We loved the house but it is very difficult to get up the ladder into the master bedroom and bathroom. The game room was a hit.

Nice place with large accommodations. Ladder to one bedroom was a little awkward but doable. Couldn't get tv in livingroom to connect to WiFi. Beautiful property and clean place.

The property was great, the house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had a nice amount of space for food prep. We had a lot of fun with the game room and the hot tub was also nice and clean. Internet was intermittent ao watching TV was pretty much out, but other than a rainy morning we didnt have much use for it anyway. Overall i would recommend and stay there again. 😁

The house was beautiful and was represented accurately in the advertisement. The play room was a big hit with my kids with a pool table and an arcade machine. If I had one suggestion it would be to make sure people know they have to go up a ladder to get to the room. It was fine for me, but I don't think I knew ahead of time and if I was much older it would be something I would want to be made aware. Overall great place!

This was a fantastic cabin to stay in. Spring break was a success! The kids (and adults) loved the game room and hot tub. Everything was as advertised and clean. Close to hikes and beautiful nature. It was raining most of our stay but we weren't bothered - great memories for all. Stayed 3 nights, perfect for our family.

Had a great time visiting Hocking for the weekend. The Two Trees Cabin was perfect and everything was as shown/described in the listing. Property far enough away from town to unwind, but still close enough to grab essentials from stores. Short driving to state parks and hiking. Very clean, well kept. Would stay here again.

We had such a great time together here! We didn't leave the cabin and yet so much to do. Playing darts, pool, and the arcade table was awesome. Hot tub was fantastic and clean! The cabin was very spacious and clean. We love staying at Burton Wood Cabins...always nice. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our time in Hocking Hills. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. (I did bring my roasting pan.) The game room was the best in any house we have rented. The wifi isn't great in the area to have zoom calls. Regular work was fine. The owner helped us find a place for zoom calls which was helpful. The ladder to the main bedroom was the only tricky thing. When deciding if the bedroom set up is good for your group, take the ladder into account. The hiking in this area of Ohio has such different landscape. We enjoyed the state park and a trip to the Columbus Zoo. Would definitely stay again.

We were a group of women on an annual girls trip. The house was absolutely perfect for us. Every morning we would wake up, cook breakfast and eat at one of the many tables, head out to a hike or two, then come home and use the hot tub, dart board and pool table. Initially we didn’t purchase the fire wood package but after night one realized it’s worth it as we also had a fire every night. (Spoke to Ron and he immediately gave us access) For those traveling to Hocking Hills in the fall, just know that there was little waterflow. Didn’t see a single waterfall as the water was just low/dry. (Not sure if this is the case every late September or just this year.) But with that said all the hikes were still beautiful. Another caution…if you get car sick you’ll want to drive or sit up front. The roads to the hikes are very curvy for a bit. And for those worried about the ladder up to the loft bed…it wasn’t that bad. Even after a day/night of wine drinking. There’s also another cabin pretty much on the same property (not within earshot but walking distance) they own as well that would be great to rent in addition to Two Trees if you had a large group. Thank you! We had a great time.

The property was perfect for our family. Close to shopping and groceries and restaraunts. Also close to all the hiking in the park. We loved the game room and deck. Also really glad we bought the firewood deal. We will definitely be back. What an awesome weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay this weekend. The place was very spacious, clean and had lots to do. From the hot tub (complete with bluetooth speakers), to the indoor pool table and other games, we were never bored! Beautiful outdoor space to relax and where we ate all our meals. My daughter loved the cute little loft bed in the one bedroom. The master suite is beautiful, however, the ladder type stairs were a bit hard to navigate. It’s very challenging to safely get both yourself and your bags upstairs. My husband and I liked the privacy the upstairs brought, but weren’t fans of getting up there. It’s about 15 minutes to some of Hocking Hills attractions. As a person who loves organization, I was impressed with the organization of the kitchen cabinets and all the labels for what goes where. Because cell reception is so awful, I suggest they share the pass code into the cabin prior to the afternoon of check in. I was a little worried when I hadn’t received it the 1-2 days prior, as the welcome guide stated. Overall, we really enjoyed our peaceful stay in such a beautiful place.

The house was so beautiful, clean,and organized. It is central to all of the attractions. We will definitely stay there again.

The location of this property is close to many of the parks. It was easy to get to many places!

We had an amazing stay at Two Trees. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and fun. Between the hot tub, pool table, darts, arcade table, and overall cool house, I never once heard my kids say they were bored!! That’s a treat in itself! The grounds surrounding the cabin are great as well. There’s a pond and creek that my kids loved exploring in. The house has had a few upgrades since we booked, like the added roof over the deck and hot tub, and the installation of speakers around the porch/hot tub. Love this very much. The cabin is just a short drive from the major attractions/hiking in the area. Ashleigh was a dream host to work with, and was very timely in responding to any questions we had. We had a slight issue with the hot tub (aka I pushed the wrong button) and maintenance was out to “fix” it very quickly. The cabin is amazing and well worth it! Overall an incredible experience. We will definitely be booking this cabin again! I didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back.

A great getaway for us. Kids loved game room, great for watching basketball and playing games with the kids. Very cozy. Highly recommended

This unique home featuring a pool table, darts and a hot tub was fun to stay at.

We went for a weekend getaway. This property looked great online, then after speaking with management to finalize arrangements, was told there was some work completed since I booked it. They added a roof over some of the porch including over the hot tub as well as changed flooring in the game room and added a table in there as well. We spent most of our time when we were in the cabin in the game room playing pool, darts, and the arcade games. The roof over the hot tub was a great addition as it rained and still allowed us to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. A big storm caused power outages that affected this cabin. We made the best of it, however the neighbors called and spoke with management related to the outage. Next thing I know, there was a knock on our door at around 10:45 pm from the maintenance staff asking if we would also like our generator turned on since the neighboring cabin had him come do the same for them. He was polite, quiet which was appreciated as my children were sleeping, and asked if there was anything else he could do for us while he was there. We understand that weather can’t be predicted months in advance when we booked it, but appreciate that someone came out in the storm that night and offered to set everything up without us saying a word. My kids are already begging us to rent this property again because “it’s the perfect cabin!” Thank you for the great experience, wonderful customer service, and the lasting memories for our family! Highly recommend!!

Super annoying maintenance truck constantly back and forth. Zero privacy so had to keep all shades drawn. Constant hikers peeping and commenting on our every move. Place had lots of mice so watch your food.

I would rate this property a 2-3 out of 5 stars. The hot tub didn’t work because of a bad breaker the first night no we lost a whole night of enjoyment with that. Also, for six guests, there were only so. Towels, so while there was a washer and dryer, having to do it a few times a day got old. Also, the internet didn’t work at all until the last morning we were. When there are smart tv’s there, it really defeats the purpose. The main room is up the wooden ladder which is super cute, but it needs to be out another foot - it’s way too steep. Cute place, but for the price we will explore other options next time.

Great property overall. Very spacious & clean. Downsides included beds seemed small for queens/weren’t super comfortable, property wasn’t as private as advertised & hot tub water smelled badly.
