It was everything as advertised. Very nice house. Had everything we could ask for. Much better than staying at casino. Only small issue was internet was slow except in the den. There was no using tv capabilities in multiple rooms. Still didnt diminish the stay. Will definitely book again next yr. Only way to go. Patrick was easy to communicate with. Seamless

The property was in a convenient & safe location. The house was spacious & comfortable. Full-size washer/dryer & dishwasher was a plus. Patrick was an awesome host! Highly recommend this property.

Big, clean house conveniently located close enough to the Strip for easy rideshare access but far enough away to be quiet.

Patrick was a great host. Always available and very helpful. The place was very spacious and well kept. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting vegas. Cheap uber to the strip and neighborhood was quiet while we were there. Lots of places close by to shop.and eat within 10 min.

We had a great stay. The house is cozy and very convenient.

The home is newly renovated and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal including spices, condiments and COFFEE! Plenty of towels, pillows and space for a family of 4 adults. The beds are firm but comfortable. It is nice to stay away from the strip and only a 10 min (or $12 Uber/Lyft ride). The strip can be overwhelming and it was nice to come "home" and unwind and relax. Patrick was so accommodating after our initial VRBO cancelled 10 days prior to our stay. He made the stressful situation so easy.

Stayed for a few nights on a golf trip with several friends. The house was fantastic, very clean from top to bottom, and well supplied. The location is ok, a bit far from strip so it's not practical to walk, but it's a cheap Uber away so not a problem. (And Einstein Bagels is walking distance 👍). And Patrick was also able to accommodate our early check-in, so we didn't have to drag golf clubs around town. Highly recommended!

Just what we needed for our Vegas vacation. Super easy parking. Perfect location with a very easy and short commute to the strip.

We were a family with seniors to teenagers. Enough space to spread out. We could easily eat together, hangout all sitting together and each of us had our own room with a comfy bed to sleep (also fluffy towels). The location was very convenient to the strip dipping in at different points, close to the red rock canyon and our favorite was being in the food mecca of Chinatown! And downtown was cool and close too. Our host was very sweet and super helpful. We started texting and that was easy. Extra flexible with our check in and out times! Thank you

We are not new to Vegas; however, this is our first time using a VRBO. We were very pleased with the house and location, close to the strip, airport, and Old Vegas. We had a minor issue but was quickly resolved by Patrick. We highly recommend this property and we would stay there again.

This house was amazing, extremely clean and very welcoming. We celebrated Thanksgiving here and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything we could possible have needed. Great location. Patrick was an amazing host! He communicated immediately with every question we had. I would recommend this property again and again!!

The house was in a nice, quiet neighbourhood and had plenty of beds! There was 6 of us and we has beds to spare (2 couples). Patrick was awesome to deal with, he was attentive with any needs or concerns we had but not over bearing. I would stay there again anytime!

I was very impressed with the host’s quick responses regarding any questions or issues that we had. The home is indeed very historic and in a neighborhood that at 1st glance appears to not be a desirable area, however the neighborhood is quite and centrally located near almost everything that you would want to do in Vegas. Since the home is older, you might not feel that the cleaning of the property is the best but you can tell that they at least tried to do the best they could with cleaning of certain items. **When reading this review, please keep in mind that I typically prefer newer or luxury type homes so my dislikes about the property may not reflect the same as others. The carpet could use replacing but the tile that they’ve installed in the non-carpeted areas are immaculately beautiful. They definitely have good quality mattresses so you’ll get really good sleep. Overall, it was a nice quite stay.

This property and its host was fantastic! We went for the Life is Beautiful Festival so the location was perfect! Even with heavy traffic on the way there, it was never more than a 20 minute Lyft! The host was very accomadable, easy to work with, and polite. If he'll have me back, his property will definitely be the first I'll inquire about!

We really enjoyed this property. It was conveniently located to both downtown and the strip. The property and house or clean and well maintained. The owners were very open and helpful. They communicated well with us. We had an unfortunate situation with a flight cancellation that required we stay an extra day. They were kind enough to allow us to stay an extra day! They were a real genetous in that situation.
