Great condition, Central A/C, Bikes, Sonos, New flat screen, Huge new W/D, Beach gear, Outdoor Shower, Grill, Nice Outdoor Furniture, Gorgeous Sunny deck. 3 TINY bedrooms each with a queen bed and there is also 1 tiny sleeping loft. 2nd Bath is in the shed w outdoor shower. Parking for ONE CAR ONLY. No pets :)


The second bathroom is SEASONAL. It is attached to the outdoor shower and Laundry room. All of that is unavailable Nov - March. It is about 10 feet from the bottom of the stairs. The Outdoor shower can be accessed from the detached Laundry room or from the parking area.


There is a grill available at the bottom of the stairs. That is exclusive use for you. There is a seasonal laundry room combined with a 1/2 bathroom attached to an outdoor shower. Bicycles are also stored there with beach gear. Renters are welcome to use all of this. :-)

The outdoor shower, second bathroom, and extra large laundry are seasonal and located in the shed at the bottom of the stairs. There is a small washer & dryer in the unit also which are year around. Halloween is the last guaranteed weekend for these amenities. After Mid April, Amenities should be operational for Summer. :)
