This was our first family reunion since COViD and also my Dad’s 75th birthday celebration. Our family rented 2 houses on Lake Seneca, one of them was this house. It was a great place to have a family barbecue, get the kids together with the playard outside and enough space for our family to hang and celebrate. We cooked a lot and also grilled. The hosts were great with communication as well. They were very prompt when the wifi went out and also replaced our bbq gas tank right away when we started bbqing and realized that they was no gas! The pool was too cold for us so we didn’t use it but was a great area to hang out by. Overall a great experience.

Loved the location of this home. Beautiful, quiet street, and we loved watching the sunsets from the dock.

We had an amazing time at this property. I wish we stayed an extra day just to hang out on the property. Beautiful, spacious and clean. I would come back immediately. While it was a girls trip, I could see this also being perfect for a family vacation as well. Loved the home and the host was always fast to respond leading up and very accommodating. Wonderful home, property, neighborhood, host … all the elements for a perfect Cornell reunion for 11 old friends. Enjoyed the pool, lake, kayaks, dock, fire pit, nearby park walking trails, big dining table, porch sunsets … could not have been nicer. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful clean, modern and hospitable home with a terrific swimming pool and beach access. Tough to get the kids out of the pool to head to the beach but after they discovered the kayaks they split their time. Plenty of other things to do including biking, winery visits, hiking and relaxing. s

We had at great week at the house with my wife and our 3 kids and their progeny. We spent most mornings in the pool and went kayaking on the lake most afternoons. Found a nice military museum a 3 mile bike ride just north in Sampson State Park.

Cannot say enough about this property!! We had 5 couples staying at the house and it was perfect! We had plenty of space. The pool was beautiful and we really enjoyed hanging out by it. Some of our group even enjoyed a swim even though the outside temperatures were a little cold for swimming. The dock and firepit were stunning! We had a blast! The property was in a great location with easy access to plenty of wineries and breweries. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and Jill was a wonderful host. We would absolutely come back!

We stayed at the house for a weekend to celebrate my sisters upcoming wedding. We had 12 girls and enjoyed our time so much. The house is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space. The kitchen set up is outstanding! We could not have been happier with this location and the house. Already want to go back!

Friends from 8 different cities met for a fun 2 day weekend. Everyone loved the house, the location, and all the close breweries.

The house was wonderful. Plenty of room. Loved the big kitchen island and large dining room table. Pool was beautiful and just what the kids needed during a hot week. Loved the dock with stationary Adirondack chairs as well as the fire pit and chairs at the edge of the water. The walk down to the water was a little steep , but half of the hill had stairs that helped. Little things can happen anywhere, at any time. The key is how they are taken care off. The water pump malfunctioned on our last day and Jill and her husband (who live next door)came immediately to the rescue. I don't think it was more than an hour and Jill and her husband had us back to normal----THAT, to me, is a testament how attentive and hands on they are as owners. We would strongly recommend this house to anyone and would love to return.

Our family of ten thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lake house. The house was extremely clean, quiet, and well-stocked with everything that you may need. The pool was awesome. The grandkids spent most of the week in the pool, especially enjoying the slide and diving board. They also learned how to kayak and had fun using the paddle boat. The house is on a dead end street, so there is very little traffic. Sunsets down at the lake were absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed a bonfire at the lake. There were plenty of Adirondack chairs around the fire pit and on the dock to enjoy the lake. We enjoyed visiting several different wineries in the area. Our host Jill, was quick to answer any questions or take care of any issues that came up during our stay.

There was so much space and it was so comfortable for my family which ranged in age from 16 to 92. This is our second stay at the house. I could not believe how fast the owner responded to my questions on the first day. I hope we can return. Loved it!

We were a group of 12 girls who needed a big place with a lot of space, beautiful views, and close to wineries for a bachelorette. Jill’s home was perfect for us. Not only was Jill friendly and accommodating, she was quick to respond to any of our questions and provided mostly everything we needed for our weekend. The rooms were spacious and fit all of us comfortably, we had space to gather and for privacy. The dock and lake view were breath taking. We were close to many wineries and restaurants in the area so that was also very convenient. Pool was closed but only because it was cold and early May when we arrived. We had a fantastic time and would love to visit again.

Perfect family vacation. Property was even better than expected. Exceptionally clean. Weather wasn’t great but it didn’t spoil our time away. We’re already making plans to come again!

My friends and I spent a long weekend at Jill’s house and it was great! The house is very spacious and clean. Location is convenient to a lot of wineries and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the outside space at the dock. We had a great time relaxing by the water and spending time around the fire pit. Jill is easy to work with and responsive. She worked with us to make sure that the pool was open and ready after a recent liner replacement. Our group loved the house and would definitely recommend it.

The house was a perfect size and perfectly laid out for my group! The kitchen was large enough to cook for 12 in and enjoy all together. We really enjoyed the dock and kayaks provided- such a great added bonus with a beautiful view. We winery toured all day and enjoyed the grill, outdoor patio area, and fire pit at night. The house is spacious, clean and homey. The lakefront is beautiful with colorful Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit! Kayaks and a paddle boat are available to enjoy! In the back of the house is a built in pool that provided hours of fun for the kids and adults too! I would highly recommend this property! Jill the owner is very pleasant and sincere in her wishes that you enjoy your vacation!

Great setup for our extended family vacation with 4 families and lots of kids. Plenty of space for everyone, great pool area, good outdoor patio for grilling dinner, and easy lake access across the street. We also brought a boat, and paying extra to use the boat lift was well worth it (boat launch is ~15 min drive). Owners were responsive to questions/requests both before and during our stay. Highly recommended!

We loved staying here. The pool was lovely--warm and clean. The lake is gorgeous. The house is comfortable and big. Check-in and out was a breeze, and Jill helped with whatever we needed. We're definitely going back!

Our little clan of eleven people had a wonderful time at the lake-house. Jill was available to help, which we needed, as we were a little short on firewood for our evening dockside roasted marshmallows and smores. The house was immaculate. The four kids used the bedrooms and den on the lower level. The young couples and baby stayed in the bedrooms and bonus room on the main level. Us older folks enjoyed the master suite on the top level that included a big bedroom, a sitting area, a huge closet and a full bathroom. There was plenty of room in the large house to spread out. We really enjoyed the pool which was blocked on one side by the house and the opposite side by the hill. The children and adults went halfway across Seneca Lake in the paddle-boat and the kayaks. The children really loved the playground. Two of the guys bought a basketball at the local dollar general, since we didn't know about the basketball hoop, as it's not in any of the photos. There's even a lakeside park with some beautiful trails just a few hundred feet from the house at the end of the dead end road. The children never wanted the fun to end. It was the best NY State vacation I've ever had.

I don’t know where to start... the house is way better than pictures! Excellent for big groups, super clean, Jill was very friendly and respond for everything we need! We are definitely coming back! If you are thinking on booking here.. you won’t regret

House was perfect for our growing family. Enjoyed the outside space especially with the pool. We enjoyed sitting at the lake with a fire in the evening. It’s located on a quiet street yet very close to the wineries, breweries etc. we will definitely return!!!!

Jill's property was very clean and well kept. The listing and pictures are a very accurate description of what you'll find when you arrive. It was a nice, private space where we were able to join together and celebrate the upcoming marriage of our two good friends. The pool area was nice and relaxing and we enjoyed a fire down by the lake, which is directly across from the house. The road is a dead-end street, so there's just local traffic coming by which was really nice. Jill was wonderful to work with. Not only was she clear with expectations and helpful when I had questions, but I could tell that she genuinely wanted us to enjoy ourselves and really utilize all that the property has to offer. I would definitely consider staying there with a group again!

The house was perfect for our family vacation; it was a great size, pool, clean and couldn’t ask for a better location . Jill was a wonderful host, she responded quickly and was very helpful to any questions we had. We would love to come back again

The house was super clean. Everyone loved the pool especially the grand children. We made good use of the fire ring down by the lake. The sleeping arrangements were just what we needed for six adults and five grand children. The dishwasher was a great time-saver. Located on a dead end street meant there was very little traffic. We all went for a bike ride or walk in the near-by park. Then we made several trips to the waterfalls in the area. Taughannock Falls State Park is a very nice easy walk. I would definitely recommend this house.

My family and I had a wonderful week in your beautiful home and swimming pool. One suggestion is a regular bed would be better than sofa bed in the tv room at the end of the hall on the first floor. Thank you Jill.
