Fabulous house in a fabulous spot- watch the ocean from the front and birds in the back. The house is very well appointed and had everything we could have ever needed. Great location, easy stroll to North Broulee, Broulee Island and South Broulee beaches. We ordered linen from the service recommended by Michelle which made the trip extra easy and enjoyable. Loved our stay and did not want to go. We recommend the local brewery if the weather is nice and getting some seafood from the little shop near the Tomakin service station- the prawns were great!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s clean, well appointed house. The property is in the heart of the best, swimming, walking and snorkeling locations .Michelle was very helpful and kind and the perfect hostess. We’ll be back!!

Broulee has become a vacation destination for my family and we have stayed in several places. This home is spectacular. Location is close to several beaches, views and sound of the ocean brought straight to you in every room. There is a separate guest wing on the first floor which is good for older kids or two separate families. Won’t hesitate to return.

Enjoyable short stay away

I try to be true to my honest self (Context: we own a holiday rental property on the southern NSW coast, and we consciously try to give/supply what we’d like to receive if we were the renters) - so what I didn’t like and did like about this Broulee holiday rental option, are both covered here, (but remember, this perspective is only reflective of My unique humanity & individual experience/exposures over my own personal number of years in life on this planet, just like every other individual alive today - and one person’s Palace may be another’s putrid pit): Fridge - decent size/capacity, but doors often don’t seal without extra frustrating help. Kitchen bins & location/s could be improved. Microwave oven is very small. The DVD (memory deficiencies) player, needs replacing, need a modern blu-ray unit at least. The TV in living room is similarly deficient in memory-handling digital data, (from an USB thumb drive for example). For me or any other anal anti-mosquitos/flies/moths types, the holes in the upstairs flyscreen doors, and the access it afforded such bugs, was annoying. The property has great, large entertaining areas, living-dining room, plus two outside decks - all with much seating capacity. Easily handled our COVID-restricted 24-people 60th birthday party, (grandkids happy with this house also - ‘Can we come back and live here during the holidays?’). Wifi-less, and we Rightly didn’t care - so much around to enjoy and experience without ‘connected’ devices. Furnishings comfortable and functional, and wall-art/hangings good and coastal. Community ‘essential’ (plus extras), kitchen and bathroom ‘condiments’ supply was terrific/impressive. Similarly, the supply and options for crockery, cutlery, and kitchen & cooking devices, is large & satisfying. Adding a powerboard and electric extension cord would be a bonus. The gas-connected Weber BBQ unit was good. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms good, especially the upstairs shower. Great backyard for kids playing options. The proximity to north and south Broulee beaches, together with the baby/kid safe/friendly ‘shark bay’ beach, (seriously weirdly named, and is actually Very safe), is Perfect for beach-lovers, sun-bakers, paddlers, swimmers, surfers, Rockpool explorers, etc. So much diversity and activity options

We had a wonderful stay at Broulee, we loved the short walk to beaches and the house was very comfortable. Michelle is also lovely and accommodating to our needs. We have booked again for next year :-)

Beautiful location. Having never stayed at Broulee before there was lots to explore and the house was well positioned for everything. Kids loved the beaches and riding bikes up to the creek. Communication from the hosts was excellent.

Very easy. Would have liked to know that there is no internal access by stairs, only external. Highly recommend a stay here.
