The Room came with a fireplace. There was a smell coming from the fireplace which was annoying at first but disappeared after we ventilated the room. There were a few minor damages (holes in the ceiling) where the blinds are fixed which I would expect to be fixed especially in a hotel of this quality.

Modern and clean room, breakfast was okay. Staff at the reception and breakfast were very friendly.

After getting the information at arrival that we could use the Spa and that we would just need to inform the personal one hour in advance we wanted to do that. The Spa personal spa informed us that they were booked, they did not propose anything to us. As the hotel was far from being completely booked it seemed weird to get that reaction. So we went to the pool bar, we got our drinks quite fast but after that the bartender was gone. We had to search for him to get the bill. All of this wouldn't be a big thing at a small place or at a mountain lodge but if we go to an expensive place that calls itself luxury resort I do except more. In our room (no. 15) we could hear our neighbors speak und watch TV.

Great location Pool and spa facilities were good

Room was not so clean The service in the reception desk was terrible. They charged us for a soft drink from the minibar even though we did not take any drink from the minibar.
