ground floor king with bath and 1/2 bath , laundry, porch and small living area2nd floor kitchen 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths , living area. dining table ( seats 12). porch with tables and a grill stairs on outside to porch , laundry 3rd floor 1 king and bunk room 3 full bath and laundry, porch access elevator to all floors. house is on great lawnhouse was in good shape with 2 dishwashers , 1 refrigerator

We have stayed in 5 homes at Cinnamon Shore and Salt and Light was the best. We had 14 people w Ho all slept comfortably. The main living space w as a bit small for so many but we made it work. The bed and sitting room downstairs was wonderful. Having two refrigerators and two dishwashers made everything so easy. The main refrigerator needs to b e re placed as it is running warm. Great time there!

Our favorite vacation rental in CS North.We have our annual family vacation in CS Port Aransas every year for the last 12 years. Finally bought a lot in CS South and building now.Love the layout and ample room to sleep 16.Washers and dryers on every floorGreat ice maker Elevator is a plus.Only negative was TV in bunk room needs to be replaced. Maintenance unable to fix.Water leak sensor tripped and we were without water for a couple of hours until maintenance arrived upon arrival.

This was the fourth year we stayed at Salt and Light.For the second year the refrigerator was not working properly. A second refrigerator is really needed for that size house.

This beautiful home is great for large families. There are multiple large bedrooms, the kitchen is very well equipped and has two dishwashers and large refrigerator. It's nice to be across the street from the Dune Pool and easy walking distance to Kiera's pool and the beach. We had a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in Salt and Light. There was 9 in our group and we had plenty of room. The house is very nicely appointed, except for the dresser in the master bedroom. The only problem we encountered was the internet did not work but the problem was solved when the modem was plugged in.:(

This home is awesome! The furnishings are beautiful, yet very comfortable and practical for a large extended family with children. We cooked almost every night and the kitchen had literally every item we needed to make a variety of meals. And there are dishes galore and 2 dishwashers-- a must with a group of 14 as we had. Appliances are large and first rate. Location was wonderful-- across the street from the Dunes pool and a quick buggy ride (or short walk) to the beach. BEST vacation home we have ever stayed in!

We rented Salt and Light 192 RO and had an incredible experience. There was a minor hiccup at the beginning with the gas but both the owners and the cinnamon shore office were completely "on it" and the issue was resolved straight away.
We had such a wonderful time with our friends over our stay and our favorite part was definitely the house. We will absolutely return to Cinnamon Shores and hope to be able to rent this property again!

My family loved this home. The floor plan was perfect for us and it was beautifully decorated. There was a construction project behind us with quite a bit of equipment and trash that goes along with a project like that. I attributed it to clean up from Harvey so hopefully we will not have that issue next summer.

Wasn't informed of major construction right behind property. Work trucks blocked getting in and out of property. Huge commercial dumpster located right behind property. Terrible smell 3 days out of our 5 day stay. Grass burrs were terrible in lawn area. Spent major time picking sticker burrs out of my grandchildren and grass burrs were tracked into the property. Roaches in downstairs shower. Property is so nice. Sounds like the HOA isn't doing their job...

We had a perfect stay at Salt and Light! Each family had their own nicely sized bedroom and then all the kids got to sleep in the bunk room. We are already planning to make this an annual trip and buy our own home here. What a wonderful birthday weekend at the Shore! No complaints!

We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with all of our children and grandchildren ?????? It was a beautiful home and we all felt like we were at home. The house is very wonderful and has more than you will ever need. Treat yourselves and your family to the memories we will always share
