!

The corner unit on the third floor on Crystal Beach...wow. This is easily the best unit in the complex, with the expansive views and the upstairs loft. Everything was as advertised. Worked perfect for two (related) families. One downstairs, the other with the little ones upstairs and in the loft bunks. Enough separation to feel "private" from each other, but ample room in the common areas (kitchen, living room) to be able to be together, share meals, etc. when we wanted. Best section of beach along the Emerald Coast in our opinion, which is why we chose it, and it did not disappoint. If I were to search for a downside, it's the potential for loud party people in the pool directly below keeping you awake if you want to go to bed early (that was us). Regardless, would 100% stay here again.

Very nice condo with balcony overlooking the beach. Great location and easy to access the beach and town. Plan on returning sometime.

Stayed for a week with kids and grandparents. The place was fantastic, the beach was beautiful, and the location was close to everything we needed. Loved it!!

Great property. Great experience. I would suggest bringing zip lock bags or Tupperware as the kitchen was very bare, however, we managed as we borrowed from another family staying in one of the other units. The location was nice as we could walk to dinner and the owner, Amy, was very responsive with all questions. I would stay here again!

The view is spectacular as is the proximity to the beach! Amy was very prompt in responding to a couple of minor problems and very pleasant to speak with. The unit itself needs a thorough DEEP CLEAN! The furnishings were nice but overshadowed by the uncleanliness of the floors, rugs, spa tub jets, ceiling fan, box fans, and some of the cooking utensils and pots and pans! This condo could be wonderful if it was just cleaned thoroughly!!!!!!!!

Really enjoyed the property! The view was superb! Condo was perfect size for 6 of us. The chair and umbrella service was another added bonus!

Our family was gifted this home for a Christmas present last year and we stayed the week after Thanksgiving. Keep in mind that during this time, most excursions are closed for the season. The complex itself is nice. The beach is so clean and we were able to see two weddings along with dolphins! The pool is in a very odd location which is the parking lot. So instead of watching the ocean and the pool, you're watching cars drive by while they swim. It is very weird. The condo itself was very spacious with great views. However, it definitely needs a deep clean and some TLC. First of all, there was dirt and grime everywhere. The living room rug had toenails on it that my boys found while they were playing a card game, the ceiling in the bathroom has some sort of leak going on and while my husband was showering, a piece of the ceiling fell on him. The bathtub jacuzzi jets had mold in them and the upstairs bunk area smelled damp. The furniture in the place could definitely use an upgrade along with the patio furniture. The patio furniture that was offered were two small wood chairs, once of which was half broken. It was disappointing because we enjoy sitting outside on patios when we go on vacation and there wasn't even enough seating for us. Also, there is nothing within walking distance but the mall, outlet mall, aquarium, and several great restaurants, are within a short driving distance. This place has potential but it definitely needs some updates and a DEEP clean.

Really enjoyed our Thanksgiving week by the beach. The condo is in a great location, great view, good communication from Amy (host). Would stay here again.

Absolutely the best place to stay. Away from the traffic and the views are amazing. The condo is clean and beautiful!! The property owner is always prompt and a big help if you have any questions or issues.. loved it so much I booked an extra day..
