The aircon in the bedrooms is awful did not sleep for a week, the staff at the pool bar are the worst I have ever had to deal with, the two lifts were impossible to get, the breakfast was poor with many people lifting the contents with their hands and leaving them down again if they didn’t want them, and finally the sun bed rush every morning which the hotel said no putting towels on sun beds but did not enforce it. Two euros a day for iron and you carry it to the room yourself, you have to pay extra for a kettle etc… plus the room cleaning was not great, the hotel itself is not very clean, public toilets with no toilet tool plus nowhere to dry your hands, avoid

Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Good air-conditioning. Buffet was nice and they offerered lunch bags if were going out for the day and were going to miss lunch. Good location, bus stop to Port Aventura nearby.

The sliding bathroom door was not ideal if you weren't a couple as you could clearly see in when someone is sat on the toilet!

Entertainment for adults wasnt great.breakfast didnt cater much for irish or english.not enough seats in entertainment terrace had to stay in balcony twice to listen to music

Hotel was clean and our room was nice, it was just like the pictures. Wifi worked well and breakfast had plenty of options. Staff was very helpful. Bed was comfortable and the aircon worked.

We ordered two small pizzas from the poolbar and had to wait for them closer to an hour

Room was super nice, loved the room service. Food was perfect, big variety of everything. Location is fine, even if it's pretty far from city centre, it's still very close to a lot of nice places and very close to an amazing Capellans beach.

One of the receptionists wasn't very nice and wasn't helpful at all when I asked her where could I find a doctor in Salou.

Good breakfast and pleasantly surprising wide range of dinner dishes. Comfortable mattress.

Unpleasant smell from drain in bathroom. Most annoying aspect of stay was staff's complete lack of control over use of sun loungers as there were never any available even though over half of them were free!! - people put towels on them and then leave them unoccupied for hours. Doesn't help that there are zero signs prohibiting guests from doing so like in other hotels- very unpleasant to witness guests fighting due to this!!!

avarage place no tea making facility in room , first floor rooms balcony is a wall not glass , air con not the best , the hotel is up a good hill and about a mile from the center of Salou , bus route are around but you will have to walk, taxi starts around 5 euros ,

more staff doing the hot plate in the morning and evening
