Great location and an amazing view of the gulf. Quiet place with a nice pool. Yet still close enough to downtown center to walk the beach or take the tram that picks you up right outside the parking lot. Would stay there again anytime.

Free Trolley right at the park to take you to the Pier. Nice quiet location. Condo could use with a better cleaning around floor and baseboard. View from Balcony can't be beat.

Property was exactly as ad represented. Very quite unit. No crowds on beach. Perfect relaxing get away

This is our 3rd time staying at this address. Our condo this time was clean and nice. We love the location! However this condo’s shower was disappointing, we are both 6 ft. Tall and it is not user friendly. Showerhead was way to low. and our bed linens were very worn, to the point of holes in them. So just need a bit of tweaking the details for the next guests.

Location is great, right on the beach...other than that, I wouldn’t stay again. Air wasn’t working when we arrived...we notified manager and his response (the next day) was that he knew and had someone coming out to look at it. He told me he sent someone over the night we arrived but no answer at the door. Yes, the a/c guy knocked on our door at 1030pm (with no warning) when my 1 year old and husband were sleeping and scared the crap out of me, I didn’t answer! Then after being told that I would get a call back to be told when he would be coming again, no call...guy showed up right after stepping out of the shower. Very poor communication!!! The bathroom plug didn't work. The standing fan in the bedroom didn’t work. Breaker kept tripping for the kitchen. Was not satisfied for the price.

Our condo was beautiful, very comfortable, well stocked and clean. We had a very relaxing stay. I recommend staying here for everyone.

The Pool furniture was filthy--mold and dirt on back of the lounge chairs. The elevator broke down twice during our 14 day stay. The lock on the Laundry Rm door became inoperable and no one could reach the Condo Board to authorize a repair for over 24 hours. The laundry room and the pool were very clean. The management company was very responsive. Since our sheets were locked in the laundry room they immediately brought us another set and tried to update us regarding the elevator but the hold up was always that no Board member could be reached and the Board insisted on being notified but never seem to have anyone available. The condo owners should demand better representation because Vacation Villas is a lovely place and the few things that need improvement/repair would make it enjoyable stay for themselves and their renters.

Condo had everything to make our stay amazing.
