Our family had a wonderful stay here. Loved the convenience, proximity to so many amenities and all the pool/beach supplies.

This property is very nice with the description and photos of the property spot on. Overall cleanliness upon arrival was exceptional. Pool area very private with lots of palm trees and tropical plants surrounding that provide the perfect mix of sun and shade the entire day. Kitchen was well equipped for anything you'd need. Even has a good set of knives! Overall location of the property is amazing. Just a blocks walk to the beach (the property provides everything you need - chairs, buggy and umbrella) and St. Armands Circle which has everything from shopping, dining and live entertainment. Whatever you do, don't miss the sunsets, they're amazing!

This is such a great place! It has everything you need and is a quick walk to the beach. The pool and grounds were amazing!

This property was just perfect for us. The owners had just about everything we needed, with even extra special touches to make our stay just perfect. We will return next year!! We walked to the beach, we walked to St. Armands. We rented bikes nearby. We had an amazing vacation at this home.

We are picky…this home was a pleasure. Nicely updated, perfect furnishings, perfect sized pool. Nice deck area, the walk to the beach is easy stroll w the kids, owner supplied chairs, beach buggy etc. An absolute pleasure to deal w the manager and owner. Loved it had a great time, I almost don’t want to write a good review bc I told want to tell anybody else. Tons of hooks for towels-full kitchen-new laundry machines-AC was almost too cold. The location is awesome walking everywhere beach and Armand’s circle. Beach has a restaurant good food, drinks music on the weekends. Really enjoyed our stay. One bathroom is a challenge but outside shower is heated offsets the one bath, which was done very nicely and high end. It was like a large suite at a fountain-bleu or the Borgata and a private pool, only downside is my daughter was pissed she did not see a manatee during our stay. Also Sarasota is close to a ton of stuff for the kids as well, Big Cat Habitat, Ringling Museum, etc. surrounded by mansions lol the walk in the neighborhood is amazing in itself

House was perfect for us. The only problem we had was weather. Came down to be warm for my birthday. Couldn't use the pool. It couldn't heat up because of temperature. Couldn't use fire pit because of wind. Better then home temperatures. Will try again next year.

Everything was perfect. The house is exactly as the photos show, and really spacious inside. A dream of a kitchen, fabulous TV, really comfy beds with great pillows! The outdoor space is lovely, and the location an absolute dream. Walking to the beach and into St Armands was a real blessing, as parking can be tricky in the area in busy periods. Vicky (the property manager) is so helpful and a lovely person to have on hand. I can't recommend this property more!

The property and it's location are perfect!!! Would highly recommend. Wish our stay was longer. Tip, rent bicycles from Lidobikerentals (virtual rental-worked great) a couple of blocks over. Explore the parks/paths at both ends of the key. Also a good way to cruise through the lovely neighborhoods.

We LOVED staying at this house for 10 days in July 2021. My husband, 15-year-old son, and I enjoyed the pool area immensely. The walk to the beach is very short and hopefully you won't have red tide while there. We had the first few days free of red tide, but then the dead fish started floating in which curtailed our beach time. Thankfully, the pool area was just wonderful and we enjoyed a lot of time there. This house is within walking distance of St. Armand's Circle with shopping and restaurants. We also went into Sarasota several times for restaurants, etc. We used to live in Sarasota so we are familiar with the area. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental. It was perfect!

This place was exactly as the pictures! The pool was the absolute best private pool I have ever seen! The place was super clean, quiet, in a super nice neighborhood. Only 20 dollar Uber from SRQ. Walking distance to kayaking, the beach and st armands. We had Publix deliver groceries a d the kitchen had everything. Will definitely come back.

We loved our stay in Lido. The house was beautiful just like the listing, and well equipped with anything you may need during your stay. The pool is lovely and felt private and secluded with all the greenery around the property despite only being a walk away from the busy circle and beach. Vicki was great & accommodating. This property was exactly what we were looking for with having easy beach access, a quick walk to stores and restaurants, and a private pool onsite! Thank you to the property managers for making this a fantastic stay!

The hosts were super accommodating and went over and above to provide great hospitality. Pool was warm, beach was close, shopping/restaurants we walked to! Amazing stay!!

Really beautiful property that is very well located and impeccably clean. I am very picky with cleanliness (especially right now with COVID) and this place was amazing, not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere in sight. Patio area is a beautiful private tropical oasis. Bedrooms are right next to each other and share a bathroom, but there is an extra sink outside the bathroom to help minimize impact of sharing. Only downside was that the property manager was a little abrupt first when I checked to see if we needed to do anything to turn the pool heater on (she told me the water couldn't possibly be very cold) and then when I asked if we could check out at 11 a.m. rather than 10 a.m. (she said no because they had other rentals, although the place was showing as available on VRBO for two days after our stay). But overall it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it.

We just got back from staying at this home. It is exactly like the photos and description of the amenities. The house and pool are great. We had a couple questions when we arrived and we got a reply within minutes. You cant beat the location. We look forward to returning.

Everything about the rental was perfect. We felt like we were in our own secluded tropical paradise. Walk to the beach was 5 min and a quick walk to St Armand’s.

In the mist of covid me, my husband, and our one year old baby have been wanting to take a safe family vacation. This was such an amazing experience! The home was impeccable, the attention to the most minimal detail was incredible, the location was perfect. The house includes all beach going supplies, including a beach wagon, in which we would take our little one in the five minute walk to the beach. It was so great! And to complete the experience, the local contact Vicki was beyond helpful and accommodating, she was in consistent communication with us and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Overall I wish I could rate this home greater than a five star , it truly deserves it!!!

The house was beautiful, we enjoy time in the library and by the pool. The kitchen was well equipped we found anything we needed. The best part is its a short walk to the beach. We look forward to staying there again.

We absolutely loved this property! The outside area is so private, like your little oasis. The pool was clean and well kept and very relaxing. The beach was just straight down the street, maybe a 3-4 min walk. The house had everything you would need from beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels and cooler, to extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent and soap! We definitely hope to come again sometime!

Our family of 3 stayed at the Grant House and enjoyed every aspect of our stay immensely. The home is well appointed, the beds are comfy and literally everything you might need is somewhere in this gorgeous place. My daughter LOVED the pool, the outdoor oasis is even better in person! The location and ease of traveling around the area is next to none! We felt safe, comfortable and very relaxed. The owners Lori and Vicki are great communicators and they are truly interested in making sure their guests have a 1st class experience. Lastly, the pictures are pretty and nice, seeing the Grant House in person is even better! Thank you Lori & Vicki!!
