Property was perfect location for beach access.

This property is stunning! It was the perfect blend of quiet and private, but just a quick walk to the beach and all the action. The bay view was so fun! Sunrises are incredible over the glass like water! We spotted many stingrays and a dolphin during our stay! The inside is roomy, bright and well kept! It’s stocked full with outdoor goodies like coolers, chairs, beach towels, toys and baby gear/accessories for the home. Would love to return and would highly recommend anyone to secure this gem of a rental!

The house was very nice, spacious and clean. The only thing I didn't like was, being on the second floor, you feel funny using the pool. The people on the first floor were very nice, but they had friends over all the time and they were all sitting around the pool and we felt like we were crashing their party, so we didn't get to use the pool but once. The only bad thing was having to wait outside the house for 2 1/2 hours for a locksmith to come get us in because the batteries on the lock were dead. We didn't get in until 12:30am and had to get up at 4:30 to get to the airport.

We stayed in the upper unit and our friends had rented the lower unit. It is a beautiful condo in a perfect location. Our boys enjoyed fishing off the dock. Beach access is super easy across the street. We enjoyed our morning walks to Gypsy Souls for coffee. The gentlemen who lives in the 3rd unit is very pleasant and kind. The upper unit is beautiful, spacious, and came with all the necessities (fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, a blender, etc.). We will definitely be back! The only thing that could be improved is the AC unit makes a loud, vibration noise (sounds like a bass system) when it is running.

It's a beautiful condo in a perfect location. My son and daughter enjoyed the pool and dock. The beach was just a short walk.

We stay for 5 nights here and enjoyed our time while there. Place was clean and had everything you would need. Upon our arrival the air conditioner was not working but we called and within the hour Vacation 5/ owners had someone out to fix it. From there on out it was a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend and if in that area again, would definitely stay. Thank you for an enjoyable time!

Krista was absolutely a pleasure to work with. I got to meet her in person and she was the absolute sweetest. The property is everything we wanted and more. It was nice having a pool right there, and the best are the manatees basically right in your backyard. We are already planning to book with Star 5 Vacation for next year. We plan on renting both units to take more family members.

We had a wonderful time. My niece had the downstairs so it worked out great. The place was beautiful and had everything you could need. I hope to be back in October❤️

Had an amazing time! The condo was beautiful and felt like home. Everything was in mint condition.

The condo is above 2 rentals. The old guy that someone previously mentioned rents one side. He is a little odd. On days it looked like it was going to rain, we would leave the beach and go straight to the pool on his side. Well we did this twice until he blocked it off. The other renters were super nice and would let us walk through on their side. They didn't have a path like the older man's side so you have to walk on the wall between the grass and the bay. I would give 3 stars on cleanliness. We found 5 fish hooks on the back deck. That was kind of worrisome with the littles. Under the beds were really dirty which only mattered bc my kids kept losing toys under them and then dragging out the dirt with them. I found what looked like crumbs on 1 bed the night we arrived and my daughter found shells in hers. We were told there was a baby gate on the balcony bc I was worried about being so close to the water with the little ones. The baby gate was hanging off when we arrived and we couldn't find all the parts. The beach chairs, towels, small bags and small ice chest were helpful. The beach cart was useless. The tires were completely flat. I asked if there was something to air them up with but never got a reply. This made it very difficult for us since we had 2 children that needed to be carried along with all the beach gear. We ended up using our stroller which wasn't exactly convenient either. The umbrella is more like a half tent. It would be good for small children. I think we'll buy a canopy next time. None of the rooms had curtains. I never would have cared prior to children but 2 of my 3 kids need a dark room to sleep so napping was impossible. Also, this is probably us being weird but there's a tall ladder right outside the room with the twin bedsa. My husband didn't feel comfortable having the kids sleep on the other side of the condo with the ladder right outside their window so we rotated all week sleeping in the room with the kids. Overall it was an okay stay. We will probably stay closer to the beach next time. It was too much of a hassle with small children.

This house was the perfect getaway location for my family, during suggested "social distancing" recommendations for COVID-19. We are Tampa locals, but really needed a change of scenery. This house was perfect! We were very impressed to how clean the house was and how nicely it was decorated. The layout of the building, with a separate private entrance, was a much better option than any of the condos with 500+ people using the same elevator. We loved having a pool (took turns using it with the downstairs guests) and even got to see some manatees, who came to visit the dock every evening. If you have a boat, this dock is a perfect place to keep it. The beach access is also super close and easy to get to (right across the street). Krista and the property manager were so accommodating and very easy to work with. I've already recommended this house to a friend!

Clean, updated and airy with great views. Plenty of room for my kids. Krista was responsive and accommodating (made sure we had everything we needed, even brought extra paper towels). The only thing that gave me pause were the neighbors. One is an older man, sweet and tries to be helpful, though i felt like he was kind of monitoring us. He hangs out outside most of the day. We had friends come over for dinner, and he scolded them for parking in the spot that’s designated for the unit we stayed in. Also, the neighbors in another unit had family visiting with 3 kids, so the pool was semi full with older kids during half our stay. It was not a bad stay, and we would consider again, perhaps for a shorter stay.

This property was exceptional! We had the whole second floor. It was very clean and updated! The pool was really nice. It was literally two feet from the intercoastal waters. I definitely hope to stay here again someday.

We had a great stay at this beautiful place on the intercoastal. The walk to the beach is 3 minutes and so easy! The added bonus is that we could fish off the dock in the evening and even saw dolphins and a manatee right outside! The pool was so nice, especially for the kids after a day at the beach. We grilled off the deck most nights and enjoyed the tranquility. The place itself is very nicely updated and comfortable. The beds were all great and we are super picky, The neighbors are so sweet and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful month at Krista's condo and couldn't have asked for more. The unit was exactly as described; new, fresh, modern and spotlessly clean. The space is bright and airy with lots of room for our multi-generational family. All amenities were exactly as described and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. The outside space at the unit is terrific with a nice covered patio, and a beautiful pool. Daily we enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the dolphin's come right past us and the sea birds were amazing to watch right from the pool. The condo is a few minutes walk from the white sandy beach of the Florida Gulf. Restaurants, coffee shops and even a wine bar are literally right around the corner. I rode my bike daily from the condo which led directly to hundreds of miles of bike paths and trails, its a perfect location for those looking to train for long rides or those that just enjoy biking alongside the ocean. Thanks again Krista for a great stay, we look forward to returning again!
