Food was the best all inclusive we've had great variety and chefs on hand were super. Very hard working team , they were brilliant. Animation team are amazing. Lots of entertainment very enjoyable hoilday overall .

Volume a bit loud at night deffo cud turn it down a little . Cockroaches in the apartment. That is a no go for me sry . But it got sorted eventually.

Great staff, great chef, sorry the desserts and soups in these buffets are always a bit neh but the main dishes are great and there ia always food throughout the day, at almost any time. Enough sunbeds and the pools are great for the little ones. Very close to Aqualand and siam park which was great.

Not really the hotel fault since this is a tropical island and there are a lot of them but ended up with some cockroaches on our bedroom and everynight there was some kind of bug that wouldnt let us sleep... Still, not the hotel fault 🤷 just know that ir happens

There was loads of choice for breakfast. I assumed it would just be a continental but there was also a full English, omelette station and pancakes. The food generally blew my mind, the amount of choice was insane and the quality was excellent. It was a highlight of our trip. The hotel organised our transfer from the airport and it was a swanky Mercedes people carrier. They were waiting for us when we arrived, the air con was very welcomed and it was only a short trip. The hotel location was good. I liked that it's not a high-rise tower block. It is a good 20mins walk to the beach which is fine going but coming back is up hill and can be hard going in the heat. We got a taxi back for €7. We liked that the hotel was used by a mixture of nationalities. 50% Spanish, 25% English/Irish and the rest a mixture but mostly Swedish. Everyone got on really well during all the games. I really liked that it wasn't a hotel full of brits.

Hotel was amazing for the children, staff were all great, everything was spotless clean and we had an amazing time. Great facilities, good planned activities for the kids and the food was great!

Night entertainment was a bit loud in the room with small children but wasnt a massive issue..

Layout of the hotel was great, splash pool fantastic for kids especially the depth of the water didn’t have to worry to much with the kids always in the water. Rooms cleaned and couldn’t fault them All the staff where fantastic from the minute we walked in to the minute we left Entertainment was good at night my kids loved it

No fault to the hotel but getting a seat at night for the entertainment can be tricky if you go late on but only because everyone goes and wants to see the shows

Family trip with a 3 year old girl. Exceptional food,drinks. Clean, big rooms. Kind and happy staff. Local spirits are free in the full pension. Good location, you have everything near the Hotel. Siam Park/Mall 5 min with car. Near the Tf-1 highway, everything is reachable. Definetely gonna visit again!

The resort is great for small families because it’s not too big or busy so I felt safe with the children. Looking at some of the other resorts along the coast I much preferred the style of ours, it was so pretty and Spanish like.

The downside of a small resort is that it has only one restaurant and one bar. They were perfectly fine but for two weeks it gets a bit boring doing and having the same thing all the time.

Great location - 20 min walk to the beach, activities everyday all day long, food was plentiful but could’ve changed it up a bit more, room location was amazing as it was away from the noise but still close enough and the views were great!

Our room’s air con wasn’t working properly which made sleeping a bit I comfortable. We had to keep the windows open at all times, which wasn’t too bad
